A Muslim man attacked a Chabad rabbi Saturday night as he was conducting the annual ceremony to light the public Chanukah menorah in Stefenfaltz Square in the city of Vienna, Austria.
The attacker hurled himself at Rabbi Dov Gruzman, principal of the city’s Jewish school run by the Chabad-Lubavitch Chassidic movement, and began punching him, a local resident told Arutz Sheva.
As the rabbi tried to hold off his attacker, the Muslim suddenly bit his victim, severing part of his finger in the process. The Muslim was caught and arrested by police, and was held for questioning. The rabbi was evacuated to the hospital where doctors rushed to reattach his finger.
Gruzman told Arutz Sheva that the Muslim had raced towards the entrance at the beginning of the ceremony and began to curse the Jews who were there and the Jewish people in general. “I tried to hold him off, to keep him away from the entrance and he bit me really hard, and that’s how he injured me,” he said.
The American jihadi who posed as a Jew to case the Jewish center in India and was charged this week in the Mumbai massacres was fully
prepared to mount a wave of attacks this month on Israeli El Al airline offices,
synagogues and Chabad hospitality centers across India.
US and Indian security sources say the arrest of the
Pakistan-born American David Coleman Headley in Chicago on suspicion of
complicity in the Mumbai terrorist atrocity in Nov. 2008 found him fully
prepared to mount a wave of attacks this month on Israeli El Al airline offices,
synagogues and Chabad hospitality centers across India,

A key figure in an al Qaeda-linked cell in Chicago, Headley
changed his name from Daood Gilani to travel as an American without incurring
suspicion. Four months after the Mumbai siege, in which 170 people lost their
lives in including six Americans, he was back in India on the same mission as
before: selecting targets, advance surveillance, laying in secret caches of
explosives and firearms for the Lashkar e-Taibe operatives to pick up on the
sites of attack, and determining their exit point.
Headley traveled to India five times on the same mission in the
two years leading up to the Mumbai attack by Lashkar e-Taibe elite units.
This Pakistan-based Islamist group acts as al Qaeda's
operational arm for its campaign of terror in India.
Last March, Headley booked into a small hotel near El Al
offices in New Delhi for the surveillance of comings and goings and the security
set up. He then rented a room in the Holiday Inn hotel opposite the Chabad
center in the Indian capital, where many Israeli backpackers are made welcome.
There, too, as he did in Mumbai, he visited the center in the guise of an
Orthodox Jew and potential donor.
(The terrorist team which attacked the Chabad center in Mumbai
last year murdered all six occupants as per their instructions not to leave
anyone alive in the building.)
From Delhi, Headley travelled to Pushkar in Rajasthan, another
spot popular with Israelis, where he booked into a room overlooking the
synagogue saying he wanted to be in close rapport with the house of prayer.
Three days later, he was on the road to the village of Anjuna
at the Arabian Sea resort of Goa, where he observed the habits of young Israeli
tourists.
By October this year, when Headley was arrested along with at
least one accomplice in the Chicago cell, they had made up their list of
targeted Jewish and Israeli locations in India ready for attack. Those attacks
were to have gone forward in late November and early December this year, only by
then Headley and his accomplices in the Chicago terror cell were behind bars
awaiting trial.
The former Daood Gilani faces 12 counts of terrorist conspiracy
to bomb public buildings in India and murder and maim individuals in India and
Denmark, for which he could be sentenced to death.

(IsraelNN.com) The head of the Conference of European Rabbis objects to the decision by Swiss citizens to ban minarets on Muslim mosques. "A war on religious freedom cannot defeat Islamic extremism,” he explained.
Fifty-seven percent of Swiss voters and a majority of the country’s cantons supported Sunday’s referendum proposal. Backers of the ban said the minaret is symbol of fundamental Islam that is encroaching on the life of Europeans.
Italy may follow suit with a referendum of its own, according to Roberto Caldeoli, leader of that country's conservative Northern League party. “Respect for other religions is important, but we must put the brakes on Muslim propaganda or else we will end up with an Islamic political party,” he said.
Catholic Supports Ban A prominent Catholic figure from Moscow, where the European rabbis are holding their bi-annual conference, disagreed with the rabbis and supported the ban.
"The issue of minarets is not an issue of religious freedom," Father Filaret told Interfax, "but an issue of political presence of people of a certain faith and ethnic background in a country. Taking into account a rapid rate of Islamization, visible signs of Muslims' presence would have, in particular, a political tint."

A frightening rumor was spreading like wildfire through a small Ukrainian village, at the turn of the century. Apparently, a young Christian girl had been found murdered. Knowing how anti-Semitic many of the local peasants were -- even with no evidence of who'd actually killed the girl -- the Jews logically feared horrible repercussions,. Perhaps even a pogrom. A huge crowd congregated in their small, simple synagogue. Ideas were flying around the room about the best way to ward off the inevitable revenge they both feared and had come to expect.
People were shouting, ideas were flying back and forth, when suddenly Abramowitz runs into the synagogue and makes a momentous announcement:
"I have great news! The murdered girl was Jewish!"

In my extensive coverage of the savage Muslim attacks on the West in Mumbai, India, the obsession with targeting the small little Jewish Chabad house from the inception of the planning was shocking. The Jewish Chabad house was part of a larger attack
on hotels and public buildings across Mumbai that resulted in the deaths of
at least 166 people. But for the Muslim terrorists themselves, Nariman House was
different. It was the only Jewish target, and the Muslim terrorists would be told
by their central command in Pakistan that the lives of Jews were worth 50 times
those of non-Jews. The organisers had sought it out with care. Their handlers would emphasize to
them the importance of killing Jews.
The Times has done an excellent job on focusing on the Muslim obsession with killing and torturing the Jews -- something I picked up on right away and covered extensively (I was the one of the few who reported the sexual mutilation of the the Rabbi and his wife).
Noteworthy are two people who worked in the house: Sandra, a Catholic Mumbaikar who previously worked as a private cook and a
masseuse and started with the Holtzbergs in 2003. She was the nanny who saved the baby Moshe. And Jackie, a Muslim from Assam,
was hired as a cook in 2006 after meeting Gabi at a sports club where he
worked. Since the siege, The Sunday Times has learnt, suspicions have arisen
that he may have been implicated.
The terrible hatred of the Jews is instilled in Muslims from birth. The attacks in Mumbai were the manifestation of that hate.
Last November,
more than 150 people were killed by terrorists in Mumbai. One target
was a centre run by this young Jewish couple, who were murdered and
perhaps tortured; miraculously, their toddler son escaped.
All
the hostages had been shot, he said. Some had multiple bullet wounds. But there
was more. Two of the rabbis had broken bones. The skull of one of the victims
had caved in, as sometimes happens when somebody is shot in the head at close
range with a rifle, except the man had not been shot in the head. The two female
visitors, Orpaz and Rabinovich, were found bound with telephone cord and lying
next to each other on a fourth-floor bed. One of the hostages had bruising all
over her body, which the man, who is not a pathologist, said was consistent with
being hit by a blunt object. There was a large cut on her thigh. And one of her
eyes was out of its orbit and lying on her cheek.
The unbounded and timeless Muslim capacity for Islamic anti-Semitic blood lust and death is one of history's consistent certainties. They are incapable of moving off the dime -- U.S. State Department officials are conducting a secret operation to bring some of Yemen's last remaining Jews to America to escape rising anti-Semitic violence in their country. international embarrassment for an embattled Arab ally.

MONSEY, N.Y. -- In his new suburban American home, Shaker Yakub, a Yemeni Jew, folded a large scarf in half, wrapped it around his head and tucked in his spiraling side curls. "This is how I passed for a Muslim," said the 59-year-old father of seven, improvising a turban that hid his black skullcap.
The ploy enabled Mr. Yakub and half a dozen members of his family to slip undetected out of their native town of Raida, Yemen, and travel to the capital 50 miles to the south. There, they met U.S. State Department officials conducting a clandestine operation to bring some of Yemen's last remaining Jews to America to escape rising anti-Semitic violence in his country.
In all, about 60 Yemeni Jews have resettled in the U.S. since July; officials say another 100 could still come. There were an estimated 350 in Yemen before the operation began. Some of the remainder may go to Israel and some will stay behind, most in a government enclave.
Yemen was overshadowed in recent years by bigger trouble spots such as
Afghanistan. But it has re-emerged on Washington's radar as a potential source
of regional instability and a haven for terrorists.
The impoverished nation is struggling with a Shiite revolt in the north, a
secessionist movement in the south, and growing militancy among al-Qaeda
sympathizers, raising concern about the government's ability to control its
territory. Analysts believe al-Qaeda operatives are making alliances with local
tribes that could enable it to establish a stronghold in Yemen, as it did in
Afghanistan prior to the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.

President Saleh has been trying to protect the Jews, but his inability to
quell the rebellion in the country's north made it less likely he could do so,
prompting the U.S. to step in. The alternative -- risking broader attacks on the
Jews -- could well have undermined the Obama administration's efforts to rally
support for President Saleh in the U.S. and abroad.
"If we had not done anything, we feared there would be bloodshed," says Gregg
Rickman, former State Department Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat
Anti-Semitism.
Mr. Yakub says the operation saved his family from intimidation that had made
life in Yemen unbearable. Violence toward the country's small remaining Jewish
community began to intensify last year, when one of its most prominent members
was gunned down outside his house. But the mission also hastens the demise of
one of the oldest remaining Jewish communities in the Arab world.
Jews are believed to have reached what is now Yemen more than 2,500 years ago
as traders for King Solomon. They survived -- and at times thrived -- over
centuries of change, including the spread of Islam across the Arabian
Peninsula.
"They were one of the oldest exiled groups out of Israel," says Hayim Tawil,
a Yeshiva University professor who is an expert on Yemeni Jewry. "This is the
end of the Jewish Diaspora of Yemen. That's it."
Centuries of near total isolation make Yemeni Jews a living link with the
ancient world.
Many can recite passages of the Torah by heart and read Hebrew, but can't
read their native tongue of Arabic. They live in stone houses, often without
running water or electricity. One Yemeni woman showed up at the airport
expecting to board her flight with a live chicken.
Through the centuries, the Jews earned a living as merchants, craftsmen and
silversmiths known for designing djanbias, traditional daggers that
only Muslims are allowed to carry. Jewish musical compositions became part of
Yemeni culture, played at Muslim weddings and festivals.
"Yemeni Jews have always been a part of Yemeni society and have lived side by
side in peace with their Muslim brothers and sisters," said a spokeswoman for
the Embassy of Yemen in Washington.
In 1947, on the eve of the birth of the state of Israel, protests in the port
city of Aden resulted in the death of dozens of Jews and the destruction of
their homes and shops. In 1949 and 1950 about 49,000 people -- the majority of

About 2,000 Jews stayed in Yemen. Some trickled out until 1962, when civil
war erupted. After that, they were stuck there. "For three decades, there were
no telephone calls, no letters, no traveling overseas. The fact there were Jews
in Yemen was barely known outside Israel," says Prof. Tawil.

