Islamic supremacists and leftist thugs take their war on the civilized world to the next level. And make no mistake, this is the next phase in the war on the West.
Students for Palestine is a terrorist organization.
UPDATE 10.30pm: POLICE officers were injured and protesters arrested during an anti-Israeli rally outside a chocolate store in Melbourne's CBD.
Police say the rally turned violent when the group of more than 100 protesters refused to move from outside the Max Brenner store, at the Lonsdale and Swanston streets corner, about 7pm tonight.
Nineteen protesters from the Students for Palestine group were charged with offences including trespassing, besetting a premises and assaulting police.
Students for Palestine claims the company supplies chocolates for the ration packs of Israeli soldiers.
An extremist [sic] dad living in suburban Australia prayed his children would die as martyrs before puberty so he could enter heaven honourably, a court has been told.
The man sat his daughter, who was not yet three, on his knee to watch videos of executions and suicide bombings, slapping her if she became distressed, his former wife testified.
She said he also had the little girl sing a Jihadi song accompanying the videos.
A federal magistrate accepted the man taught the little girl to "chant enthusiastically and joyously over the death and mutilation of other human beings".
It was alleged the man also punched, slapped or kicked his wife if she did not watch the videos.
A Federal Magistrates' Court judgment, published this week, has revealed the man sought access to his two children, now aged 6 and 3.
But the dad, who has been convicted of assaulting his former wife, has been denied time with the children.
His identity is protected by the Family Law Act, but he continues to live in Australia.
The man was born in Libya and is of Palestinian origin. He and his ex-wife were devout Muslims.
But a federal magistrate said the case was not at all about the man's religious beliefs, rather his broader belief system.
His former wife told the court that while she was pregnant and after their birth of their two children he made duas, or prayers of supplication.
He pronounced the duas, seeking that he and his wife be rewarded with great honour by the children dying before puberty and and going forward in the cause of Islam.
Federal magistrate Joe Harman accepted the father, known by the pseudonym Mr Heiden, pronounced the dua.
"I struggle to understand how a parent could possibly derive any joy from the thought of a child's death, let alone enter into a prayer or plea to have a child taken from them when so many of parents in so many societies, including the present-day Palestine, experience that pain," Mr Harman said.
"Present-day Palestine" is Israel, clown. And many Muslims in Gaza, Judea and Samaria (which is what the assclown is referring to) pray for the same thing that Abu Heiden does.
When asked if he could have pronounced the duas seeking that one of his children die before puberty, the man said: "I'm not sure. I could have. I do that (make duas) a lot."
But when asked if he did make such a dua, he said: "It's possible. I don't think I did. I really can't remember, but I don't see why it's important."
He said later he didn't want to hurt his children or for them to be suicide bombers.
The couple separated in 2008 after the man allegedly slapped, kicked, punched and raped his wife, she told the court.
"O People of Australia, I Present to you SHARI'AH." Ibrahim Siddiq-Conlon calling for sharia in Australia (vid hat tip Doug)
Heads up, America (or should that be heads roll, America) -- this is round the corner. There have been a multitude of calls for sharia in Australia by Muslim groups. They argue that all Australians would benefit if Islamic laws were adopted as mainstream legislation. Yeah, right. How's that Islamic law working out for you, girls?
Australian attorney general: "There is no place for Sharia law in Australian society and the government strongly rejects any proposal for its introduction" thanks to Robert
"Legal pluralism," the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils called it. They may win a prize for Euphemism of the Year, but their agenda is obvious: achieving a foot in the proverbial door for the introduction of "just a little" Sharia ("Just a little bit of peril!"), legitimizing the law in principle and providing the basis for continued expansion in the name of "tolerance" and "pluralism."
"What could be the harm in so little," they will ask, and accuse critics of alarmism and, of course, Islamophobia. Failing to submit to this proposal could be portrayed as a means of "alienating" Muslim "youth" and a source of potential "radicalization."
But it appears for the moment that this government has moved to stop this disaster before it can start. Not that we've heard the last of it, by far. "Govt says no to sharia law," from the Australian Associated Press, May 17 (thanks to all who sent this in):
The federal government has quickly moved to block any calls for sharia law in Australia.
In its submission to the parliamentary inquiry into the government's new multiculturalism policy, The Australian Federation of Islamic Councils has called for Muslims to be granted "legal pluralism".
Attorney-General Robert McClelland stomped on the request.
"There is no place for sharia law in Australian society and the government strongly rejects any proposal for its introduction," Mr McClelland told AAP.
Sharia has faced repeated criticism.
You can say that again.
