Hyatt Place Houston Cancels Pamela Geller Event, Caves to Sharia Demands

I am on the road but just got word that CAIR thugs intimidated Hyatt Place Houston/Sugar Land into cancelling their event tonight where I was scheduled to speak. Giving tea party organizers little time to find a new venue, the Hyatt Place in Sugarland caved to Islamic pressure yesterday and agreed to enforce the blasphemy law under the sharia. Cowards. Dhimmis.

Free speech, the cornerstone of our constitutional republic, is in serious jeopardy. Under the sharia, criticism of Islam is blasphemy (punishable by death in Muslims countries living under the sharia). This is the death of free speech in the continuing Islamization of America.

Hyatt Place Houston/Sugar Land received a couple of threatening calls and they surrendered to Islamic supremacists without even firing a shot. 

Perhaps they need to hear from freedom lovers. Politely let them know what you think of their attack on free speech

Dhimmitude: the Islamic system of governing populations conquered by jihad wars, encompassing all of the demographic, ethnic, and religious aspects of the political system. Houston Hyatt Place Hotel caves to Islamic supremacist intimidation, cancels Pamela Geller event

Pamela Geller is scheduled to speak in Houston tonight, but the original venue for her talk, Hyatt Place, has caved to Islamic supremacist thugs and canceled her talk.

The Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and other Islamic supremacist groups are conducting an ongoing campaign to discredit and marginalize everyone who dares to stand up against the jihad and Islamic supremacism. Central to this campaign is pressure against any organization or venue that dares to host a freedom fighter -- hence Hamas-linked CAIR's efforts to intimidate the FBI and the military into dropping invitations to me and other counter-jihadists, and its pressure on universities and private groups that host events featuring pro-freedom activists.

In Hamas-linked CAIR's "Islamophobia" report, "Same Hate, New Target: Islamophobia and Its Impact in the United States 2009-2010," the group claims that "it is not appropriate to label all, or even the majority of those, who question Islam and Muslims as Islamophobes," but this is just another lie: Hamas-linked CAIR names no one who "question[s] Islam and Muslims" but is not, in its view, an "Islamophobe," and in reality, everyone who stands for freedom against the jihad, Sharia and Islamic supremacism gets branded with this propagandistic and manipulative label. Hamas-linked CAIR is bent on marginalizing and discrediting every last individual who does not adopt a warmly positive stance toward the spread of Sharia in the West and all other manifestations of the advancing jihad.

Hamas-linked CAIR and its Islamic supremacist and Leftist allies are open enemies of the freedom of speech, and they're relentless in bringing pressure on any individual, group or venue that dares to step out of the political correct dhimmi lockstep. That's why we have to match them at every point. Wherever they succeed in intimidating a group or venue into dropping a talk by a freedom fighter, we have to bring just as much pressure to bear for the cause of justice, and let that group or venue know that we do not appreciate their failure to stand up for Constitutional principles when challenged. Pamela, you were right from the get go to warn us about the Aga Khan. This peaceful Aga Khan has built a huge islamic Ismaeli Center in Sugar Land, but I had no idea that these so-called peaceful Ismaelis, who only number a few million spread all over the world, would flex their apparently quite powerful muscle.

I live in Fort Bend County near Sugar Land. No longer am I surprised that I encounter more and more women at Walmart totally covered up except for the eyes, Middle Eastern grocery stores mushroom, and halal meat appears on menus more and more.

VP is out of the country. Receptionist said the event was "relocated" and could not or would not offer more info.

Called the hotel directly and was told I should speak with Brandon who is the Asst. General Manager. I was told he was in a meeting and I could leave a message in his voice mail, but he actually picked up and said the event was moved to another location due to "business disruptions." I asked what that meant, and he repeated the phrase as if the meaning was evident. When I then said "business disruptions" was code for caving to intimidation, he sarcastically said, "Oh, is that what it is?" to which I replied they should be ashamed of themselves and hung up. (Sorry, Pam. I didn't yell, but I couldn't be polite either. How can one be polite when confronted with this kind of lunacy and deceit?)

Hi Pamela,

I called the main operator who sent me to the general manager and it went to his voicemail, but not before directing me to one of two assistant managers.

I just got off the phone with the assistant manager named Brandon. When I asked him why Pamela's speech was cancelled he told me it was because of the "anticipated business disruptions". I said, hmm, business disruptions? He had his little speech down pat and was sticking to it until he said something about it being relocated so I asked him where, he said the Sugarland Community Center and I said, "but you didn't have anything to do with that did you?" He repeated that it was done because of "anticipated business disruptions" so I asked him, "Did CAIR contact you" and this is what he said:

"You can ask anything or say anything you want but I'm trying to run a business here. Do you know how many of you people have contacted me today? I'm trying to run a business here."

I told him good luck with that, that he was a dhimmi and he wished me a nice day before quickly getting off the phone.

Keep calling folks. It's working. We are getting to them.

I just sent an email to the two ACT! for America chapters in Houston to let them know what's going on and encouraging them to mount a protest outside the hotel and/or have a press conference to spotlight this injustice.

I called the Hyatt asking for the Manager and was transferred to "Guest Relations." I expressed my extreme displeasure at their shutting down of Pamela's Free speech in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA where freedom of speech still remains in the Constitution.