This latest call to attack Jewish embassies worldwide is from the Muslim Brotherhood -- outlawed in Egypt but well represented here in the States. Obama invited the Muslim Brotherhood to his speech to the ummah (worldwide Muslim community) in Cairo at Al-Azhar University.

then to set up the components and the most important procedures linked
to each point of departure; finally we suggest several missions, by way

(IsraelNN.com) An Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood legislator told the
parliament that Arabs around the world should break into Israeli
embassies in every country if Israelis visit the Temple Mount. Member
of Parliament Subhi Saleh’s colleagues in the party backed his
encouragement to violate the diplomatic immunity of embassies.
The Muslim Brotherhood officially is outlawed in Egypt but also is the largest opposition party.
In a heated debate in the parliament over violence at the holy site,
Saleh declared, "Embassies have diplomatic immunity but our holy places
have divine immunity, so if they enter al-Aqsa, let us enter their
embassies.”
He alleged that Jews last week broke into the al-Aksa
mosque, located on the Temple Mount. Police allow small groups of Jews
to visit the Temple Mount, with the exception of those who they suspect
might try to violate Muslim decrees forbidding Jews to pray there.
Police
tried to limit the violence last week by forbidding all Jews and
tourists from visiting the site and prohibiting Muslim men under the
age 50 from arriving.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told the Cabinet Monday that
extremist Muslims are “spreading lies” by repeating the allegations.
An exhibition in Berlin that cast light on the Muslim/Nazi collaboration during the holocaust was cancelled for fear of Islam. The publicly funded multicultural center in Berlin, "Werkstatt der Kulturen," is located in a heavily Turkish and Arab neighborhood.
Karl Rössel, the German journalist responsible for the exhibition, "The Third World in the Second World War", wonders "why the people who so one-sidedly regard Israel as the region's main problem never consider how the Mideast conflict would have developed had it not been influenced by fascists, anti-Semites and people who had just returned from their Nazi exile". I can assure Mr. Rössel that it would have turned out exactly the same. Read the Quran. Read Dr. Andrew Bostom's The Legacy of Islamic Antisemitism. Muslims were/are not inspired by Hitler and the Nazis. Hitler and the Nazis were inspired by Islam. I have written on this very thing extensively (here).
In a previous post at Atlas here and in his article at American Thinker entitled "Kabaa
rage," Bostom writes of "conspiratorial Jew hatred, as part of the warp and woof of Islam's
foundational text and history manifested itself repeatedly for more than a
millennium prior to the advent of Nazism. Invoking 'Nazis' does nothing to
explain phenomena such as the 13th century conspiratorial Jew hating
accusations, replete with Koranic references, leading to pogroms that accompanied
the assassination of Jewish vizier Sa'd ad-Dawla."
Muslim leaders have repeatedly made clear their
animosity toward Jews and Judaism.
For example, on November 23, 1937, Saudi Arabia's King Ibn Saud told
British Colonel H.R.P. Dickson: "Our hatred for the Jews dates
from God's condemnation of them for their persecution and rejection of
Isa (Jesus) and their subsequent rejection of His chosen
Prophet." He added "that for a Muslim to kill a Jew, or for
him to be killed by a Jew ensures him an immediate entry into Heaven
and into the august presence of God Almighty."3
When Hitler
introduced the Nuremberg racial
laws in 1935, he received telegrams of congratulation from all
corners of the Arab world.4Later, during
the war, one of his most ardent supporters was the Mufti
of Jerusalem.
Jews were never permitted to live in Jordan.
Civil Law No. 6, which governed the Jordanian-occupied West Bank,
states explicitly: "Any man will be a Jordanian subject if he is
not Jewish."5
The Arab countries see to it that even young
schoolchildren are taught to hate Jews. The Syrian Minister of
Education wrote in 1968: "The hatred which we indoctrinate into
the minds of our children from their birth is sacred."6
One widespread myth about the Mideast conflict is that the Arabs are paying the price for Germany's sins. The notion that the Palestinians are the "second victims" of the Holocaust contains two falsehoods: It suggests that without Auschwitz, there would be no justification for Israel, ignoring 3,000 years of Jewish history in the land. It also suggests Arab innocence in German crimes, ignoring especially the fascist past of Palestinian leader Haj Amin al Husseini, who was not only Grand Mufti of Jerusalem but also Waffen SS recruiter and Nazi propagandist in Berlin. When a German journalist recently tried to shed some light on this history, he encountered the wrath of the Arab collaborators' German apologists.
Karl Rössel's exhibition "The Third World in the Second World War" was supposed to premier on Sept. 1 in the "Werkstatt der Kulturen," a publicly funded multicultural center in Berlin's heavily Turkish and Arab neighborhood of Neukölln. Outraged by the exhibition's small section on Arab complicity in Nazi crimes, Philippa Ebéné, who runs the center, cancelled the event. Among the facts Ms. Ebéné didn't want the visitors of her center to learn is that the Palestinian wartime leader "was one of the worst and fanatical fascists and anti-Semites," as Mr. Rössel put it to me.
The mufti orchestrated the 1920/1921 anti-Jewish riots in Palestine and the 1929 Arab pogroms that destroyed the ancient Jewish community of Hebron. An early admirer of Hitler, Husseini received Nazi funding—as did Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood—for his 1936-1939 Palestinian revolt, during which his thugs killed hundreds of British soldiers, Jews and also Arabs who rejected his Islamo-Nazi agenda. After participating in a failed fascist coup in Iraq, he fled to Berlin in 1941 as Hitler's personal guest. In the service of the Third Reich, the mufti recruited thousands of Muslims to the Waffen SS. He intervened with the Nazis to prevent the escape to Palestine of thousands of European Jews, who were sent instead to the death camps. He also conspired with the Nazis to bring the Holocaust to Palestine. Rommel's defeat in El Alamein spoiled these plans.

After canceling the exhibition, Ms. Ebéné clumsily tried to counter the impression that she had pre-emptively caved to Arab pressure. As a "non-white" person (her father is Cameroonian), she said, she didn't have to fear Arabs, an explanation that indirectly suggested that ordinary, "white," Germans might have reason to feel less safe speaking truth to Arabs.
Berlin's integration commissioner, Günter Piening, initially seemed to defend her. "We need, in a community like Neukölln, a differentiated presentation of the involvement of the Arabic world in the Second World War," Der Tagesspiegel quoted him as saying. He later said he was misquoted and following media criticism allowed a smaller version of the exhibit to be shown.
Mr. Rössel says this episode is typical of how German historians, Arabists and Islam scholars deny or downplay Arab-Nazi collaboration. What Mr. Rössel says about Germany applies to most of the Western world, where it is often claimed that the mufti's Hitler alliance later discredited him in the region. Nothing could be further from the truth. In the Mideast, Nazis were not only popular during but also after the war—scores of them found refuge in the Arab world, including Eichman's deputy, Alois Brunner, who escaped to Damascus. The German war criminals became trusted military and security advisers in the region, particularly of Nazi sympathizer Gamal Nasser, then Egypt's president. The mufti himself escaped to Egypt in 1946. Far from being shunned for his Nazi past, he was elected president of the National Palestinian Council. The mufti was at the forefront of pushing the Arabs to reject the 1948 United Nations partition plan and to wage a "war of destruction" against the fledgling Jewish state. His great admirer, Yasser Arafat, would later succeed him as Palestinian leader.

The other line of defense is that Arab collaboration with the Nazis supposedly wasn't ideological but pragmatic, following the old dictum that "the enemy of my enemy is my friend." This "excuse" not only fails to consider what would have happened to the Jews and British in the Mideast had the Arabs' German friends won. It also overlooks the mufti's and his followers' virulent anti-Semitism, which continues to poison the minds of many Muslims even today.

Muhammad,
the founder of Islam, traveled
to Medina in 622 A.D. to attract followers to his new faith. When the
Jews of Medina refused to recognize Muhammad as their Prophet, two of
the major Jewish tribes were expelled. In 627, Muhammad's followers
killed between 600 and 900 of the men, and divided the surviving Jewish
women and children amongst themselves.23
The Muslim attitude toward Jews is reflected in
various verses throughout the Koran,
the holy book of the Islamic faith. "They [the Children of
Israel] were consigned to humiliation and wretchedness. They brought
the wrath of God upon themselves, and this because they used to deny
God's signs and kill His Prophets unjustly and because they disobeyed
and were transgressors" (Sura 2:61). According to the Koran, the
Jews try to introduce corruption (5:64), have always been disobedient
(5:78), and are enemies of Allah, the Prophet and the angels
(2:97-98).

that America does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli
settlements.” He called for the establishment of a “viable Palestinian
state with contiguous territory that ends the occupation that began in
1967, and realizes the potential of the Palestinian people.” Former
U.N. Ambassador John Bolton called it “the most radical anti-Israel
speech I can recall any president making.”
He pointed out that Obama didn’t say that “new Israeli
settlements” were illegitimate, but that “continued Israeli
settlements” were illegitimate and unacceptable. Said Bolton, “That
calls into question in my mind all Israeli settlements.” And a
“contiguous” Palestinian state would cut Israel in two.
Bolton commented: “Do you think that matters to the
Palestinians? That is the kind of approach to an issue that is
attempting to decide the outcome to the negotiations, before the
negotiations, that’s why I think that the Israelis should be worried.
He’s laid it out where he wants it to end up.”
Bolton added: “The important thing is, when you have the
Palestinians in as a weak of a position as they are now, and to have
Barack Obama be their lawyer in effect, puts them in a very strong
bargaining place.” And Obama, said Bolton, has “made it very clear how
much he wants to do through the U.N.” How much? “An overwhelming
percentage of our policy.”
Yet the U.N. is now completely a tool of the Organization of
Islamic Conference. What good has it done? Where is Gilad Shalit? What
happened to the terms of resolution 1701? Meaningless.
Every condition, every promise made to Israel is flushed, like
so much toilet paper. Can someone point me to one condition met by the
Muslims in Gaza, Samaria, and Judea since Israel capitulated to Bill
Clinton at Oslo?

