Yemeni Journalist: Upcoming Issue Of Inspire Magazine Deals With Boston Bombing MEMRI
On May 30, 2013, 'Abd Al-Razzaq Al-Jamal, a Yemeni journalist associated with Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), wrote on his Facebook page that he has received an advance copy in Arabic of the upcoming 11th issue of AQAP's English-language magazine Inspire.

According to Al-Jamal, the issue deals extensively with the Boston marathon bombings (which indicates that AQAP is trying to use the attack for its propaganda purposes) and urges other Muslims living in the U.S. to emulate the perpetrators of this attack.
One of the main features is a message to the American people from AQAP's military commander, Qassem Al-Rimi, who says: "O American people, your security will not be attained by denying security to other peoples, attacking them or oppressing them. Your security is in the hands of the fools among you who rule you with oppression and aggression. Know that oppression and aggression come back upon the heads of those who use them..."
Al-Rimi also threatens the American people that the Boston bombings, the poisoned letters sent to the White House and two U.S. senators, and other events – regardless of who is behind them – "prove that your security has lapsed and that the attacks against you are taking a course that nobody can control... [So] save yourselves if you care for your own skin."
