The day of the Norway shooting, I was blindsided by one of the survivor's statements to the press immediately after the shooting (see above). It was so outside the box, I thought it was the kneejerk response of an anti-semite in shock. I didn't blog on it because I thought it anecdotal, badly anecdotal. But the more that is revealed about that youth indoctrination center, the more grotesque the whole story becomes. Of course, the genocidal leftists will twist what I write here; I am not condoning the slaughter in Norway or anywhere. I abhor violence (except in regard to self defense). But the jihad-loving media never told us what antisemitic war games they were playing on that island. Utoya Island is a Communist/Socialist campground, and they clearly had a pro-Islamic agenda.

Only the malevolent media could use the euphemism summer camp and get away with it.

The slaughter was horrific. What these kids were being taught and instructed to do was a different kind of grotesque. There is no justification for Breivik's actions whatsoever. There is also no justification for Norway's antisemitism and demonization of Israel.

Labour Youth League summer camp at Utøya got the Labour Party’s young hopefuls a visit by Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Store.

Utoya camp was not Islamist but it WAS something not much more wholesome (by our standards, at any rate).

It was a summer indoctrination camp run by Norway’s ruling Labor Party for up-and-coming children of the ruling elite.

Glen Beck was not far off when he compared it to the Hitlerjugend or Young Pioneers.

It’s so the junior members of the aristocracy can be properly told what to think and can network with each other in preparation for their brilliant careers ruling over the peasants.

I saw at least one article that had photos of previous summers with the little dearies and their handlers assembling Israel-bashing displays.

We Americans had similar traditions further back in the twentieth-century. The likes of David Horowitz and Ronald Radosh have written of the red-diaper summer camps their parents sent them to.

There are still institutions such as the “Midwest Academy” where budding labor activists go get schooled in labor and community organizing over the summer.

Not to mention the many religiously-oriented summer camps that have long been a cultural staple.


The camp was run by the Youth Movement of the Labour Party and used to indoctrinate teens and young adults.

Breivik was targeting the future leaders of the party responsible for flooding Norway with Muslims who refuse to assimilate, who commit major violence against Norwegian natives, including violent gang rapes, with impunity, and who live on the dole... all done without the consent of the Norwegians.

One has to wonder about the timing.

Pasted on bus stops and street lamps, the posters have appeared in the London boroughs of Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets and Newham. The message they convey is that there is to be “no gambling,” “no music or concerts,” “no porn or prostitution,” “no drugs or smoking” and “no alcohol” in the areas where the posters are displayed. The warning at the top reads: “You are entering a Sharia-controlled zone – Islamic rules enforced.” The messages are going up in both Muslim and non-Muslim-majority areas and are expected to appear country-wide.

“We now have hundreds, if not thousands of people up and down the country willing to go out and patrol the streets for us,” said Anjem Choudary, 41, the Muslim “preacher” claiming responsibility for the poster campaign.

A former lawyer, Choudary says that besides addressing “the sort of thug life attitude you get in British cities,” the campaign’s goal is also “to put the seeds down for an Islamic Emirate in the long term.” Choudary heads the banned radical Islamist group Islam4UK and has advocated for a Sharia-ruled Great Britain.

Madame Atlas, minor typo. In German, "young" or "young [boy]" or "a youth" are spelled jung/Junge, but "youth" in the abstract is spelled "Jugend" rather than "Jungend." Sorry to be an editorial pain and cheers.

I had initially criticized Beck for his comments as I had understood the camp to be much more generic. It's not uncommon in central Europe for both center-left and center-right party youth organizations to have social activities that aren't indoctrination; they perform social functions comparable to summer camp, the Boy Scouts or synagogue/church summer programs here. But on seeing this evidence I have to roll back my criticism of Beck at least in part. Granted enrollment in the Hitler Youth was mandatory/automatic by law and in the Young Pioneers pretty much the same, but these folks didn't get together in order to learn forestry or how to tie knots. Obviously my condolences to the families of the dead and my best wishes for rapid recovery to the living.

I would never condone murder, ever, and what happened at that place was a madman took a bunch of drugs, and murdered young people, like sitting ducks. It was TERRIBLE. But, it is NO secret, these are the children of the ruling left elite, of the Labour Party. And it is NO secret what this summer camp is all about. This is the party that wants a strong welfare state. It's all about the socialism. And this is the party that encourages such a huge influx of muslims. Pure socialist crap. Bleivik is the product of the society he was raised in, but he had the intelligence to look past the socialist trappings and see the evil at its core. Norway is doomed. There is a great difference between accepting people and their religion, and accepting acts of states, in particular states that are occupying foreing land, and blocking sources of food, healthcare and ordinary peoples travels ( or as it is, attempts to travel..) to get to work and earn a livelyhood for their families.

It has been very rewarding for all to have the opportunity to meet on common ground, play football, swim, dance - or just talk around the campfire between youth - the youth that will make our future.

I'm a Norwegian lawyer, once member of AUF for the very same reason I decided to pursue law; everyone deserves a fair chance. I know that just because in Norway you get free healthcare for all and free education at all levels, in some parts of the world that is considered " communist". Often from countries that at some occasions have said to our prime minister or government officials; " how can you accept that the newspapers write that about you. Make them stop!" That's not how a democracy works....I've spent several camps on Utøya many years ago. Youth who had and have hopes and dreams for the future. AUF have never been indoctrinated. On the contrary, the mother party has both accepted and encouraged that AUF is an independant organization with its own opinions - often referred to as " the salt of the party". Beck isnt really able to insult anyone anymore. His own summercamp for his market values is, as I understand it, for kids 6-12 years old. You may call that indoctrination. Not youth aged 15-25, themselves in positions not only in their own organizations, but also elected by the people and "in office" in municipalities and government. Thats democracy. Even if you don't agree with them.

I have met many and taken part in memorial services the last week. People from all of society of Norway are grieving, lefties, righties,in churches, temples and mosques, workplaces and prisons people are saddened and tearyeyed. But I still havent met anyone angry, crying out for more walls, more security, stricter laws. Everyone is unanymous: WE WON'T BE SILENCED BY TERROR. Pamela, I disagree with you SO much, and I'm particularly uncomfortable with how you put labels on people. VERY BRUTAL RAPE
The 17 year old Somalian has several serious crimes on his conscience, but the worst is probably the rape of a young girl at Hoybraaten (Oslo suburb) one year ago. The Court states that the girl was harassed by the family of the Norwegian-Moroccan and his friends. It went so far that the girl was angry at her own mother for giving the name of the rapists to the police. The girl wanted to pay the offenders to make them leave her alone. Her psychological condition became so bad she had to be forcibly sent to a psychological institution. Her schooling is destroyed.