JERUSALEM, Oct. 5 (Xinhua) -- Violence continues in
the Jerusalem holy site, known as al-Haram al-Sharif to Palestinians [Muslims] or
Temple Mount to Jews.
Several people were arrested a week
ago when clashes erupted on the mount and in the surrounding Old City
after a group of visitors entered the compound. Palestinians [Muslims] objected,
claiming the group comprised far-right Jews, while Israeli media
reports said they were French tourists.
Since then, tension has been high,
with the Western Wall that lays alongside the mount the focus of Jewish
prayers for this week's religious holiday, Sukkot (Tabernacles).

On Sunday, Israeli police force
decided to restrict the male Muslim worshippers allowed to enter the
area to those over 50. During the day, Arabs [Muslims] clashed with the police
and the area remained tense on Monday.
At the end of last week,
Palestinian [Muslim] leaders warned that the current impasse in the peace
process is leaving Palestinian [Muslim]feeling frustrated and violence may
spread as a result.
The Jews better start telling it like it really is and stop talking this dhimmi nonsense. Stop deferring to Islamic empire lust and imperialism. It's like the Jews are picking out the stones for their own graves.
About 150 Palestinians [Muslims] rioted near the site Sunday after police in
Jerusalem closed the mount to Muslim worshippers and visitors. Police
said they did so to minimize the possibility of violence after calls
were issued in Palestinian media to "come and protect the Mount."
Palestinians [Muslims] who had finished praying near the mount began to throw
stones and bottles at police forces in the area Sunday, Rosenfeld said.
Police dispersed the rioters and arrested three; one officer was
slightly hurt, he said.
After the Muslims "finished praying," they began stoning the Jews. Get it? This is not a religion. Period.
UPDATE: IDF soldier and cop hurt in East Jerusalem clashes
(IsraelNN.com) The Temple Mount was closed to Jews Monday morning for the
second day in a row during this holiday week of Sukkot, following an incident in
which a group of some 50 Chassidim attempted to reach the Mount of Olives and
were attacked by a mob of Arabs.
Male Arab worshipers above the age of 50, women of all ages and children are
being allowed to continue to enter the site.
"They were lucky to escape with their lives," Israel Police spokesman Mickey
Rosenfeld told Israel National News, adding that police would reassess
the situation "in a few hours, once the Birkat HaKohanim (blessing of
the priestly class on the People of Israel) is completed at the Kotel." He noted
that the Temple Mount had been closed to Jews as a precaution "due to the
security risks involved."
JERUSALEM – The Temple Mount does not exist alongside the Western Wall, and
neither Jews nor Christians should be allowed to pray on the Mount site, Dimitri
Diliani, the spokesman for Fatah in Jerusalem, told WND in an interview.
Fatah, once named by the U.S. as a Mideast "peace partner," is the party led
by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas. Diliani spoke hours after
Fatah and PA officials were accused of inciting a riot on the Temple Mount,
claiming Jews were threatening the site.
"Don't use the term Temple Mount," Diliani lectured WND. "It doesn't exist. I
don't know where it is. I cannot see any Temple. Can you? No one can find any
trace of it. The area you refer to is only a Muslim holy site."
The PA, though, has found evidence of Judaism's historic connection to the
Mount – the holiest site in Judaism. The Waqf, the Islamic custodians of the
Mount, conducted an unsupervised excavation on the site in 1997. At that time,
the Waqf, working
under the guidance of the PA, ultimately were caught by Israeli authorities
disposing truckloads of Mount dirt that contained Jewish Temple artifacts. To
this day, Israeli archeologists are still sifting through the large amount of
dirt, in which scores of Jewish Temple relics were found.
Diliani did not deny Fatah and the PA were involved in yesterday's Temple
Mount riots.
"Palestinian political factions, including Fatah, are firm on defending the
political, national and religious rights of the Palestinian people," Diliani
said, "and it's evident now we will continue defending the Al Aqsa Mosque as
well as our rights in Jerusalem as a whole
One question. Can someone point me to one condition met by the Muslims in Gaza, Samaria and Judea since Israel capitulated to Bill Clinton at Oslo? First under Arafat and then with succeeding terrorists in charge, not one condition was met by the Muslims, while Israel handed over piece after piece of Jewish land in an illogical and suicidal act of desperation and peace wishing. Islamic jihad exploits the goodness of the Jews and their love of life.
You cannot make peace with an enemy that lives for your destruction. The enemy must be destroyed. It's that simple, folks.
Bolton: Israel on the Chopping Block

States ambassador to the UN John Bolton said the president's message
had strong significance, particularly given the venue. Obama has put
Israel “on the chopping block,” Bolton warned.
In a speech to the General Assembly of The United Nations, The President of The
United States of America said, "America does not accept the legitimacy of
continued Israeli settlements."

(IsraelNN.com) United States President Barack Obama issued a
stinging condemnation of the Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria on
Wednesday in a speech to the United Nations General Assembly. The U.S.
“does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements,”
Obama announced.
Obama also stated that the U.S. must put more
pressure on Israel to accept Arab demands. “The United States does
Israel no favors when we fail to couple an unwavering commitment to its
security with an insistence that Israel respect the legitimate claims
and rights of the Palestinians,” he said.

Obama has pressured Israel to completely freeze building
for Jews in Judea and Samaria, a plan Netanyahu has rejected. Israeli
leaders have stated that many Judea and Samaria communities are within
the “national consensus” regarding towns that are expected to remain in
Israeli hands permanently, and that building should continue in those
areas. The Obama administration's most recent statements on the subject
made clear, however, that a freeze on settlements could not be a
precondition for peace talks between Israel and the PA.
Regarding
Iran, Obama expressed support for both diplomacy and consequences. Iran
and North Korea should be offered “greater prosperity and a more secure
peace” if they agree to abide by international guidelines, but “must be
held accountable” if they insist on pursuing nuclear weapons, he said.
What a joke. Israel has had an atomic program for decades -- the existence of such a program kept them from annihilation in the Yom Kippur war (they love to attack on Jewish high holy days). Israel has never used them ........... so this is all part of the OIC-driven Jewish genocide solution.
Overriding Western objections, a 150-nation nuclear conference on Friday passed
a resolution directly criticizing Israel and its atomic program for the first
time in 18 years. Iran hailed the vote as a "glorious moment."
The consequence of an Obama presidency.
Israeli delegate David Danieli denounced the vote as "openly
hostile to the state of Israel" and accused Iran and Syria of "creating a
diplomatic smoke screen" to cover up their "pursuit of nuclear weapons."
But chief Iranian delegate Ali Asghar Soltanieh said the vote
should serve as a warning to Washington and other supporters of the Jewish
state.
"The US Administration .... has received a message that they
should not continue supporting Israel at any price," he told reporters.
As the Jews of Havat Gilad in Samaria celebrated the second day of Rosh Hashanah on Sunday
afternoon, a group of Arabs from a nearby village infiltrated the town and set fire to the area. The holiday ended with an emergency evacuation, several wounded residents, and two families left homeless.
Police arrested four Arab suspects near the scene of the crime.
The attack took place as most residents prayed in the community synagogue. Residents spotted the smoke from the synagogue windows and ran out to see part of the town in flames.
Islamic anti-semitism. What's old is new again. Actually, it has never taken a holiday in the Muslim world. What's galling is Obama's demand that we respect it.
Muslim governments
are taking advantage of the Ramadan TV season to broadcast anti-Israel and
anti-Semitic propaganda, some of it reminiscent of the Nazi propaganda that
preceded the Holocaust.
With Muslims
across the world fasting during the daylight hours and gathering at home for
their daily "break of the fast" meal, Arab propaganda ministries take advantage
of the large potential audiences for TV shows by broadcasting their top
programs, with many shows produced specifically for Ramadan TV watchers.
Programs about Israel and the Jewish people are considered top rating draws
among Arab media, and each year government-controlled TV stations across the
Middle East broadcast programs themed around the supposed treachery committed by
Israel or the Jewish people against the Muslims and the world in general.
According to
the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), which monitors media
broadcasts in the Arab world, Iran has this year been broadcasting a
Syrian-produced series called "Al-Shatat," which purports to show how Jewish
bankers – particularly the Rothschilds – came to dominate international banking,
and thereby the world. With Jewish characters uttering lines like "all the
nations that have accepted non-Jewish faiths should be destroyed and
annihilated," and "we have been granted an unparalleled honor -- to dominate the
world, by means of capital, knowledge, politics, by means of killing, or any
other ploy," the 30-episode series has been shown in Arab countries throughout
the Middle East, including Jordan.
Five
anti-Israel shows in Egypt
No
fewer than five new series being broadcast on Egyptian TV this year revolve
around Israel and the Jews. One called "The Spy Wars" tells the story of Samia
Fahmy, an Egyptian who was allegedly recruited by the Mossad, but instead
"tricked" the Israelis who tried to recruit her and led them to be arrested by
Egypt. Another series, called "My Heart is my Proof," tells the story of
Jewish-born Egyptian singer Layla Murad, her rise to stardom, the accusations
that she secretly supported Israel, and her subsequent fall from grace in much
of the Arab world. Another program, "The Second Gate," tells of a mother whose
son is kidnapped and taken to Israel.
Not all
Egyptians were happy with the selection of programs. Speaking to Agence
France-Presse, a student at Cairo University said that the shows about
Israel and Jews were just smokescreens, shown "just to keep us occupied, so we
don't have to think about the real problems of unemployment and poverty."
Another student said "We can't find an enemy? Let's talk about Israel. We should
be focusing on people's problems, poverty... and stop talking about Israel and
spies. We need to focus on the real domestic issues."
In an
interview, Mahmud Zaki, a media professor who stars in one of the series, said
that the programs were designed to keep the Egyptian people's attention on
Israel. "In recent times, interest in the Palestinian question has been
dwindling on the Arab street. Everything seems like old news on satellite
channels and in the papers. There was a move to revive interest in the
Palestinian-Israeli conflict and re-ignite patriotic feelings," he said.

merciful. Actually what is happening in our days to Muslims of the blockade -

good omen I give you to restore hope again - that Allah's victory is near and
his promise is going to be fulfilled, no matter what the circumstances are.
Allah has answered the supplication of the Prophet, peace be upon him, for the
Muslims' nation to be protected from being completely wiped out. However, some
of the nation may face difficulties, but the [Islamic] nation will never pass
away. If what is happening now in the Gaza Strip makes us really have great
sympathy for the present [unintelligible], we should know that Muslims suffered
more than that in the past.
But in a terse statement released Tuesday afternoon, the university said that
a full-time faculty member "will immediately replace the current instructor,
Hassan Diab."
The move was being made to provide students "with a stable, productive
academic environment that is conducive to learning," according to the
statement.
The release went on to say there would be no further comment on the matter by
the university.
A university education for your children indeed. What are they learning? This depraved savage should be facing a jury in France (!) and a firing squad when found guilty.

