ADL ATTACKS BRAVE JEWS, GIVES COVER TO MUSLIM ANTI-SEMITES.
The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) – biggest Jewish “defense” organization -- admits in private that the biggest danger to Jews since WWII comes from Muslim Jew-hatred, but because it fears offending its liberal donors and being charged with “Islamophobia,” the organization remains essentially silent on the issue.
In a study of ADL press releases from 1995 to 2011– a good if not perfect indicator of ADL priorities – we found that only 3 percent of ADL’s press releases focus on Islamic extremism and Arab anti-Semitism. (For full study, see www.charles jacobs.org)
Fighting for causes unrelated to Jewish defense accounts for 31 percent of ADL’s press release output. Instead of warning the Jews about Islamic anti- Semitism, the ADL warns Jews about the dangers of “Islamophobia,” a term created and employed by radical Islamists to block and stain with the racist label, any public concern about Islamist beliefs and conduct.
The ADL played a significant role in blocking Pamela Geller, a highly informed and courageous Jewish woman from speaking at the Great Neck Synagogue today. The Anti-Defamation League defamed her, falsely calling her a racist. Shame on the ADL!

Israel joins Joan Rivers, Seth MacFarlane, and Pamela Geller in the ranks of those whom the ADL has attacked, instead of doing what it should be doing: defending the Jews and Israel: ADL 'outraged' over Israel banning Eurovision contestant from wearing Galliano
The Anti-Defamation League has expressed outrage at a decision by the Israel Broadcasting Authority to prohibit the country's Eurovision contestant from wearing a dress by designer John Galliano, who publically made racist and anti-Semitic comments in the past.
The Israel Broadcasting Authority's decision came after a recent interview for the news website Mako, in which Eurovision hopeful Moran Mazor said that her "stylist reached out to several international designers among them John Galliano. Fortunately, he accepted the challenge of designing a dress."
"I am outraged and embarrassed that an entity representing Israel would reject Mr. Galliano," ADL National Director Abraham H. Foxman, said in a statement on Friday.
"To reject someone who has now embraced Israel and the Jewish people is outrageous. This is not the lesson that you give your children. Rejecting someone who gave a sincere apology is not Jewish tradition. We are a people that forgive and this is not the way to overcome bigotry."
"Mr. Galliano is a changed man," the statement continued. " The Israel Broadcasting Authority must realize this. It is great to see that he is working with Israeli artists. He has continued to work hard in establishing relationships, and has shown us and the world that he is taking steps to understand and grow from his past mistakes. To continue to boycott him is not constructive."
Two years ago, Dior gave Galliano the boot over a video that surfaced of him making racist and anti-Semitic comments.
A French court later ruled he had made "public insults based on origin, religious affiliation, race or ethnicity" in several incidents.
In one incident, Galliano stated his love for Adolf Hitler at a Paris bar and told people he believed were Jewish that their mothers should have been gassed.
He blamed his outbursts on addictions to drugs and alcohol.
Galliano made antisemitic statements more than once. Now he has embraced Israel and the Jewish people? Is Foxman really that naive? Or is this yet another example of the ADL's unseemly rush to embrace the enemies of the Jews and target instead the staunchest defenders of Israel?
In 2011 Galliano told a woman in a Paris bar: "Dirty Jew, you should be dead." And on another occasion: "People like you ought to be dead, your mothers, your forefathers would all be ******* gassed. I love Hitler." And now he has embraced the Jewish people? As recently as February 2013, he went out in faux-Hasidic garb clearly mocking the Jewish people:
The ADL is more like the Defamation League. ADL was successfully sued for $10.5 million for defaming a Colorado couple accused of bigotry. A judgment confirmed by every court that reviewed it, and a judgment ultimately but grudgingly paid by the ADL The largest defamation judgment in the history of the State of Colorado was paid by the Anti-Defamation League. They smear and run. If I weren't a "public persona," I would sue, too.