It is again in the headlines following an Iranian court's decision to delay a planned "eye-for-an-eye" act of justice against a man who threw acid at a woman's face because she refused his marriage proposal.
"As our citizenship pledge makes clear, coming to Australia means obeying Australian laws and upholding Australian values," Mr McClelland said.
"Australia's brand of multiculturalism promotes integration.
"If there is any inconsistency between cultural values and the rule of law then Australian law wins out."
Mr McClelland is keen to assert Australia's position as a "stable democracy" where "rule of law" underpins society.
"People who migrate to Australia do so because of the fact that we have a free, open and tolerant society where men and woman are equal before the law irrespective of race, religious or cultural background."
Some of them migrate with the intention of coexisting while they have to, but with the aspiration of introducing an altogether different system.

Five Muslim men planned an armed terrorist
attack on the Holsworthy Army Base in Sydney to further the cause of Islam by
killing as many people as possible, a Supreme Court jury heard Monday.
The men took a number of steps in preparation for the attack, including sending
one of their number to Somalia to obtain a fatwa or religious decree to
permit the plan to go ahead. View Video

Protesters are planning to renew action against Israeli tennis player Shahar Peer's participation on Tuesday in Auckland's ASB Classic.
The group, Global Peace and Justice, led by veteran protester John Minto, has sent Peer, 22, a letter asking her to withdraw "as a demonstration of your commitment to peace".
Mr Minto's group is opposed to Israel's treatment of Palestinians and supports a boycott of the country, including sporting contacts.

CANBERRA, Oct 22 (Reuters) - A self-styled sheik has been arrested in Australia
over letters sent to widows of soldiers killed in Afghanistan, accusing their
partners of murder, as Canberra mulls an early withdrawal from the troubled
country.
The Iranian-born Muslim spiritual leader, who calls himself
Mufti Sheik Haron, was charged with sending hate mail to families of seven
Australian soldiers killed fighting Taliban and al Qaeda militants in
Afghanistan over a two-year period.
"I feel bad that you have lost your
son but I don't feel bad that a murderer of innocent civilians has lost his
life," Haron allegedly wrote to the family of one Australian commando killed in
January, the Daily Telegraph newspaper said on Thursday.
Haron denied the
charges after his arrest. But New South Wales state Premier Nathan Rees said on
Thursday that if proven true, the letters were an "evil act of
cowardice".
Australia, a close U.S. ally, has 1,550 troops in
Afghanistan, including special forces, and is the largest non-NATO troop
contributor. Ten Australian soldiers have died fighting alongside Dutch forces
in southern Oruzgan province.
The money quote comes from the sister of one of Muslims convicted of plotting to murder on a massive scale: "She said her brother was a devoted Muslim, not an extremist".
THE Sydney men found guilty yesterday of terrorism
offences had been plotting murder on a massive scale, having stockpiled 30,000
rounds of ammunition, bomb-making equipment and explosive chemicals with the
intention of exacting revenge on Australia for its military presence in Iraq and
Afghanistan.
After one of the longest and most expensive trials in Australian history -
the combined cost of the NSW police investigation and the taxpayer-funded Legal
Aid defence of the five accused was almost $30million - the terrorist quintet
were convicted of conspiracy to do acts in preparation for a terrorist act or
acts.
A successful economic jihad.
The men are now facing the possibility of life in prison when they are
sentenced by NSW Supreme Court judge Anthony Whealy in coming months.
And it can now be revealed that four other men involved in the conspiracy
pleaded guilty to terrorism offences before the trial began in November last
year.
The jury delivered its verdict after deliberating for more than a month,
having sat through 10 months of evidence, including testimony from 300 witnesses
and more than 3000 exhibits.
It was, by the prosecution's own admission, a circumstantial case. At no
stage did the prosecution claim the men decided who or what they intended to
attack.
However, the jury accepted the prosecution argument that the men were
plotting violent jihad on Australian soil.
One of the men had links to Pakistani militant group Lashkar-e-Toiba, another
was observed buying thousands of rounds of ammunition from a Sydney gunshop,
others stockpiled large quantities of chemicals known to be precursors for
high-powered explosives; while most of the men attended bush training camps in
rural NSW, where they underwent paramilitary exercises that police claimed were
in preparation for violent jihad.
The nine men were arrested in November 2005 in simultaneous raids on their
homes across Sydney, but the case did not go to trial for another three years,
as the prosecutors compiled what one defence counsel called a "tsunami" of
evidence.
Following the convictions, AFP Commissioner Tony Negus said yesterday the
conspiracy had the potential to cause widespread loss of life. "We're talking
about the capability here to effect a significant atrocity on Australia," Mr
Negus said.