OTTAWA — An Ottawa university professor charged in the deadly terrorist
bombing of a French synagogue nearly 30 years ago is expected to resume teaching
this week.
Hassan Diab, who is charged with murdering four people in the 1980 bombing,
will begin teaching a part-time introductory sociology course at Carleton
University two days a week until the middle of August.
Diab, whose strict bail conditions prevent him from leaving the house alone,
will be required to travel to and from the university with his common-law spouse
Rania Tfaily, an Ottawa court heard Monday.
But once at the university, Diab will no longer need an escort.
Diab's lawyer, Rod Sellar, told an Ottawa court Monday Diab will be at
Carleton teaching and meeting with students between 1:30 and 5:30 p.m. on
Tuesdays and Thursdays, but the course may require him to go to the university
almost daily.
Lin Moody, a spokeswoman for Carleton University, confirmed Monday that the
school has hired Diab to teach for few weeks this summer. He was given a
contract, she said, because of "an unforeseen leave" taken by the instructor who
had originally been hired to teach the introductory sociology course.
Diab had taught a similar course before at Carleton, Moody said.
The 55-year-old Lebanese native, who became a Canadian citizen in 1993, has
been under virtual house arrest since he was arrested late last year. Conditions
of his bail require him to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet, obey a
curfew, report to the RCMP regularly and not own a cellphone.
Diab and Tfaily were in court Monday to determine what items seized during
RCMP raids of Tfaily's condominium and her Carleton University office can be
sent to French officials as potential evidence in their case against Diab.
Diab and Tfaily intend to argue that the RCMP searches were unlawful and the
seized items should not be sent to France.
Federal prosecutors are hoping Ontario Superior Court Justice Robert Maranger
will grant an order sending some of the items, specifically computer hard drives
and USB sticks, to France as soon as possible.
Twenty-five years after a terror attack at a Paris
synagogue, a Canadian professor was arrested today on charges that he
was involved in the Oct. 3, 1980 bombing that killed four people and
wounded at least 20 others, Canadian authorities told ABC News.
The professor, Hassan Diab, 54,
was arrested with the assistance of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police
on a provisional arrest warrant and a request for extradition granted
to French authorities by a Canadian court, authorities said.
That all changed a year ago when reports in French and Canadian newspapers said French authorities suspected Diab was the leader of the group that launched the commando-style attack on the rue Copernic synagogue.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-Special Operations group was blamed for the strike, according to authorities.
Diab, who holds dual Canadian and Lebanese citizenship, is a
part-time instructor at two prominent Canadian colleges, the University
of Ottawa and Carleton University.
While French authorities called the arrest a final chapter in a long manhunt, Canadian authorities braced for possible public backlash over their willingness to assist in the arrest.
The question is, how many other terror cells exist in the US that we don't know about? The Muslim Society of America has already made a statement standing up for the terrorists' families.
Compelling back story on the terror plot bust yesterday here. For political elites, particularly the Muhammadan president, who insist that the jihad is over, the price will be high. And it is us, Americans, who are standing in the crosshairs of this fallacious fantasy.
As for Islam's exceptional wrath for the Jewish people, the Jews won't talk about Islamic Anti-semitism - some go so far as to pretend it does not exist. Thank goodness for Erick Stakelbeck over at the Christian Broadcasting Network.
And let me say yet again, it is Christian Evangelicals who get it. It is Christian zionists whom proud Jews must align themselves with and support fiercely. Jewish organizations in America are selling out the Jewish people. It is time we looked reality in the face and recognized who our friends are. Stop giving Jewicidal organizations your support and your money -- it's blood money. Support those who understand the threat to the West and their favorite target, the Jewish homeland.
The terror
arrests outside Raleigh, North Carolina are big for a few reasons. 1) This
was a homegrown cell based in rural America. 2) It was led by a white convert to
Islam named Daniel Patrick Boyd. 3) The cell had plotted against Israel, which
means they could very well have targeted Jewish sites on U.S. soil as well. We
still don't have all the details on that front. But a common thread in many recent terror arrests on U.S. soil is
a
desire among the suspects to hit Jewish targets, either here or
abroad.
Perhaps the most fascinating aspect of this North
Carolina jihad cell is that it was apparently made up of mostly white converts
to Islam. Indeed, Daniel Patrick Boyd looked like your typical good 'ol boy. He
ran a drywall business with his family. Neighbors frequently observed him
walking his dog (and here I thought that dogs were haram among
jihadis) and so far have portayed him as a pretty unassuming guy. Frankly, Boyd
had the perfect cover. Let's face it: a predominantly white, Christian rural
area outside of Raleigh, NC is the last place you would suspect an
Islamic terror cell to set up shop. And you probably wouldn't look twice at lily
white Daniel Boyd if he were walking through airport security. These are all
reasons why Al Qaeda continues to make strong efforts to recruit
white Westerners into their fold, as I reported in
December.
A last interesting tidbit about Boyd: he was a
veteran of terrorist training camps in Pakistan and Afghanistan who fought
against the Soviet Union during the 1980's. So this cell was not led by an
amateur.
Daniel Patrick Boyd, 39, led a U.S. group that plotted international terrorism attacks, authorities said Monday. Boyd, a North Carolina drywall contractor, got military-style training while in Pakistan and Afghanistan from 1989 to 1992 and recruited his two sons and four other men to wage a "violent jihad," the indictment said.
Authorities believe Boyd's
roots in terrorism run deep. They said when he was in Pakistan and Afghanistan
from 1989 through 1992, he had military-style training in terrorist camps and
fought the Soviets, who were ending their occupation of Afghanistan.
Prosecutors say Boyd's time in
Pakistan also included terrorist training that he brought back to North
Carolina, where over the past three years he recruited followers willing to die
as martyrs waging jihad — the Arabic word for holy war.
Prosecutors would not detail
what the group was targeting overseas. An indictment said they provided money,
training, transportation and men to help terrorists. Boyd and some of the others
traveled to Israel in June 2007 intending to wage "violent jihad," but returned
home without success, the document said.
Sons Zakariya Boyd, 20, and
Dylan Boyd, 22, were named in the indictment. Another son, Luqman, died two
years ago in a car accident.
The others charged are Anes
Subasic, 33; Mohammad Omar Aly Hassan, 22; and Ziyad Yaghi, 21. Hysen Sherifi,
24, a native of Kosovo and a U.S. legal permanent resident was also charged in
the case. He was the only person arrested who was not a U.S. citizen.
The seven men made their first
court appearances in Raleigh on Monday, charged with providing material support
to terrorism and "conspiracy to murder, kidnap, maim and injure persons abroad."
If convicted, they could face life in prison.
No attorneys for the men were
listed in court records.
Boyd lived at an unassuming
lakeside home in a rural area south of Raleigh, where he and his family operated
a drywall business.
Jim Stephenson, a neighbor in
Willow Spring, said he often saw the Boyd family walking their dog. The
indictment shocked neighbors.
"We never saw anything to give
any clues that something like that could be going on in their family,"
Stephenson said.

Reactions are
starting to come in. From the Jewish community, hearts are swelling
with love for France. You have to know how little it would take for
French Jews to forget the ugly past and trust their nation once
again. Dismayed by the cover-up, the secret trial, the verdict
announced in the dark of night, they—I can say “we”—awaken in
the sunshine on the eve of the Quatorze juillet (vulgarly called

I have to say that I
am not happy when readers react to my articles with
France-to-the-garbage-heap comments. First, because it is a way of

Imam Warith Deen Umar spoke about his books, Jews for Salaam: The
Straight Path to Global Peace, and Judaiology. Umar, the former head of
New York prisons' Muslim chaplain program, repeatedly described Jewish

This is the very same conference where thugs from CAIR/ISNA set up
great American David Gaubatz and tried to have him killed or arrested. If

And
now, in addition to the Justice Department’s outreach to the Islamic
Society of North America, the White House is sanctioning this
un-indicted co-conspirator. Robert Spencer wrote here:
In
2007, ISNA was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land
Foundation (HLF) terror funding case. The Holy Land Foundation, once
the nation’s largest Islamic charity, was ultimately found guilty of
funneling millions of dollars in charitable contributions to the jihad
terror group Hamas.
In July 2008, ISNA, along with the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT)
protested its designation as an unindicted co-conspirator, alleging
that this classification was merely part of a larger attempt by
government and law enforcement to “disparage” and “vilify” Muslims.
This earned them a stinging rebuke from federal prosecutors: “During
last year’s trial, numerous exhibits were entered into evidence
establishing both ISNA’s and NAIT’s intimate relationship with the
Muslim Brotherhood, the Palestine Committee, and the defendants in this
case. They were intimately connected with the HLF and its assigned task
of providing financial support to HAMAS....That ISNA and NAIT appeared
in these documents and share a common history with these defendants is
a reflection of the evidence, not any attempt to ‘disparage’ or
‘vilify.’”
ISNA’s “intimate
relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood” ought to raise the concerns
of every free American, not just the Justice Department. After all, the
Muslim Brotherhood in the United States is dedicated -- in its own
words -- to “a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the
Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house
by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated
and Allah’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”
That’s from an
internal Brotherhood document captured by law enforcement and released
during the Holy Land Foundation trial: “An Explanatory Memorandum on
the General Strategic Goal for the Brotherhood in North America.” This
memorandum concludes with an extraordinarily revealing “list of our
organizations and the organizations of our friends.” Among these
organizations is listed the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA).
Valerie Jarrett Addresses the Islamic Society of
North America

