Palestinian Authority terrorists continued their attacks on innocent Jewish motorists over Yom Kippur, this time attacking a woman in labor and her husband as they rushed to the hospital. The husband, Ariel Goldman of Pnei Kedem, told Arutz Sheva that the two were lucky to escape with their lives.
Their ordeal began near Har Homa at 2:30 a.m., as they drove to Hadassah Ein Karem hospital in Jerusalem. Suddenly, they encountered a point in the road that had been blocked by large stones.
As Goldman slowed the car, looking for a way around the trap, several Palestinian Authority terrorists jumped out and began to hurl rocks at the car.
The attack turned into a game of cat and mouse, as Goldman looked for ways around the rocks and tried to keep moving, while the terrorists followed the car and continued to pelt it with heavy stones, using a tactic that recently resulted in two deaths near Hevron.
The terrorists “had murder in their eyes,” Goldman said.
He finally managed to pass the stone barrier and speed away from the group of attackers, only to encounter a second group that attempted to stone the car near the Jerusalem neighborhood of Talpiot. Goldman managed to speed away a second time.

Why is Obama running interference for the bloody global jihad?
The Destroyers (Democrats) are once again pushing to release the torture photos. Obama refuses to sign an executive order to halt the release of the photos. John McCain on the Hannity radio show right now was extremely agitated about the fact that the torture photos are about to be released, and that Obama would not stop it.

personnel, serving in Iraq and Afghanistan,"

betraying our soldiers? Why is Obama, President of these United States,

Key senators say they want the White House to prevent House
Democrats from derailing an attempt to lock down photos that allegedly
show detainee abuse at the hands of U.S. troops, and suggested
President Obama is bowing to his political left by not intervening.
House Democrats are trying to kill an amendment to a war spending bill that would prohibit the
release of the so-called "torture" photos. The American Civil Liberties Union had filed a Freedom of Information Act
lawsuit seeking release of the pictures.

urging President Obama to sign an executive order to classify the
photos -- in effect bypassing Congress to get the job done.

statement, saying he's "disappointed" with House Democrats.
So far, no dice, Graham told FOX News.
Graham
said that even though White House officials, who support suppressing
the photographs, helped him and Lieberman write the amendment, all they
hear now is "radio silence" from Pennsylvania Avenue.
"He just won't sign it," Graham said. "I don't know why, unless he just doesn't want
to anger the left."

But the authors of the
amendment, Sens. Joe Lieberman, I-Conn., and Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., are threatening a filibuster if the provision, which
passed unanimously in the Senate, is stripped out.
"Senator Graham and I will not go quietly in the night because the
safety of our troops and our nation is on the line,"Lieberman said at a news conference Tuesday alongside Graham.

said U.S. troops have enough to do without "Congress adding to their burdens. So nothing's going forward until we get this
right."
The question over the release of the photos is one of two key issues that is jamming up final consideration
of a major, emergency spending bill to fund the war in Iraq, efforts in Pakistan and Afghanistan and prepare for the H1N1
flu.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was reportedly ready to kill Senate efforts to ban the release of the photos for three
years, but only on the condition that a federal judge block an ACLU lawsuit asking for the pictures.

The Asia Times said Obama made a mistake by speaking in Cairo.
“Why should the president of the United States address the ‘Muslim
world?,” it asked. “What would happen if the leader of a big country

the ‘Muslim world’ is to speak not to a fact, but rather to an
aspiration," the paper stated, "and that is the aspiration that Islam
shall be a global state religion as its founders intended. To address
this aspiration is to breathe life into it. For an American president

How amusing that Obama would bring up Tripoli, a war America had to fight against the Barbary Muslim pirates, and won. Another war against the historically aggressive and belligerent Islam. It seems disingenuous that Obama's pull quote from John Adams (which was a negotiated point in a peace agreement). How ridiculous.

Obama said: "And I consider it part of my responsibility as President of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam wherever they appear." No, it is his responsibility to represent America, all Americans. I think Islam should fight "stereotypes" in thought and in deed.

Obama declared Iran's right to peaceful nuclear power. The mullahs must have been dancing naked in the forest. We, in America, are not allowed clean nuclear power (or drill our own oil); instead we must buy foreign oil and fund the jihad. But the Islamic jihadi regime of Iran can develop nuclear technology and energy. This was incredible.

Yes, Obama said that, and went on to say the most ridiculous statement uttered by a grown man:

Such stupidity is breathtaking. At least I hope that he is stupid and not evil. Nuclear weapons in the hands of democratic, righteous nations have kept evil in check over the past 50 years. Does Hussein believe that evil will give up its weapons of mass destruction? They say he is not a stupid man. So what is he?

Obama preached about religious freedom -- speaking in a country where there is none. And that goes also for Obama's visit yesterday to Saudi Arabia.
Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance. We see it in the history of Andalusia and Cordoba during the Inquisition. I saw it firsthand as a child in Indonesia, where devout Christians worshiped freely in an overwhelmingly Muslim country. That is the spirit we need today.

in all of the Koran, and certainly a change of pace from the previous chapter,
"The Victory," where you'll find one of Islam's
recurring themes: "And whoever does not believe in Allah and His Apostle,
then surely We have prepared burning fire for the
unbelievers." (48.13)
Here, take a random walk through the Koran yourself and
see what you find.
Oh, and while we're on the subject of the Torah, Mr,
President, here's what the Torah's most authoritative commentator, our great
sage Rashi, has to say about its "purpose": Why, then,
does the Torah begin with the story of Creation? Rashi answers, “For should the people of the world say to Israel, ‘You are
robbers, for you took by force the land of the seven nations of Canaan,’ Israel
may reply to them, ‘All the earth belongs to the Holy One, Blessed Be He; He

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak will not be among 3,000 people to attend U.S. President Barack Obama’s historic speech shortly after noon Thursday, a possible bad omen for the American leader trying to win respect in the Muslim world.
The official reason for his absence is the death of his 12-year-old grandson, but the child died in mid-May after health complications. Mubarak’s eldest son Jamal will stand in for his father, according to the independent Egyptian daily al-Masry al-Youm. Jamal is viewed as the future heir to take over as president of Egypt.