NSW Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione refused to speculate about the
terrorists' target, but he did draw parallels with the Mumbai attacks of last
year.
[...]
"If they think this will stop terrorism, imprisoning these people, I don't
think it will stop terrorism. I think it will increase the threat on Australia."
The sister of one of the terrorists claimed the verdict against her brother
was unfair, but said he would be prepared to endure a lifetime in jail.
She said her brother was a devoted Muslim, not an extremist, and accused ASIO
of using extremist or terrorist tactics in investigating the men.
A PLOT by Islamic extremists in Melbourne to launch a suicide attack
on an Australian Army base has been uncovered by national security
agencies.
The Australian newspaper reports
federal and state police, armed with search warrants, swooped on
members of the suspected terror cell early this morning in several
suburbs across Melbourne.
The exact number of arrests was unclear, although it has been
reported that 19 search warrants were executed. The group was believed
to have about 18 members, with a smaller hardcore centre.
The investigation of the group, dubbed Operation Neath, involved
about 150 members of the Australian Federal Police, Victoria Police and
ASIO. It was launched in late January.
The men, Australian
nationals of Somali and Lebanese background, are expected to be charged
with a range of terrorism-related offences. Most of those arrested are
labourers employed in Melbourne's construction industry, or taxi
drivers.
Authorities believe the group was at an advanced stage of preparing to
storm an Australian Army base using automatic weapons, as punishment
for Australia's military involvement in Muslim countries. It is
understood the men planned to kill as many soldiers as possible before
they were themselves killed.
Members of the group have been
observed carrying out surveillance of Holsworthy Barracks in western
Sydney and other suspicious activity around Defence bases in Victoria.
Electronic
surveillance on the suspects is believed to have picked up discussions
about ways to obtain weapons to carry out what would be the worst
terror attack on Australian soil.
The alleged cell was
inspired by the Somalia-based terrorist movement al-Shabaab, with two
Melbourne men, both Somalis, having travelled to Somalia in recent
months to obtain training with the extremist organisation, which is
aligned with al-Qaeda.
One of those men had already returned to Melbourne. The other was still in Somalia.
Al-Shabaab,
which is using suicide bombers and jihadist fighters to try to
overthrow the Somali government, seeks to impose a hardline form of
Islam, and sees the West as its enemy. It has been declared a terrorist
organisation by the US and it has close links with al-Qaeda leaders,
including Fazul Abdullah Mohammed, an architect of the 1998 attacks on
the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in which 223 people died.
Two pastors had held a seminar in 2003 comparing Islam and the Koran, with Christianity and the Bible.
Muslims filed a complaint against them, and the pastors were found guilty of vilifying Islam.
They were ordered to apologize.
Both pastors refused, saying they had the right to freely express their views about Islam. That decision has now been set aside and the pastors will get a new trial.
Regular Atlas readers are keenly aware of the disgusting Jew hatred and America hatred that youtube happily hosts. It's all vile. But dare speak of Islam or show the acts of Islamic barbarity, and it's pulled. Always. How many great Americans have been suspended for speaking the truth? Too numerous to count.
This worldwide malevolent tsunami of incitement to Jewish genocide is not fluid. It is not static. Terrible developments will result from it.
Much thanks to FOX. If not for them, no mass media would touch it. Corrupt and depraved, all. Look at this:
PERTH, Australia — An Australian man
faces up to 14 years in prison after allegedly posting an anti-Semitic
video on YouTube and attempting to incite racism, he will be charged
under a so-far untested Australian state law.
The
38-year-old man from the west coast city of Perth could become the
first person convicted under Western Australia state's racial
vilification laws enacted four years ago.
The
laws were introduced in response to a series of violent attacks by
white supremacists around Perth. The only person previously charged
under the law was a 16-year-old Aboriginal girl, but a magistrate said
the case involved petty name-calling and dismissed it.
State
police spokeswoman Susan Usher said the suspect will appear in court
next Tuesday charged with "conduct likely to incite animosity or racist
harassment." He cannot be identified under Australian law until his
first court appearance.
If convicted, he faces a possible maximum penalty of 14 years in prison plus a fine of $18,000.
Detectives acting on a tip arrested the man at his home Wednesday. He was released on bail, Usher said.
The
video shot at locations around Perth "contained content that was
targeting a specific religion including threats to harm specific
persons," Usher said.
Commissioner Karl O'Callaghan said police had contacted YouTube about having the video removed.
"We
have been working with them to pull the video down and they have been
fairly cooperative in the past," O'Callaghan told reporters.