Continuing President Obama’s outreach to
Muslims, Senior Advisor to the President Valerie Jarrett spoke at the Islamic
Society of North America's 46th Annual Convention. The Convention, themed "Life,
Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness," brought together thousands of Muslim
Americans to our nation’s capital over the July 4th weekend.
The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA)
maintains that it is the largest Muslim American organization in the United
States. It was founded more than forty years ago and aims to serve as a meeting
place for people and ideas, while building bridges of understanding and
cooperation.
In her remarks, Jarrett spoke of the importance
of President Obama’s Cairo speech, where he emphasized that the United States
and Muslim communities share fundamental values, such as justice, progress,
tolerance, and the dignity of human beings.
She quoted the President in emphasizing the
many contributions of Muslim Americans to the United States:
Since our founding, American Muslims have
enriched the United States. They have fought in our wars, served in government,
stood for civil rights, started businesses, taught at our universities, excelled
in our sports arenas, won Nobel prizes, built our tallest building, and lit the
Olympic torch.
She continued by emphasizing that:
I will tell you, it is not always easy to
identify American "Muslim" business leaders, scientists, artists, athletes, and
so on. Not because there aren’t any, but because there are too many, and they
are known for their talents and character – not simply their religion. This is
a great thing. It is a reflection of the American dream, which is ultimately
rooted in these values that we all share – values that are common to all of
humanity. And just as we share common values, we also share common dreams – for
security, progress, and opportunity.
After acknowledging the diligent work and great
contribution of Muslim Americans to American society, Jarrett encouraged Muslim
Americans to respond to President Obama’s call to service. She asked that they
participate in United We Serve this summer, and utilize www.serve.gov to post service projects and find
other opportunities.
The White House, the Justice Department, the FBI and the State Department ...... we are infiltrated.
And
now a new position/division has been created at the State Department:
"Special Representative to Muslim Communities overseas and domestic,"
reporting directly to Secretary of State Clinton.
Gilad Shalit is chained to a cell well and calling for his mother when
he is visited in his cell by a Gaza boy who tells him that Israel doesn't care about
him. He pleads to the boy to be set free.
Where is the world community? Where is mutual RESPECT, Obama? It is time for free nations to walk away from the UN. It is time for free nations to stand up against the barbarism of Islamic jihad. Is there no conscience in the world?
A Palestinian journalist in the Gaza Strip remarked: "The Americans and Europeans are fighting against Taliban and Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan and Pakistan while Hamas is building a new fundamentalist entity here. The settlements may be an obstacle to peace, but Hamastan will soon become a major threat to stability in the region."

(IsraelNN.com) Hamas launched a propaganda cartoon of Gilad Shalit on Monday,
playing it repeatedly on its Al Aksa television station, as well as on
internet forums. In the film an unshaven Shalit is calling for his mother when
visited in his cell by a Gaza boy who tells him that Israel does not care about
him.
During the three-minute film, additional Hamas messages include how it would
be betrayal by the boy to free Shalit, especially with many of the boy's
relatives in Israeli jails. Israel is portrayed as being only a collection of
people from Western countries, and Shalit's only hope is for Hamas to kidnap
another soldier to make Israel agree to Hamas's terms and discourage Israelis
from joining the army.
I had you going there for a minute, didn't I? You were expecting worldwide riots, embassies burning, Christians beheaded ........ not.
"If Jews had burned dozens of Muslim books, the whole world would be shaking.”
But the Jews would never do such a thing. The envy that Judaism breeds in Islam is incomprehensibly wicked. They can burn our books, but they will never touch our soul.
Arabs raided the yeshiva of Homesh in
Samaria on Wednesday and torched dozens of books of the Talmud and of
the Five Books of Moses, leaving behind a pile of ashes. The arsonists
ignored personal equipment, including beds, tables and chairs, and
concentrated all their energies on Jewish texts.
“It
was a horrible sight to see dozen of holy books of the Talmud and Bible
burned almost completely,” said Rabbi Elishama Cohen, head of the
yeshiva that has been the stronghold of the community the past two
years. Homesh was one of four towns in northern Samaria that the
government destroyed after expelling the residents during the
“Disengagement” program four years ago.
“The
Arabs did this very thoroughly and carefully,” Rabbi Cohen added. “We
succeeded in saving the remains of some of the burned books and several
pages where the letters still are recognizable, the same pages we
learned the past several days.”
Return to Homesh leader
Yossi Dagan said that the yeshiva students gathered the remains of the
books to bury them according to Jewish law. “We demand that the Prime
Minister establish a community larger than the original Homesh. This
needs to be the answer of the government to this desecration and
national humiliation."
Yuli Edelstein, Minister of Information and Diaspora
Affairs, said. "To my sorrow, this grave incident is a result of
classic anti-Semitism and a reminder of the dark days of the past. It
is sad to think that if there were permanent homes and official
security, we would not be witness to this grave incident.”
Obama say: "We seek broader engagement based upon mutual interest and mutual
respect. We will listen carefully, we will bridge misunderstanding, and
we will seek common ground. We will be respectful even when we do not agree".

FP: You’ve been following the trial of the torture and murder of a young Jewish man, Ilan Halimi, in >. Tell us about the case and the trial./span>
Geller: The
death of Ilan Halimi can only be described as an unspeakable horror,
and yet typical of the increasing Islamic Jew-hatred and violence
against the Jews. A group calling itself the Muslim Barbarians targeted
Jewish men for torture and murder. Their first attempts to kidnap a Jew
were unsuccessful, despite the lure of a beautiful girl. Ilan Halimi
was not so lucky. He did not escape the Islamic homemade concentration
camp the Muslim Barbarians had set up.
The
banality of evil lived in that apartment building. Apartment dwellers,
all Muslims, heard Ilan's screams and cries of torture over a period of
three weeks, and yet did not call the cops. The screams must have been
loud because the torture was especially atrocious: the thugs cut bits
of flesh off the young man. They cut his fingers and ears. They burned
him with acid. They poured flammable liquid on him and set him on fire.
Not only did those in the building not go to the police -- they did
nothing at all. Worse, many took part in the tortures.
So systemic is the Jew hatred in France that it impeded rescuing Ilan or securing his release. Halimi's family
said that throughout Ilan's entire captivity, the French police refused
to move on any of the evidence that pointed to an anti-Semitic motive.
Instead, the police conducted a routine kidnap investigation (which
invariably involves ransom, not death). The police refused to
pursue the anti-Semitic motivations of the kidnappers in spite of the
fact that, according to newspaper accounts, "in their e-mail and
telephone communications with Ilan's family, his captors repeatedly
referred to his Judaism, and on at least one occasion recited verses
from the Koran while Ilan was heard screaming in agony in the
background".
The
family begged the police to listen to torturous phone calls from the
kidnappers and acknowledge that Ilan was abducted because he was
Jewish. Clearly, had the police not acted in judeophobic fashion, they
would have recognized that Ilan's life was in terrible danger and taken
urgent action. But law enforcement was not the only guilty party. The
government refused to acknowledge the anti-Semitic motives behind the
torture and killing a full week after the Halimi turned up mutilated
and dead.
This was not new, of course. In 2003, Sebastian Sellam,
a popular disc jockey at a hot Parisian night club called Queen known
as DJ Lam C (a reverse play on his surname) was on his way to work when
in an underground parking lot, a Muslim neighbor slit Sellam’s throat
twice. His face was completely mutilated with a carving fork. Even his
eyes were gouged out.
It has taken three
years to bring this case to trial and even now, they are hiding their
dirty little secrets behind closed doors.
FP: How come this trial is not receiving any attention or coverage?
Geller:The French would like this ugly little business to go away. Like Al Dura. Like their sordid national behavior when the Nazis occupied France.
The
latest outrage in the closed (more like hidden) trial of the "Muslim
barbarian" ringleader Fofana and his 26 accomplices (it was more like
50) in the savage torture and murder of Ilan Halimi is suspension of
the trial, with no indication of when it will begin again. Why isn't
Youssouf Fofana, in a glass box like Eichmann at Nuremberg, chained like the wild animal that he is?
In
a shocking display of proud Islamic Jew hatred (consistent with the
most sacred teachings of the Koran), the brutal Halimi murder trial was
suspended after the defendant spewed vile invectives and threw his
"Arab shoes" across the courtroom at the jury. Throwing shoes at
someone is a powerful insult in the Arab world.
According to a prosecution lawyer, Fofana's shoe throwing occurred during the presentation o f evidence by doctors who examined Halimi's body.
It is not clear when the hearing would be resumed.
The trial is being conducted behind closed doors, with no press or
public allowed, at the request of two of the defendants who were minors
at the time of the killing. The trial is closed at the request of
barbarians so evil, so savage that it defies the normal mind. And yet

A Cartoon to Inculcate the Next Generation of Muslims about the fake “Palestinian Cause”:
As the US government works to force an Israeli-Palestinian
"peace process" forward, a significant obstacle to winning Arab
public opinion and achieving a lasting peace is the current
Arab Islamic narrative of the conflict. The narrative of “the Catastrophe of
1948” and the resulting “Palestinian suffering” has long served
as an inciter of violence and anti-American sentiment. A
soon-to-be-released Arabic animated film, that aims to teach
children about the faux “Palestinian Cause” from the viewpoint for a
Palestinian"refugee", may serve to further cement this narrative in
a new generation of young Arabs and Muslims.
The Saudi-produced film, titled “The Olive Dream,” tells the story of a young girl who in 1948
witnessed her father’s death at the hands of “Zionist gangs,” who “came to take” the non-existent Palestinian lands. The
girl and her family are then forced off their land to the refugee camp of Jenin, where they endure the
2002 “Jenin massacre” before finally returning to their land at the end of the film.

