Back on Monday, AFDI/SIOA issued an emergency action alert after Hamas-CAIR and other Islamic supremacist pro-sharia groups targeted the steely, resolute Governor Brownback.
The groups were out for blood, harassing and trying to intimidate Kansas Governor Sam Brownback to veto the foreign law prohibition that passed the state legislature overwhelmingly. Once again, Islamic supremacists are seeking to impose the sharia on non-Muslims. The sharia is a comprehensive legal system governing every aspect of human life, and asserts authority over non-Muslims. Jewish law applies only to Jews. There is no compulsion in Jewish law. Canon law applies to Catholics. There is no compulsion is Canon law. It is voluntary. There is nothing voluntary in the sharia.
We asked, and you responded overwhelmingly. You flooded Brownback's email and twitter. U da best! It was so gorgeous, such a beautiful thing to see: tweet after tweet urging Brownback to defend our unalienable rights. What a disaster defeat for Hamas-CAIR.
The raging jihadist, Ahmed Bedier, founder and past executive director of the Tampa chapter of the militant Council on American-Islamic Relations, is sent out a vicious email, seething. Why isn't Bedier up in arms over Jessica Mokdad's honor murder or Pastor Youcef's death penalty under the sharia for leaving Islam? Because he supports the sharia, and that is why he is fighting so fiercely. He is up in arms over Americans seeking to protect our unalienable rights under the Constitution from destroyers like him.

Governor Signs Bill Blocking Use Of Islamic Law Associated Press, May 25, 2012
Gov. Sam Brownback has signed into law a bill aimed at keeping Kansas courts or government agencies from basing decisions on Islamic or other foreign legal codes. Associated Press
Brownback's office notified the Senate of his action Friday, but
he actually signed the measure Monday. The new law will take effect
in July.Muslim groups had urged him to veto the measure, arguing it
promotes discrimination. Supporters say it simply restates American
values.Supporters have worried about Shariah law being applied in >Kansas courts. However, they also point out that the bill doesn'ts pecifically mention codes within the Islamic legal system.
Instead, it says courts or other tribunals can't base rulings on
any foreign law or legal system that would not grant rights guaranteed by state and U.S. constitutions.