Police have not specified the religion. But the Perth-based newspaper The West Australian said Jews were targeted.
The
newspaper said the 10-minute video showed the man saying to the camera
"your days are numbered" and "I will put you in the camps with the rest
of them."
He is also shown taunting a
Jewish man outside a shopping center and calling him a "racist,
homicidal maniac," the newspaper said.
This is not about simply a case about free speech, this is more about assault,
stalking, intimidating and threatening. I saw the video, the guy is a complete
lunatic and verbally attacked two young Jewish guys who happened to shop at a
supermarket, in the vilest way, to provoke some kind of
inciden
Obviously, these two young Jews just minded their own business
and wanted nothing to do with him, but he was hammering them with absurd
accusations and allegations, yelling stuff about how vile the Jewish religion is
and "what Jews really think of Goyim etc etc." In a way it is regrettable that
Youtube took the vid off because it is so over the top and so obscene that you
really start wondering what kind of world we're living in.
Hopefully they
will not use this and make it a free speech issue, that would backfire. This
case is about assault, stalking, slander, defamation and provocation, and
there are laws in place to deal with this.
It manifests itself differently in every country in every different conceivable way -- the objective, though, remains the same. Destroy the West from within. In Denmark, the bikers are engaged in a low grade civil war against the Muslims. In Australia, the bikers are the jihad.
THEY call themselves MBM - the Muslim Brotherhood
Movement - a gang of 600 men who boast they are the toughest and best
young street fighters of Middle Eastern descent in Sydney.
MBM
claims to be the biggest of four new gangs to emerge on Sydney streets
in the past year. Its numbers rival those of the state's largest bikie
gang, the Rebels.
The sudden appearance of
MBM, with its growing membership recruited predominantly from the
city's south-western suburbs, has alarmed senior police already
battling to combat open warfare among outlaw motorbike gangs.
Even
hardened private security guards have expressed concern to police about
the indiscriminate "punch and run" tactics of MBM members who, in the
past two weeks, have arrived in large numbers at city nightclub venues
and who walk the streets in intimidating mobs. But the objectives of
MBM - its emblem features two crossed pistols and a hand grenade - and
its leadership remain unclear to officers of both the Organised Crime
and Gang Squad and Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad.
Police
say that a fortnight ago MBM members embarked upon a campaign of random
assaults on men who crossed the path of a mob of about 100 toughs
stalking Darlinghurst and Kings Cross during the Gay and Lesbian Mardi
Gras.
A week ago about 30 MBM members intimidated private security guards at government car auctions at Smithfield.
The
emergence of MBM also coincides with the rise of two other urban Sydney
gangs - the Parra Boyz or Asesinoz MC and Brothers For Life or BFL.
Police
say BFL - with a logo featuring crossed machine-guns - is not
dissimilar to MBM in its extremist views, but membership numbers are
unknown. Police describe Asesinoz, comprising teenagers of Middle
Eastern decent, as "tough kids" who use the video-sharing website
YouTube to promote Islamic extremism and anti-Australian actions such
as flag burning.
The group, which recently changed its name
from the Parra Boyz, has more than 40 members, some of whom are known
to police for committing acts of violence and vandalism.
Its
creation follows that of the Notorious bikie gang, comprising members
of Middle Eastern and Pacific Islander extraction, more than a year ago
after a split in the membership of the Nomads motorcycle club.
Imposing their Islam on western societies. This is the strategy of the OIC (Organization of the Islamic Conference) and The Muslim Brotherhood Project.
There are no footbaths in Muslim countries, or special prayer rooms. This is Islamic supremacism in action. Defer to Islam -- you will submit.
AUSTRALIAN universities are responsible for providing quality education, not consecrated religious spaces, according to a university involved in a bitter dispute over Muslim prayer rooms.
Dozens of Islamic students plan to protest today to demand that a dedicated Muslim prayer room replace an existing multi-faith centre at Melbourne's RMIT.
But acting pro vice-chancellor Maddy McMaster said it was not for universities to provide consecrated religious spaces.
"A university's responsibility to its students is to provide them with a quality education," she said. "Recognising that the educational experience is not confined to the classroom, RMIT offers other services, including prayer rooms. It falls to religious communities to provide the consecrated spaces."
[...]
But Dr McMaster said the university already provided a number of prayer rooms for Muslim students across all its campuses. "It is difficult to see how we can improve on eight Muslim prayer rooms, with one more opening, as well as providing Muslim students with preferential access to two prayer rooms in the multi-faith Spiritual Centre," she said.
"(Universities) should provide quality resources for those who choose a spiritual path. But as a secular institution, such resources do not include consecrated spaces such as churches, synagogues or mosques."