Al-Jazeera Arabic
profiled the film in April, where it aired clips of it and interviewed its producer/director, who said the
“most important message” of the film is that “this is our land and we should hold on to it.”
He said the
film aims to introduce children to the “Palestinian Cause from a geographic and religious perspective.”
One battle scene depicts a military bombardment of civilians and young men fighting back, with a
song playing in the background that says “the world has become a jungle, and the promises of people
are mirages” and that “death is at the door.”
Though most Arabic-produced animated films over the years have not enjoyed commercial success in
the Arab world, The Olive Dream has been receiving increasing media attention ahead of its release
because of its subject and its “high quality.”
According to Al-Arabiya’s website, the Saudi produced
and directed film has a “suspenseful” storyline and the same production values as a “Disney” animated
film. From the clips I have seen, the quality of the work is closer to that of a decent Flash video than a
Disney cartoon, but still better than most Arabic-produced cartoons. The producers are reportedly
arranging for distribution in all Arab countries and in Turkey, with a planned release date set during
the family-oriented holy month of Ramadan (between August and September).
The film’s
producer/director says he is working on an English version for international distribution because he
sees the film as “directed at the entire world, not just Arabs and Muslims. It involves the most precious
subject to the Arab heart.” Yes, incitement to kill Jews and annihilate Israel.Regardless of the success of the theatrical release in the Arab world, the
film will most likely be later sold to a number of Arabic TV channels.

What is most revealing in this news report is that despite (relatively) good relations between official/government Egypt and Israel for well over 30 years, the people, the street, the masses continue to despise the Jews. This is a consuming evil. It eats these souls alive to the exclusion of everything else. Everything fails. After the verdict was read in the Cairo courtroom, Nabih al-Wahsh, an
Egyptian attorney, jumped for joy and received an avalanche of telephone calls
from friends congratulating him on his latest legal victory.
Al-Wahsh has managed to extract a ruling from Egypt’s Administrative Court —
which rules in disputes between citizens and the state — that would force the
Egyptian government to strip Egyptians married to Israelis of their Egyptian
citizenship. The May 19 ruling was met with the cheers of millions in this
populous Arab country.

“This is an historic ruling,” al-Wahsh said to reporters after the ruling.
“Egyptians married to Israelis are dangerous to Egypt’s national security,
acting in ways that contradict the constitution of their country and Islamic
laws,” he said.
Calls flooded into TV talk shows discussing the verdict and readers posted
comments on Web sites of newspapers that wrote about it.
Everyone appeared united in elation at the ruling, as well as in hatred of
the Jewish state and everything that related to it, even if it was originally
Egyptian.
“Israel clamors to become an integral part of the Arab world and to do so it
lures Egyptians to get married to its women,” one reader wrote to a local
newspaper, commenting on the ruling.
A second writer warned against Israeli plans to use Egyptians married to
Israelis as spies, while a third said the sons and the daughters of these people
would one day claim property in Egypt, something that would “ease Israel’s
hegemony over Egypt yet again.”
Such sentiments among a large chunk of Egypt’s population of about 80 million
underscores the wide chasm that distinguishes Egypt at the official level and
the same country at the level of its public.
Although Egypt was the first country to sign a peace treaty with Israel,
almost 30 years ago, its government and its people still walk two different
paths.
Egyptian officials visit Israel, meet members of its cabinet and sign
agreements secretly and openly with them, but the people on the street still
view Israel as an “enemy,” “imperialist” in nature, and those Egyptians who
travel and get married there are seen as “traitors.” These same critics have
consistently attempted to abort every possibility of breaking the ice that has
blocked the way between Cairo and Tel Aviv for decades now.
No matter what, Islam hates the Jews. Period.
In this sense, it is true that Egypt is the “heart of the Arab world,” as
President Barack Obama and his advisers like to call it.

Some estimates put the number of Egyptians living in Israel between 6,000 and
7,000, although al-Wahsh believes the number could be between 30,000 and 40,000.
The reason people leave Egypt for Israel is not a secret to the people in
this country, even among decision-makers themselves. In addition to the fallout
from the international economic downturn, which has weighed heavily on the
Egyptian economy, Egypt has been suffering its own economic deterioration for
years.
In this country, which features the oldest civilization in the Arab Middle
East, more than 40 percent of the population lives beneath the poverty line,
according to the World Bank.

Israel, by contrast, is a thriving multiethnic country that enjoys political
pluralism and offers Egyptian job seekers a model totally different from in
their own country, where jobs are rare, diversity is nonexistent and religious
tolerance is scarce.
Part of the antipathy to Israel stems from what Egyptians see on their
national TV and read in their newspapers every day. Israeli attacks against the
Palestinians are fodder for the editors of news bulletins.
A few weeks ago, TV anchor Mahmud Saad, in an on-air telephone interview,
lashed out at Egypt’s Minister of Culture Farouk Hosni, who is seeking election
to the top post of UNESCO, for inviting Daniel Barenboim, a conductor with
Israeli origins and international acclaim, to lead an orchestra at the Egyptian
Opera House.
“I hate Israel,” Saad, who hosts the popular talk show “al-Beit Beitak”
(“Feel at Home”), shouted while speaking with the minister.
Days later, Egypt’s ex-mufti — a top religious leader who advises the
country’s Muslim majority on religious matters — lampooned Arab countries that
sign agreements with Israel in a veiled criticism of the peace treaty between
Egypt and Israel.

“[These marriages] would usher in a new generation of people who would help
Israel implement its imperialistic desires in this region in general and in
Egypt in particular,” said Ibrahim al-Enani, a professor of international law
from Cairo. “This court ruling doesn’t contradictwith either Egypt’s
constitution or international laws,” he added.
Ironically, what might have been missed by the judges who passed the ruling
is that most Egyptians living in Israel are married to Israeli women with Arab
origins. These people speak the same language as the Egyptians and sometimes
also share their same faith.
The constant din of Islamic anti-semitism is nothing new. Dr. Andrew Bostom elaborated on the institutional Islamic Jew hatred in Egypt when Cairo was being discussed as a destination for Obama's bow to the Muslim world:

fact that Cairo, Egypt is being touted as a potential location for this
conciliatory address highlights Mr. Obama's willful blindness to the

ally -- for example, demanding, under threat of withdrawing this aid,
that Egypt actively seek out and destroy the smuggling tunnels through
which flow rockets and other munitions from the Sinai peninsula into
Gaza, to be fired by Hamas (and its allied) jihadists upon civilian
population centers in southern Israel.
But apart from
diplomatic threats -- which can be made privately, Mr. Obama should
demonstrate courageous moral leadership in his public address,
demanding an end to the declarations of Jew-hatred, and even calls for
jihad genocide against the Jews, issued regularly by Egyptian clerics,
including authoritative Islamic religious leaders at the renowned Al
Azhar University.
Preaching this sacralized hatred is endemic in Egypt. A front page New York Times story
published January 10, 2009, included extracts from the Friday sermon
(of 1/9/09) at Al Azhar mosque pronounced by Egyptian-government
appointed cleric Sheik Eid Abdel Hamid Youssef. Referencing
well-established (citations provided, below), Sheikh Youssef intoned,
This is the brave new world of Obama? This is the unity and harmony he campaigned on? This is vile and sick, and he is the architect. Remember when Obama's wife Michelle said "for the first time in my adult life, I am proud of my country”? Well, I can honestly say for the first time in my adult life I am ashamed of my country. After Obama's speech in Cairo yesterday, he arranged a roundtable with eight
journalists. Yedioth Ahronoth, an Israeli paper, was invited to send a
correspondent as were several Arab papers. Nahum Barnea reports (translation):
After Obama’s speech yesterday at Cairo University, we gathered, six senior
journalists from all over the Muslim world and I, the reporter for Yedioth
Ahronoth, around a circular table in a side room. The president wanted to give
us an interview.
The original group had eight. The Syrian did not show after hearing that a
reporter from Israel had been invited. The Lebanese, Naoum Sarkis, had been
sitting with us all at the front of the hall but when he realized where I was
from and whom I was representing, he passed on the opportunity and
fled.
Lebanon and Syria, two countries that share a common border with Israel,
respectively act as a state-sponsor and base for terror against Israel. The
reporters from these countries would not even sit in the same room as a Jew --
even after bathing in Obama's healing rhetoric. Other Arab journalists did stay,
including a Palestinian, to hear Obama compare Bibi to Nixon. "Only the
anti-Communist Nixon could have opened the doors to China," Obama said. Of
course, Nixon was also forced to resign.

RABAT (AFP) — A group of alleged Islamists recently arrested in Morocco
planned to attack Jewish interests in the country, a court source said Thursday,
citing the charges against them.
The suspects, alleged to be members of a cell that was part of the radical
Islamist movement Salafia Jihadia, were also preparing attacks against Moroccan
security services, the source said.
Details of the alleged attack plans were not available.
The cell -- Jamaat Al Mourabitine Al Jodod, or New Fighters Group --
allegedly began operating in March 2008 in southern Morocco and sought to
recruit militants from Koranic schools with the intention of infiltrating
political parties.
Authorities announced their arrest on May 12 and they face charges including
forming a criminal gang with the aim of carrying out "terrorist" acts. They are
being held in jail.
"Police dismantled the cell as part of a regular operation in the battle
against terrorism," the court source said.
(IsraelNN.com) Two out of every five Arab citizens of Israel, or 40.5
percent, say that the Shoah, or Holocaust, never happened. This figure is up
from 28 percent who denied the Holocaust in a similar survey three years
ago.
Only 41 percent of the Arab citizens of Israel recognize Israel's right to
exist as a Jewish and democratic state, down from 65.6 percent who did so in
2003. A mere 53.7 percent recognize Israel's right to exist as an independent
state at all, compared with 81.1 percent in 2003.
According to Samocha, Holocaust denial is common, not just among the less
educated Arabs. A full 37 percent of Arabs who possess an education level above
high school deny that the Holocaust happened.
12.6 percent support armed struggle 41.4 percent said
that they had participated in "protest actions" over the course of the last
year, compared with 28.7 percent who said so in 2003. 12.6 percent support using
"all means, including weapons" in the struggle to "improve their situation."
This figure is up from 5.4 percent in 2003.

What will become of all the sacrifices they made – just to be told to leave? They consider Jerusalem to have a spiritual status. The Jews consider Judea and Samaria to be their historic dream. If the Jews leave those places, the Zionist idea will begin to collapse. It will regress of its own accord. Then we will move forward."

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) strongly condemns remarks made over the last
few days at various appearances throughout South Florida by Dutch
Parliamentarian Geert Wilders. In his speeches, he claimed that "Islam is not a
religion" and "the right to religious freedom should not apply to this
totalitarian ideology called Islam." Mr. Wilders also stated that the Koran is
a book of hatred, and that Mohammed was both "a pedophile and a warlord."
Israel has no greater friend on the International stage than the Honorable Geert Wilders. Here is what Wilders said in Florida about Israel:
Ladies and Gentlemen, there is one country in our Western Civilization
that has been forced to fight the forces of Jihad for its values since
the very day of its existence: Israel the Canary in the Coal Mine. Let me
say a few words about that wonderful country.

