Obama's cover-up of jihad will not go unchallenged by patriots and the families of the victims of devout Muslim Nidal Hasan at Fort Hood. They are forced to sue for justice.

Major Hasan was a self-proclaimed soldier of allah. Hasan, the Fort Hood jihadi, is a hero to jihadists the world over -- celebrated and lionized by terror groups and leaders. Major Muslim Hasan distributed Qurans and his card, calling infidels to convert to Islam on the day of his jihad (dawah). He wore the garb of the shaheed on the day of his jihad. He war-cried "allahu akbar" when he opened fire on our troops in cold blood.
Obama refuses to allow Fort Hood to be labeled terror. Instead, it is "workplace violence," which means that the victims and their families are unable to collect combat pay. Who is more deserving of combat pay? We must right this horrible wrong by a feckless and reckless commander-in-chief.

The shooting at the Army base in Texas killed 13 people and wounded more than two dozen others.
The lawsuit alleging negligence by the government says that the Defence Department is avoiding legal and financial responsibility for the killings by referring to the shootings as "workplace violence" rather than as a terrorist attack.
The group also is suing the estate of Anwar al-Awlaki, a radical U.S.-born Islamic cleric who the victims say inspired the Army psychiatrist, Maj. Nidal Hasan, to carry out the attack. The two men exchanged emails before the shootings.
