"Islam Has Always Been Part Of Our American Family," Barack Hussein Obama's taqiyya at black-tie Iftar dinner at White House (here).
Yes, indeed, Mr. President (always taking a free hand with history).
The first war the United States of Anerica had to fight was against the Muslims, not one but two wars, in fact -- the first was the First Barbary War (1801–5), also known as the Barbary Coast War or the Tripolitan War. Most Americans are unaware of this salient fact, but that's a fact. Truth does not change, just the narratives do.
[It] was the first of two wars fought between the United States and the North African Berber Muslim states known collectively as the Barbary States. These included the quasi-independent Sultanates in the middle and western coastal regions of North Africa—what is now Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya.
And of course, the second World War found us engaged against the Muslim world.
And of course, the last war.