NUS president David Barrow said the demand for Muslim prayer rooms was increasing and space was a problem. "With the influx of international students from Muslim countries, the Muslim prayer rooms haven't been able to cope with the load," he said.
An influx of international students from Muslim countries? Good luck with that.
AUSTRALIA'S most controversial sheik, Taj Din al-Hilali,
has been caught on videotape kicking in a door at his own mosque before calling
police to report an act of vandalism.
The head imam at the Lakemba mosque, who caused outrage in 2006 by comparing
scantily clad women to uncovered meat, was shown on a CCTV security tape kicking
open the door just minutes before reporting the incident.
The Nine Network's A Current Affair last night broadcast the videotape from
March 9, showing the incident, which Sheik Hilali initially denied.
"There is a trick in this camera. There is a trick in this film," he told
ACA.
But in a letter sent by Sheik Hilali's lawyers to ACA yesterday, he admitted
kicking the door, saying the damage had already been done to the door before he
kicked it.
"What he did do was to kick open a door to the mosque that had already been
damaged by others in order to gain entry to it," the letter said.
A MELBOURNE Islamic cleric has told his male followers they can force their wives to have sex and hit them if they are disobedient.
Coburg's self-styled cleric Samir Abu Hamza said despite Australian rape laws it was impossible for a man to rape his wife even if she refused to have sex with him.
In a recorded lecture entitled "The Keys to a Successful Marriage", delivered to his male worshippers but now broadcast on the internet and viewed by several thousand people, Mr Hamza said Islamic law allowed men to hit their wives as a last resort, but they were not to make them bleed or become bruised.
He said under Islamic law, as described in a koranic verse, it was a man's right to demand sex from his wife whenever he felt like it.
"If the husband was to ask her for a sexual relationship and she is preparing the bread on the stove she must leave it and come and respond to her husband, she must respond," Mr Hamza told his male followers on the video sermon.
He then mocked Australia's criminal laws, which required consent for sex to be lawful.
"In this country if the husband wants to sleep with his wife and she does not want to and she hasn't got a sickness or whatever, there is nothing wrong with her she just does not feel like it, and he ends up sleeping with her by force . . . it is known to be as rape," Mr Hamza said. "Amazing, how can a person rape his wife?"
In the contradictory sermon, delivered in Melbourne or Sydney about 2003 but posted late last year, Mr Hamza initially instructs his listeners "don't hit your wife".
But he goes on to say exactly how men should hit their wives, according to his interpretation of Islamic teachings.
He said Islam cursed "those people who hit the animal on the face, (but) what about hitting your wife?"
"First of all advise them," he said. "You beat them . . . but this is the last resort.
Vandals hurled Molotov cocktails at a synagogue
in a Paris suburb yesterday in the latest outbreak of anti-Semitic
violence in France since the start of Israel’s Gaza offensive …
Home to Europe’s biggest Muslim and Jewish populations, France has recorded more than 55 anti-Semitic incidents
since Israel launched its Gaza offensive last month, drawing appeals
for calm from politicians and religious leaders. Three other synagogues
have been firebombed in the past two weeks and vandals have sprayed
anti-Israeli graffiti on at least two other Jewish places of worship.
Jews haven’t been so vilified since Islamists attacked the US on 9/11.

The implications of this are enormous. Open season.
One by one, the few allies of Israel are getting Obama's message.
AUSTRALIA has switched its position to vote against Israel on two resolutions
at the United Nations, ending the Howard government's unswerving alignment with
the United States and raising concern from the Jewish community.
The move also signals to the incoming Obama administration that the Rudd
Government plans to take a different approach to the Howard government on the
international stage.
In the weekend vote in New York, Australia supported a resolution calling on
Israel to stop establishing settlements in the Palestinian territories and a
resolution calling for the Geneva Conventions to apply in the Palestinian
territories.
The resolutions on the Middle East peace process are held annually and the
Howard government had backed both from 1996 to 2002 but in 2003 began to vote
against or abstain. It was a move that aligned Australia with only the US,
Israel, the US Marshall Islands, Nauru, Palau and Micronesia and put the country
at odds with Britain, Canada, New Zealand and France.
Australian officials told the UN the Government had changed its position
because it supported a two-state resolution of the conflict to deliver a secure
Israel living beside a viable Palestinian state and that Australia believed both
sides should abide by their obligations under the Road Map for Peace.
Australia said it was concerned activity in the disputed settlements
undermined confidence in the negotiations. It was among 161 countries that
supported both resolutions, with two abstaining and six against.
