Michigan School District Sold School to Jihad-Linked Group In Sweetheart Deal, After Telling Christian Pastor It Was Slated for Demolition

Last Wednesday, there was a bombshell development during a community briefing that a group of concerned citizens in the Detroit area were holding to focus on a shady sweetheart deal that the Farmington Hills School District gave to a jihad-linked Muslim group in the sale of a school. As you can see in the video above, a Christian pastor revealed that he had called the public school district to inquire about buying the vacant elementary school for his church. District officials lied to him, telling him the building was not suitable and was slated for demolition. But in reality, all the while the district was  negotiating behind closed doors with the terror-linked Islamic Cultural Association, to which it sold the property while saying that no one else had asked about buying it.

A statement distributed at the community briefing, which was attended by 300 patriots, gives the backstory:

 In a shocking 22‐ page statement of allegations, the Thomas More Law Center (TMLC) has exposed a web of criminal corruption and cover‐up by a Michigan public school district in its no‐bid sweetheart sale of an elementary school to the Islamic Cultural Association (ICA), which is linked to terrorist supporting organizations.

The law center alleges FPS secretly negotiated a “No‐Bid, below‐market, sale of valuable district property against the recommendations of its legal counsel, a specially convened internal committee, and district residents.” TMLC said the school “repeatedly rebuffed parties interested in purchasing the vacant elementary school” telling them it was not for sale, all the while negotiating “behind closed doors” with the ICA and relying upon a secret, rigged appraisal to determine an artificially low sale price. The district even “misrepresented the status of the property to municipal officials from Farmington and Farmington Hills.”

During the community briefing, the Thomas More Law Center presented the incriminating evidence against the school district in a powerpoint, displaying the school district's own incriminating documents that support the allegations against them. The TMLC is asking for a grand jury investigation into this No-Bid, secret sale of a school to the Muslim Brotherhood's Islamic Cultural Association (see ciomonline.com).

Atlas readers in Michigan, please contact the state attorney general, telling him something like this:  "I urge you to open a grand jury investigation into the alleged criminal conspiracy and coverup in the No-Bid Sale sale of Eagle Elementary by Farmington Public Schools. The incriminating evidence of the apparent malfeasance by elected officials in this backroom, sweetheart sale of a public asset compels an independent probe. Nowhere is it more important to assure integrity than in our public school systems."

Not only the criminal wrongdoing, but the actors in this shabby drama and their important roles in Muslim Brotherhood organizations, including Dawud Walid of Hamas-CAIR. Note also that the North American Islamic Trust, a Muslim Brotherhood, Saudi-funded money machine, was the original funder for the ICA school in a neighboring village.

The TMLC is asking Schuette to open a grand jury investigation into allegations of criminal malfeasance on the part of a public school system including:

• Bribery
• Illegal campaign contributions
• Conflicts of interest
• Personal enrichment
• Undue influence
• Flagrant public misrepresentation by elected officials
• Circumvention of the Open Meetings Act
• Abuse of discretion
