Give me Santorum over either Newt or Mitt. I don't trust either of them.
I don't believe a word they say. Newt is not exactly conservative and his ability to debate Obama won't be sufficient to win many people who are not already inclined to vote Republican. Newt is many things, but a uniter is not one of them.
Remember the 'right wing social engineering' jab at Paul Ryan.
Didn't Newt hold the House vote open for hours to get the majority he needed for the Medicare drug benefit?
Re UPDATE: Florida is a closed primary (only registered Republicans can vote), so how can anyone say independents voted for Paul or Romney?
Even if Romney IS Obama light, that has to be an improvement over full-strength Obama.

Pamela, with all due respect, where do you get off calling Romney the "anointed one"? Do you *really* think Newt *gets it*? Or is he just throwing you lines to get your vote? The sheer idiocy of the claim that Romney is somehow "establishment" yet Newt isn't, makes be giggle.
Spot on with the water pistol comment though.
The Republicans have pretty much, or should I say, conservatives, have pretty much lost this year. Like a bunch of irrational children, fighting amongst themselves. Obama has it made for 2012. He's gonna win it. Things will be worse. Much worse. Shame on both Romney and Newt for their laying into eachother. There is so much bad blood now, whoever wins the republican nomination will loose a bucket full of votes.
It's a joke. A bad joke, that will speed up the demise of the West.

Looks like Obama will clinch onto a second term. Where is West?

Mitt Romeny is a POS,
Had opportunity to defeat gay marriage in MASS but asserting the separation of powers a la Article 30 of the Mass Constitution. He caved UTTERLY.
Gave us RomenyCare which was used as the blueprint for ObamaCare.\
Now count up all his flip flops,
Romney a super POS.
YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congradulations to the Republican establishment who have succeeded in giving Obama a second term. I so hope I am mistaken, but that is how I read it. Romney, a Wall Street man, will be outed as such and will lose. Sadly a second term for Obama will be the death blow for the USA.

MITT SPLIT THE TEA PARTY VOTE.
AND LOST THE EVANGELICALS, BUT WON EVERY OTHER CATEGORY.
I SUPPORT HIM.
NEWT IS A SLEAZEBAG WHO SUPPORTED DEDE SCOZZAFAVA AND PELOSI AND OBAMACARE AS RECENTLY AS 2009 AND RECENTLY TRASHED RYAN AND CAPITALISM.
HIS KOSHER ROBOCALL WAS DESPICABLE.
I WON'T BE DUPED BY HIS CLEVER USE OF REDMEAT.
THAT MIGHT WORK ON SOME OF THE BASE NOW, BUT IT WON'T WORK ON THE VOTERS WE NEED TO DEFEAT OBAMA IN THE GENERAL ELECTION.
LUVYA!!!!!!!

The first few, who proclaimed the world was round was persecuted.
After the masses realized the truth, no longer was the view held about the flat earth, regardless of the views of the leaders.
This parallels the emerging truth about Islam. When the masses realize the truth, which is probably the number one main key to victory and total defeat of Islam, ever increasing mass solutions will naturally emerge to counter and completely destroy this evil.
So even if we don't get Newt, may you Pam and other truth tellers, keep on keeping on. God Bless

You're calling Romney "Obama-lite," but who knows what Obama will do in his second term? What will Holder and the DOJ do? Who will be Obama's next pick as Secretary of State? Somebody from the Muslim Brotherhood?

People should vote for whomever they want, but I am amazed by the group who are worried Romney isn't conservative enough. As if the country really wants someone as conservative as Santorum. The numbers say otherwise.
Posted by: Jamadagnii | Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 10:34 PM
Third party, anyone?
Posted by: Alice111 | Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 10:36 PM
No third party! That definitely means the bowing usurper gets back in.
I am worried about Mitt and Romneycare. I think he is lying when he says he will overturn Obamacare. The Florida Secretary of State said this past Sat. on Fox that she will work with Romney, if he wins the presidency, to get Romneycare in all 50 states!!!!!!!!!!
Santorum is not too conservative. That is the same thing they said about Reagan.

Jamadagnii has it: 1st term Obama was OBAMA-LITE. If he's re-elected, next term we'll experience the full-strength real Obama.

Someone commented that the country doesn't want someone as conservative as Santorum. So we want a nice compromise between one extreme and another is that it? Someone who understands where jobs come from but will promote hate speech laws is that about right? Or how about someone who thinks the constitution was a great idea in its time but decreases the pay of government workers we've never heard of by 5 cents an hour? How about a president that sides with CAIR and builds a mosque 'room' onto the Whitehouse for visiting dignifairies but supports the right to own a gun as long as it is propelled by air?
If America's character comes from hardship then we should have plenty of character by now.

Pamela, with all due respect, where do you get off calling Romney the "anointed one"?
maybe coz any dhimmi fool with a 'photo-journalist' to record them has for nearly a year, been calling the RYNO, the likely nominee, the presumptive nominee, etc...
guess you don't 'member' that do you

The process is far from over. expect a lot of changes!

We are being "set up" again! The Media and the WH is pushing for Romney. Is that man that arrogant to believe that Obama and the Media really think he can beat Obama?

well, at least he's a step above osama-obaam currently in the White House.

The Republican nominee has to earn 1,144 delegates to win the nomination. This primary season is far from over, although the Lying Liberal Media wants us to believe that it is over, because they believe they have this year's McCain, a guaranteed-to-lose candidate: Mittens RomneyCare. And yet, February could turn out to be a very good month for the only consistent conservative in the race (and a great counter-jihad patriot), Rick Santorum. I don't normally agree with Bill Kristol, but he is spot-on in his blog: http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/santorums-chance_620805.html

Steve is absolutely right. Romney loves yhid vountry. Pamela, have you been following thr Georgia Obama eligibility case? Judgr Micharl Malihi will drliver hus decisipn as to whether Obama will be allowed on the primary ballot. So far, ir's not looking good for Obams.
Posted by: Bobbu | Wednesday, February 01, 2012 at 06:44 AM
By the way, I voted for Santorum, and am proud to still be a part of his campaign. He'll need people like me in Florida after he gets the nomination, and I am here for him. Today after work, I am going to continue doing calls from home for Rick to voters in the states who have upcoming primaries/caucuses this month. That is, right after I finish picking up all the campaign signs I planted for him at various precincts in my county! A busy day, to be sure.

If Newt's two Florida debates were anything like his speech last night (which blew Romney's away) he would have been the winner. I'm not giving up on Newt until he calls it quits. And neither should any other Reagan Conservative and anti-jihad patriot.
Posted by: ApolloSpeaks | Wednesday, February 01, 2012 at 08:02 AM
I just want to say that ANYONE is better than Obummmma! With that said, we should be of the mind that if our guy doesn't win, it's the winner who we rally behind. Anyone is better than Obummma! Remember that! ANYONE!

Pamela, please discuss the Georgia O b ama eligibility case.
Posted by: cornell | Wednesday, February 01, 2012 at 01:21 PM
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME (probably only time) where I disagree with you, Pam!
Newt has too much OLD OLD BAGGAGE and unfortunately looks old and not healthy either-- unfortunately "packaging" in politics work.
I hope that MITT can get closer to people and more personal-- his business skills ARE what we need, maybe NEWT could be MITT'S secretary of state or with defense-- THAT would be better!
ALl best!
