Mohammad Shafia, 58, cursed his daughters Zainab, 19, Sahar, 17, and Geeti, 13, saying they were 'treacherous' as he likened them to prostitutes during a conversation that was recorded by police.

He is on trial for their murders after they were found dead in the family car along with Shafia's first wife, Rona Amir, 50, in the Rideau Canal, located in the Kingston area of Ontario in Canada in 2009.

Islam is vile, sick, perverted and evil culture. This idiot felt ashamed that his daughter got married, but doesn't feel ashamed about committing mass murder. Further, he doesn't quite grasp the fact that if your daughter is married she is not a "whore". A whore is some one who sells herself to people she is not married to. Interesting that in this guy's sick culture it would be perfectly acceptable for him to sell his daughter like a pimp to the highest bidder, but that isn't shameful for him. He should be ashamed of himself, not his daughters. Too bad Canada got rid of the death penalty.

vlparker, "throwing away the key" does not work in Canada. If found guilty, the typical sentence for murder is 7-10 yrs. If they get 10 yrs, (multiple murder charges run concurrently by the way), they get 2x credit for time already served. If arrest to trial is 1 year, they get 2 yrs off the sentence.
But there is also the MANDATORY parole after 2/3 of the sentence. Now 10yrs - 2 * 2/3 is about 5 yrs. Throw in a very Liberal justice system and it's conceivable they will serve an even shorter term.
We have been sinking in a liberal loony-bin for 30 years, don't let America go the same way!

These beautiful girls should have slipped away quietly leaving no note except "Don't bother looking for me, you won't find me." Apparently the family tie is so strong in Islam, they can't break it even if it means their deaths.