Normandy beaches in 1944.
Young Israeli men today, young Israeli Women today, are fighting for our
freedom, are fighting for our civilization, and like Bosnia, like Kosovo,
like Nigeria, like Sudan, like the Caucasus, like Kashmir, like Southern
Thailand, like Western China and the South of the Philippines, Israel is
situated exactly on the dividing line between Dar al -Islam, the Islamic

allow ourselves at least to see the big picture, which is, that all those

WASHINGTON, April 30 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today commended the Florida office of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) for condemning the anti-Islam hate of a speaker who was recently given a standing ovation at a synagogue in that state.
Earlier this week, CAIR called on members of the Jewish community to condemn "Nazi-like" statements by Dutch extremist politician Geert Wilders made recently at a Palm Beach, Fla., synagogue. In the speech, Wilders claimed that "Islam is not a religion" and "the right to religious freedom should not apply to this totalitarian ideology called Islam," all to the applause of the audience.
"The ADL strongly condemns Geert Wilders' message of hate against Islam as inflammatory, divisive and antithetical to American democratic ideals. This rhetoric is dangerous and incendiary, and wrongly focuses on Islam as a religion, as opposed to the very real threat of extremist, radical Islamists."
CAIR touting American democratic ideals? Now that's rich. They invoke freedom of speech to kill freedom of speech.
"We commend the ADL for its repudiation of Geert Wilders' Islamophobic views and ask all those who promoted his message of hate to recognize the negative impact such intolerance has on our society," said CAIR National Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper.

death, because Ilan walked for perhaps one hour, trying still to find a

A self-proclaimed Muslim barbarian shouted his contempt for his judges
yesterday at the start of his trial for the torture and murder of a young Jewish
man.
Youssouf Fofana, 28, who led a loose-knit gang of youths from an immigrant
housing estate, swaggered into court and shouted “Allah will conquer” as the
court began hearing a case into a killing that horrified France and the world
Jewish community in 2006.
Mr Fofana and most of his 26 alleged accomplices have admitted their roles in
the kidnapping of Ilan Halimi, 23, an assistant in a Paris telephone shop, who
was held for ransom for 24 days in the suburb of Bagneux. Mr Fofana, whose
parents came to France from Ivory Coast, denies killing the victim, who was tied
up in a cellar and tortured with acid, cigarettes and knives. He died in an
ambulance after Mr Fofana dumped him by a railway line and allegedly set him
alight.
The crime symbolised the casual and violent anti-Semitic culture among the
young on the immigrant estates. It shocked France because many residents,
including parents of gang members, were alleged to have been aware that Mr
Halimi was being held. Some allegedly took turns in guarding the captive for a
few euros. Half the defendants, mainly teenagers at the time, face charges of
failing to render assistance or alert police.
The racially charged trial proceeded in camera because two of the accused
were minors in 2006, including Emma, 19, of Iranian background, who is alleged
to have lured Mr Halimi to his doom by visiting his shop and inviting him on a
romantic date.
Ruth Halimi, the victim's mother, has accused the police of bungling the
inquiry. She initially attacked the Government, including Nicolas Sarkozy, then
the Interior Minister, for playing down its anti-Semitic aspect.
After thousands demonstrated, Mr Sarkozy promised Jewish leaders that
everything would be done to bring all those involved to justice.
Mr Fofana faces life imprisonment if convicted of kidnapping, torture and
murder, aggravated by anti-Semitic motives, a specific charge in French law.
He should be tortured for three weeks and executed as Halimi was. Anything less is a gross injustice.
Mrs Halimi sat apparently praying in court as Mr Fofana, bearded and in a
white tracksuit, grinned at her and jokingly told the judges that his name was
“Arabs African revolt barbarian Salafist army”. Salafism is a fundamentalist
movement espoused by many young immigrant radicals.[Muslims]
Mrs Halimi has been waging a campaign to keep the spotlight on the
anti-Semitic motives behind the crime. Mr Fofana's accomplices are alleged to
have said that he picked the victim because he was Jewish and “Jews have money
and they stick together”.

The Labour Party has become embroiled in a race row after a prospective
female councillor was allegedly told she was 'too white and Jewish' to be

Elaina Cohen claims that Labour councillor Mahmood Hussain said he would not
support her application for an inner-city ward because 'my Muslim members don't
want you because you are Jewish'.
Mrs Cohen, 50, has made an official complaint about the alleged remarks made
by Mr Hussain, a Muslim and former lord mayor of Birmingham.
She said: 'I am shocked and upset that a member of the Labour Party in this
day and age could even think something like that, let alone say it.
'People should not be allowed to make racist comments like that. If someone
in the party feels I cannot represent them because of my colour or religion,
that's ridiculous.
'I felt particularly aggrieved because I have worked across all sections of
the community, particularly with the Muslim section, and have been on official
visits to Pakistan.'

Mrs Cohen had applied to stand as a Labour councillor for the Birmingham ward

As one of Labour's safest seats on Tory-led Birmingham city council, the

But when Mrs Cohen telephoned 57-year-old Mr Hussain for his support, she was

Lorraine Briscoe, who runs a local community association, was sitting next to
Mrs Cohen when the conversation took place on speakerphone last Tuesday.
'I was disgusted that a councillor could make comments like that in 2009,'

rejected by a pre-selection panel after failing to gain the support of the local

The detailed maps are presented by Islamic fundamentalists alongside calls to
carry out strikes against the named targets, according to a report released
Monday by the Institute of Terrorism Research and Response (ITRR).
One recent message specifies "important nuclear facilities and military bases
that we should strike." The text is accompanied by several maps identifying
strategic sites in nations as diverse as Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, France,
Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Greece, Israel,
South Africa, Pakistan and the United States.
Each of the maps of the foregoing countries include labels purporting to
identify air force, missile defense and naval bases, as well as nuclear weapons
facilities and other related areas. An Arabic-language map of Japan, without
specific strategic sites labeled, was also uploaded to an online jihadist forum
alongside an exhortation not to "forget" the Japanese.

What it represents is the struggle between good and evil.
The traditional Jew -- peaceful, studious, dedicated to procreation,

helping anyone. Except the leaders of those oppressive countries, who are
pulling off some pretty nifty diversionary tactics for the benefit of their
abused masses.
What if they were to instead tell people to become doctors to heal each
other, lawyers to fight for their causes in the world’s courts, or film
directors, to bring their stories to light? Why give your sons a gun, a black
mask, and a suicide belt, when you could give him, instead, a hug and a ticket
to study in Dubai? Why build bombs when you could have built a university, a
hospital, or a hi-tech park? Why dig smuggling tunnels when you could instead
build a subway system to take you to see relatives in Cairo? Why is there no
Palestinian or Somali or Pakistani version of the JNF or Hadassah? There would
certainly be enough Euros in aid and Saudi oil dollars coming in to fund them,
if anyone local cared to organize those efforts, instead of blaming You-Know-Jew
(again!) for all of the earth’s problems.
Because you have been oppressed. Because you are poor. Because you’ve had
relatives killed. Are not good reasons. Not since the 40’s. Not since ever,
really.
To me, these sound like the Bad Childhood Defense that pops up like a fungus
in the American legal system when the guy on trial has nothing else to explain
away his depravity. As if everyone who had a funny uncle or a mother who loved
Jack Daniels more than Daddy couldn’t help it if he took some liberties with the
neighborhood’s kids. Where is the sense of moral responsibility that most of us
carry, whatever else we went through? Isn’t this the whole point of a
legal system?
And – by the way – since when is this a “conservative” idea? Isn’t rising
above and making the most of one’s circumstances supposed to be a spiritual,
Eastern, fundamentally liberal concept? And yet… somehow many yoga-soaked
leftists have pushed away the idea of responsibility, of moral culpability –
both on an individual and national level - even though responsibility for the
self and for one’s own spiritual development, as well as responsibility for the
other, are at the core of humanitarian philosophy. Compassion has become
confused with eliminating all expectations of anyone who has suffered. Again:
Isn’t this the whole point of being a nation? To rise above
your challenges and own them as part of your heritage, while taking
pride in how far you’ve come?
I don’t know of any Holocaust survivors who entered a café in Germany or
Poland circa 1946 or 1996 or 2006 and blew themselves up to liberate their
family’s land or business stolen by the Nazis. Nor do I know of any Holocaust
remembrance conferences where the chief subject is hating Hitler and his SS and
the German and Polish and Hungarian people who kept quiet. The subject is
remembering the dead and the lost. And how we’ve moved on. Grown, beyond
survival. Celebrating the fact that Hitler ultimately failed miserably,
precisely because he did not manage to infect his victims with the thing that
drove him: Hate.
There are no words. Can you imagine if Israel surrenders any part of Jerusalem to Islam? They will destroy everything good and right. No Christian or Jewish holy place or artifact will be safe. It's an Islamic mandate. Where are the millions of Muslims decrying such barbarism? Where are the moderate Muslims?

Headstone smashed, bloody Star of David graffiti scrawled on wall
JERUSALEM – Jews who arrived last night to
pray at Joseph's Tomb – Judaism's third holiest site – were stunned to learn the
structure had been vandalized, with the headstone smashed in and swastikas
painted on the walls.
"Only barbarians could do such things. People who pathologically disgrace
such a holy place don't deserve to be called human beings," said Gershon Mesika,
head of the Jewish regional council in the West Bank.
Joseph's Tomb is the believed burial place of the biblical patriarch Joseph,
the son of Jacob who was sold by his brothers into slavery and later became
viceroy of Egypt. Following repeated Palestinian attacks, Israel in October 2000
unilaterally retreated from Joseph's Tomb and, with very few exceptions, banned
Jews from returning to the site purportedly for security reasons. The tomb area
is now controlled entirely by the Palestinians.
Mesika has been working with the Israel Defense Forces to lead monthly
midnight excursions to the tomb in hope of restoring a Jewish presence to the
area.
Last night, a group of 500 Jews arrived to pray at the site under heavy
protection of the IDF. But they were stunned to see the tomb had been defaced.
The headstone was smashed and swastikas were painted on the walls, as was
graffiti of a blood-dripping sword over a Star of David.
The Torah describes how Jacob purchased a land plot in
Shechem, which was given as an inheritance to his sons and was used to
re-inter Joseph, whose bones were taken out of Egypt during the Jewish
exodus. Joseph's sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, are also said to be buried
at the site.

