Devout Muslims are taking their war on the west to the next level. The war is coming to their streets, their homes, their families. There have been a series of Muslim terror plots thwarted in the UK over the past week here, here, here and here. What is only now being disclosed is that the several of the Muslims now under arrest were found with a Taliban-style IED in their car were on their way to attack an English Defence League rally. The target was a rally for freedom. Think about that. Imagine if an IED went off at one of our ground zero mosque protests.
The Muslims had planned to use guns, knives, machetes and a home-made explosive device in their surprise ambush on the EDL rally.
Tommy Robinson called me with the grave news that Scotland Yard had advised him that he was one of the intended targets for assassination in the Taliban-style bombing. I have seen nothing in the media on this world-shifting news story. Is this not an Archduke Ferdinand moment? Muslims in Western countries are now targeting for assassination those who stand in defense of freedom. This is the clarion cry for a bloody civil war.
The media's cavalier attitude towards these acts of war against its nation's citizens is treasonous. It is hard to imagine the worldwide torrent that would be unleashed if it had been a bomb plot against a Muslim rally.
Tommy Robinson, his family and EDL leadership should be given 24-hour protection from the hostile invaders, but can UK law enforcement be trusted? I mean, really. The UK is long compromised. It's on life support (at best).
Yesterday Scotland Yard had advised him that the EDL had been the intended target of a Taliban-style bombing. It is the first time such an improvised explosive device – used by Taliban insurgents to kill British troops in Afghanistan – has been found in the UK.
Muslims are taking the battle to an even more deadly level -- targeting for death freedom's defenders and those who dare to speak for our unalienable rights. Calling for freedom of speech, freeedom of conscience, and equality of rights under the law is cause for mass death plots (under the sharia).
The time has come for a new strategy to defeat our mortal enemy.
Three men 'planned to attack English Defence League' BBC
Three men from Birmingham have appeared in court accused of plotting to attack members of the English Defence League.
It follows raids last week by the West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit.
Jewel Uddin, 26, Omar Mohammed Khan, 27, and Mohammed Hasseen, 23, all from Sparkhill, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court.
The BBC's Tom Symonds says the court heard guns, knives, machetes and a home-made explosive device were found in a car.
Mr Uddin, Mr Khan and Mr Hasseen were charged under the Terrorism Act 2006, accused of preparing for an act or acts of terrorism with the intention of committing such acts.
They are accused of manufacturing an improvised explosive device, as well as acquiring firearms and other weapons, and vehicles connected with their alleged plans.
The case has been sent to the Old Bailey for a hearing on 31 July.
The arrests last week followed a routine police stop of a vehicle on the M1 near Sheffield, South Yorkshire, on 30 June.
Our correspondent says the three, all with dark hair and beards, wore black sweatshirts and trousers as they sat in the dock at Tuesday's hearing.
Four other men detained in connection to the investigation remain in custody.
They are a 22-year-old man from Smethwick, West Midlands; a 22-year-old man from Alum Rock, Birmingham; a 24-year-old man from Moseley, Birmingham; and a man aged 43 from Kirklees, West Yorkshire.
This is no time to rest. Gird your loins. Join the fight.
Tommy Robinson and I, along with Anders Gravers of SIOE and my colleague, Robert Spencer, have been working on the August 4th launch of our global counter jihad alliance in Stockholm. Now more than ever.
Worldwide Counter-Jihad Alliance to Launch with Stockholm Demonstration on August 4 Reuters
NEW YORK, June 12, 2012 -- The first worldwide counter-jihad initiative will begin August 4 with the First Annual Global Counter Jihad rally in Stockholm, Sweden. Representatives from Stop Islamization of Nations (SION), Stop Islamization of America (SIOA), Stop Islamisation of Europe (SIOE), the English Defence League (EDL), and allied groups will speak.
The Global Counter Jihad rally will feature the president of SION and executive director of SIOA, Pamela Geller, as well as SION Vice President and SIOA associate director Robert Spencer. Also speaking will be the EDL's Tommy Robinson, SIOE's Anders Gravers, and other worldwide leaders from official Stop Islamization and Defence League groups.
"The conference," said Geller in a statement, "heralds the launch of a worldwide counter jihad alliance. Freedom fighters from Europe and America, as well as India, Israel, and other areas threatened by jihad, will at last be working together and forming a common defense of freedom and human rights."
Stockholm was chosen for the Global Counter Jihad rally because of the actions of an Iraqi-born Swedish citizen, Taimour Abdulwahab al-Abdaly, who travelled to central Stockholm on December 11, 2010 in order to commit mass murder in revenge for Sweden's "silence" over cartoons of Islam's founder and the presence of Swedish troops in Afghanistan. Al-Abdaly succeeded only in killing himself, but his jihad plot is particularly noteworthy because he turned to jihad violence and hatred in England, at the Luton Islamic Centre.
EDL leader Tommy Robinson explained in a statement: "We are ashamed that the people of Stockholm had to suffer the horror of a terrorist attack in their city because we as a country have been unable to even truly acknowledge the extent of the threat posed by Islamic extremism, let alone combat it. We have a responsibility to ensure that our country can never again be the birthplace for terrorism. We owe that much to the people of Stockholm, to our friends in Europe and across the world, and to our children. This is why the English Defence League will be attending the First Annual Global Counter Jihad rally in Stockholm on August 4, along with Pamela Geller, Robert Spencer, and Anders Gravers."
Robinson added: "We must also look at the other forms of extremism commonly associated with Islam, including but not limited to the oppression of Muslim women, the predominance of Muslim men in child grooming cases, and the seditious ideology of Sharia Law. Of course, we must always be careful to distinguish fair-minded criticism from simple prejudice. But that does not mean that we should equate disdain for Islam as an ideology (both political and theological) with hatred of individual Muslims. It is certainly true that there many decent Muslims – no one is questioning that. But that does not mean that the problems that give root to Islamic extremists can be understood in isolation from mainstream Islamic thought or practice."
Security will be high, so as to prevent what has happened at previous free speech demonstrations in Europe: at one, the display of an innocuous cartoon of Muhammad resulted in devout Muslims rioting, attacking and stabbing police. "It is time to stand against this encroaching tyranny and defend free speech and free people," stated Geller.
The First Annual Global Counter Jihad rally stands for:
- The freedom of speech – as opposed to Islamic prohibitions of "blasphemy" and "slander," which are used effectively to quash honest discussion of jihad and Islamic supremacism;
- The freedom of conscience – as opposed to the Islamic death penalty for apostasy;
- The equality of rights of all people before the law – as opposed to Sharia's institutionalized discrimination against women and non-Muslims.