A video tape smuggled out of the United Arab Emirates shows a member of the country's royal family mercilessly torturing a man with whips, electric cattle prods and wooden planks with protruding nails.
A man in a UAE police uniform is seen on the tape tying the victim's arms and legs, and later holding him down as the Sheikh pours salt on the man's wounds and then drives over him with his Mercedes SUV.
In a statement to ABC News, the UAE Ministry of the Interior said it had reviewed the tape and acknowledged the involvement of Sheikh Issa bin Zayed al Nahyan, brother of the country's crown prince, Sheikh Mohammed.
The ridiculous outrage by the Arabic Media to the blocking of detainees photos is painfully laughable.They are not secret. What is secret is that the media will not show us the increasing failure of the Obama administration's outreach to the muslims, but you won't believe the audacity of UAE. Unbelievable! Especially when we view their torture video. It makes me sick as to what they say about how "they were shocked because they hoped the US would be restored to a country of laws". Since when do they dictate our laws? There are no international laws. There are just treaties and those pointing the fingers break every single one of them when it comes to this issue.
ARABIC MEDIA REACTION TO BLOCKING OF DETAINEE PHOTOS:
News of the President Obama's decision to withhold detainee photos, referred to as "the torture photos" in the Arabic media, received wide coverage in the Arab world and negative commentary (shocka!). Much of the TV and press commentary revolved around a number of themes:
The President damaged his credibility by not keeping the "promise" to release the photos
That the President is beginning to follow in "the ways" of his predecessor
Concern for the "rights of the 'victims'" in the photos. Online commentary is much harder, with some alleging that the "torture" photos prove US animosity towards Muslims (no mention of the vile invective directed at the US by Muslims and the Arab world).
News coverage highlighted the President's "excuse" for deciding to block the photos, along with the criticism from the human rights groups. UAE's Abu Dhabi satellite channel said "defenders of civil liberties" were "shocked because they had hoped the US would be "restored to a country of laws," adding the "observers see that the real worry (of the Obama administration) should not be the reaction to the photos, but the magnitude of the dangerous crimes documented in the photos." On the Al Jazeera Arabic's Thursday morning news show, the anchor wondered if the move "shakes the idea of Obama as a man of his word". California blogger and professor Asad Abu Khalil told Al Jazeera that the President's decision "is not surprising at all," alleging that the President already "backed down" from promises to close GITMO and quickly withdraw from Iraq, and is now intensifying the "bombardments" in Afghanistan. Khalil called on Arabs to "stop clinging to the idea of Obama as a man of principle," claiming that the President is a "skilled politician" and his decision was based "purely on political reasons". A similar point was made in the UAE's Al-Khaleej, which said the "promise was made based on principle of transparency and to expose the culture of torture that spread during the previous administration but that "political calculations proved more influential that promises and principles". Qatar's Al Raya said the change is "unjustifiable" alleging this "confirms that this administration is not different that its predecessor, and that it succumbed to internal pressures using hollow excuses". The paper says the photographed "victims will not forget about their stolen rights" and warns the move "is harmful to US national security". Both editorials expressed concern that President Obama may "waver" on hos "commitment" to achieve peace between the "Palestinians" and the Israelis. The photos issue was also the focus of Al-Jazeera's evening discussion program, where a human rights spokesman accused the US of hypocrisy for holding back the photos, saying there were "no objections" in the US when the Congress showed a video of an Arab emir torturing an Afghan. Iraq's hostile Al-Rafidayn channel claimed that the President was walking "in Bush's footsteps"; however, neither Al-Iraqiya nor Al-Furat mentioned the story in their newscasts.
On the message boards of the two leading Arabic news websites, Aljazeera and Al Arabiya.net, many online commentators saw the decision as confirming preexisting ideas that there is little difference between the Obama and Bush administration and they are "two sides of the same coin". Some were exceptionally critical of the US, like one saying "those barbarians have shown their true natures" and another saying "they want to torture and slaughter Muslims and are trying to hide their crimes." A small few did point out that the torture happening in Arab prisons is much worse than anything the US had committed.

with the American Civil Liberties Union, said Thursday it will release
photos of alleged abusive interrogations.
At least 44 photographs will be released May 28, the Los Angeles
Times reported. While details of the photos have not been reported,
some are said to show U.S. military personnel pointing weapons at
suspected terrorists during questioning.
Other material the administration is considering releasing includes
transcripts of interrogations, a report by the CIA inspector-general
and background information on a Justice Department investigation.
Despicable.
The traitor in the White House will release photos of interrogations of jihadis in the spirit of "transparency". If the Mansourian candidate is so interested in transparency, why not release the vault copy of his birth certificate, his school records, transcripts, and who funded his Harvard education? And why not heed Dick Cheney's request to release the intelligence that was produced by torture-assisted