As detailed in the Torah, shortly before his death, Joseph asked
the Israelites to vow they would resettle his bones in the land of
Canaan, biblical Israel. That oath was fulfilled when, according to the
Torah, Joseph's remains were taken by the Jews from Egypt and reburied
at the plot of land Jacob had earlier purchased in Shechem, believed to
be the site of the tomb. Modern archeologists confirm Nablus is the
biblical city of Shechem.
Yehuda Leibman, who until the Israeli retreat from Joseph's
Tomb in 2000 was director of a yeshiva constructed there, explained,
"The sages tell us that there are three places which the world cannot
claim were stolen by the Jewish people: the Temple Mount, the Cave of
the Patriarchs and Joseph's Tomb."
There is evidence suggesting that for more than 1,000 years
Jews of various origins worshipped at Joseph's Tomb. The Samaritans, a
local tribe that follow a religion based on the Torah, say they trace
their lineage back to Joseph himself and that they worshipped at the
tomb site for more than 1,700 years.
No matter how much one side may want peace, if the other side is intent on destroying that side completely, you cannot have it. You can dance as fast as you want, give as much as you want, appease as much as you can, but you cannot make peace if your enemy wants to destroy you. Period.

A Hebron resident suspected of selling land to Israelis was put on
trial in a special Palestinian tribunal on Tuesday. The prosecution demanded
that he be convicted of treason. PA sources said that if the man were convicted
of treason, he would most likely be sentenced to death. Senior Fatah member
Hatem Abdel Kader, who serves as Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad's
advisor on Jerusalem affairs, said Monday that the PA was working firmly to
combat the sale of land to Israelis, adding that those who are found guilty of

An axe-wielding terrorist infiltrated the West Bank settlement of Bat
Ayin Thursday afternoon, killing 16-year-old Shlomo Nativ and wounding
7-year-old Yair Gamliel.
Government spokesman Mark Regev condemned the attack as a "senseless act of
brutality against innocents."

Speaking by phone from the scene, Magen David Adom paramedic Ronen Bashri
told The Jerusalem Post that ambulances and emergency
response teams were called to the settlement after receiving a report of
an axe attack.
"We found a seven-year-old boy fully conscious with a head injury caused by a
sharp object," Bashri said. "And we found a 16-year-old whom we had to declare
dead on the scene."

Giving up Jerusalem is a betrayal of Allah, His Messenger and the Believers
It
is unlawful to surrender any part of Islamic land, for Islamic land is
not the right of a president, a prince, a minister or of a group of
people to surrender it under the event of exerted pressure or difficult
circumstances. Rather, individuals and communities should try
to use all means to withstand occupation, free the Holy Jerusalem and
restore it to the Muslim territory.
If one of the Umma’s
generations proves unable or unwilling to do so, it does not have the
right to impose its disability or unwillingness on the future
generations of the Umma till the Day of Judgment by surrendering what
it is not entitled to surrender.
Therefore, the Council’s Fatwa
is that it is prohibited and unlawful to sell land in Jerusalem or in
any other location in Palestine to the enemies or accept compensation
for it by the homeless refugees, for Muslim lands are not to be given
up or compensated for in any case, and whoever does so betrays Allah,
His Messenger and the Muslim society.
If this ruling applies to any Muslim land,
it should be more strict concerning the land in Holy Jerusalem, the
first of the two qiblas, the city of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the third of
the most venerated cities to Muslims next to Makkah and Medina, and the
land that was the destination of Isra’ (night travel) and the starting
point of Mi’ra (ascendancy to Heaven). It is enough that Allah (swt)
praised it in His Saying: “Glorified (and Exalted) is He who took His
Slave for a journey by night from Al-Masjid al-Haram (at Makkah) to
Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa (in Jerusalem), the neighborhood whereof we have
blessed in order that we might show him of Our Signs” (17:1)
Therefore,
Jerusalem has its place in the heart of every Muslim, whether east or
west. It touches its membrane and goes deep in it, out of sincere love
of it, eagerness to keep it intact, and defending its sanctified
features and taking care of its affairs. Because of it, the Palestinian
issue has become the first issue of Muslims. They hurry to protect it
and they fight in its cause and offer their souls and valuable property
for its sake.
Jerusalem is not for the Palestinians
alone; it is for the whole Muslims, Arabs and non-Arabs. It is also for
all Arabs, both Muslim and Christian.
The Palestinians
are not entitled to decide by themselves the fate of Jerusalem and
ignore the right of the Muslims all over the world. Consequently,
Muslims, wherever they may be, should do their duty and do their utmost
to defend Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque. It is a common obligation. All
Muslims should work together to defend them with their souls and
property and whatever they possess. Otherwise, they would incur the
punishment of Allah (swt).
Allah (swt) says: “O you who believe!
What is the matter with you, that, when you are asked to march forth in
the Cause of Allah, you cling heavily to the earth? Are you pleased
with the life of this world rather the Hereafter? But little is the
enjoyment of the life of this world as compared to the Hereafter.
Unless you march forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty and
replace you by another people; but Him you will not harm in the least,
for Allah has power over all things” (9:38-39).
When the
crusaders occupied Jerusalem in the past, the people who tried hard to
free it were non-Arab Muslims, such as the Turk ‘Imad-ud-Din Zinki, his
son Nur-ud-Din Mahmod, known as the Martyr, and his student the Kurdish
Salah-ud-Din Al-Ayyubi, who Allah (swt) chose to free Jerusalem.
Muslims
numbering over 1.3 billion are still everywhere ready to sacrifice and
expend everything for the sake of their dear Jerusalem. This is
perceived by every individual among the Muslim nations from Philippine
and Indonesia in the East till Mauritania in the Arabian West, although
this is not manifested strongly and clearly by some Muslim rulers,
unfortunately.
Jerusalem is a dear part of Islamic home and
Islamic land. Muslims have been in it for 14 centuries. They did not
usurp it from the Jews. Indeed, Jews ceased to live in it for hundreds
of years. Their state had come to an end hundreds of years before; a
state which lasted for no more than a few hundred years. Arabs and
others lived in it for thousands of years. When the Caliph Omar ibn
Al-Khattab (ra) received Jerusalem from its Christian Patriarch
Sapharnius, one of the conditions agreed upon with him stipulates: “The Jews shall not live with them”.
The
sovereignty over Jerusalem should be Islamic – Arabian - Palestinian.
This does not prevent Christians or Jews from practicing their
religious rites with the freedom and tolerance characteristic of Islam
through the ages: “And Allah has full power and control over His
Affairs, but most of men know not” (12:21).
Are these the pious? Or the extremists? The good Muslims or the "tiny minority" (of millions)? Trying to sort this baby out in my own mind. How does President Hussein classify this type of education? There is no war on terror, so WTF is this and how to splain it? Over at Jihad Watch .............

A major terrorist car bombing was averted at a Haifa mall on Saturday night when one of several explosive devices hidden in a parked vehicle malfunctioned.
After being alerted by an employee of the Lev Hamifratz shopping center, who reported hearing an explosion, police sappers were dispatched to scan the area.
The sappers found a partially exploded bomb in the trunk of a white Subaru car which was parked outside the shopping center, and registered to a woman who lives in Jerusalem. A further search of the vehicle uncovered several more unexploded bombs, containing dozens of kilograms of explosive material, which were neutralized by the sappers.
"We believe this is a terrorist incident," a police statement said.
Police immediately moved to evacuate the mall, which was filled with shoppers at the time, and sealed off the area. A major traffic route adjacent to the mall was also closed off to traffic, as police went on high alert across the Haifa area.
On the ground, roadblocks sprang up and police presence was increased in crowded areas.
It was not immediately clear how the vehicle managed to get past security checks at the entrance to the mall....
And while the Muslim, Mohammed Alkaramla, who was arrested yesterday
whined that he was a suspect“because of my name and
where I come from”, the FBI presented evidence - postage stamp, a fingerprint and a Google search.
A postage stamp, a fingerprint and a Google search helped lead authorities to arrest a West Rogers Park man Friday on a charge he mailed a bomb threat to a Jewish school in late December.
Forensic investigators matched a fingerprint from the letter's envelope to
Mohammed Alkaramla, authorities said.
During a search of Alkaramla's
apartment last month, agents also found a book of postage stamps—bearing a
design of two swans forming a heart shape, the same design as the stamp on the
bomb threat letter. That particular stamp hadn't been produced in more than a
decade, and the book found in a dresser drawer was missing one stamp, charges
say.
Agents also seized a laptop computer from Alkaramla, and subsequent
analysis of the computer's hard drive found the text of the threat letter and
Google search terms such as "Bomb attack + Israel + letters," authorities said.
It also showed that Alkaramla had tried to find a sample of a threat letter
online.
Alkaramla, 24, was taken into custody at his home in the 6000
block of North Artesian Avenue by the FBI's
Joint Terrorism Task Force. A federal judge ordered the Jordanian national held
in custody at least until a detention hearing on Tuesday.
Alkaramla was
under investigation in the vandalism of several Chicago-area synagogues and
Jewish schools in early January after Israeli airstrikes and troop incursions
into the Gaza Strip in the Mideast. But Friday's criminal complaint said only
that Alkaramla had mailed a bomb threat to Ida Crown Jewish Academy in Chicago
in late December.
The letter threatened to set bombs at 22 Jewish
educational centers in the Chicago area, but no explosives were found.
FBI says North Sider from Jordan mailed threat to Jewish school
A 25-year-old North Side man with dual U.S. and Jordanian citizenship was
arrested this morning by the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force and accused of
sending a threatening letter to an Orthodox Jewish high school late last year one in a series of anti-Semitic incidents in December and January targeting
Jewish institutions on the North Side and in Lincolnwood following the Israeli
invasion of Gaza.
Gaza? Their implication? It's the Jews fault.

Alkaramla’s lawyer said his client just graduated last week from the Illinois
Institute of Technology and lives at home with two sisters. Alkaramla has dual
citizenship — U.S. and Jordanian — and was born in Jordan.
