She is so amazing and truly represents the essence of the struggle you suggest, of two differing ideals. And I think what makes our side stronger is that not only are we being faithful to our Founders, and to our founding documents, but that their soundness is borne out by the tests of time, in that the idea of America has stood for over 200 years. But the ideas and ideals of the opposition have time and again been shown to be worthless for a society. While ours is a congregation of equals, theirs is based on creating envy and struggle between factions — they're not fussy about which ones.

Much more capable than the MSM would like you to believe, Sarah is truly the Washington outsider with the moral backbone and strength that america needs. Not only do I believe she can win, but I believe her faith plays a big part in her success.

She is just great!!

If anyone truly looks at her history they will see a woman who has done what she thought was right in spite of all the noise around her...outstanding.

Do you really believe that?

Two parties? One socialist and one for individual rights?

As a professional political commentator I'm aittle disappointed. Regardless of my political stance... I think if you are unable to see that each party is simply representing the corporations that financed their election then you haven't even scratched the surface of politics.

And Pamela, you are therefore doing a disservice to all your readers. Because to create this separate reality doesn't help your political cause any. It entertains a fantasy of good bs evil. But divorcing your self from the true situation is very unpatriotic.

G-d bless Sarah! Too bad she chose to pose in front of an icon that is so symbolic for Freemasons.

This election has nothing to do w/ Dems vs.Repubs. This election has everything to do with the United States of America being a sovereign country or a North American Union. You hit the nail on the head Pamela. You are NOT doing a disservice to the American people...you are being honest. Our news outlets need to be as honest. If we don't resonate this message of the TRUE consequence of this election we are doomed to be the USSA.

And she did it SUCCESSFULLY unlike Broke Insane Odrama, who I believe is doing what he thinks is right, he's just not being successful in his endeavor because it is not what America is about and it is not what Americans want. Of course I could be wrong. He may very well be successfully achieving exactly what he has set out to do, destroy this country so that the world can dismantle Her and turn it into another State run entity whereupon we are truly subjects again and he is the Ruler.

Actually this reply was for "harrisonbergeron" below. Sorry.

Pamela,

I'm with you 99% of the time, but you have to remember that, eventhough Barney Frank is the poster boy for the financial meltdown, it was the Republicans that were in charge when this mess happened. They are the ones that KNEW the real estate market was the only thing working when the rest of the economy shut down, and they should easily have seen that it wasn't thriving in a vacuum. They are the ones that got is INTO the two wars, including Iraq which turned out to be the Emily Latella war ("no WMD's...nevermind!")

I think we have to get back to basics, (global) charity begins at home, we have to get our house in order before we bail out, save, convert, defend, protect or build any OTHER country.

We are setup to fail now. We have to balance our budget, pay our bills, and promote American goods and services FIRST. Then, when we are on our feet, we can be the worlds visiting nurse service.

Brian, We all know,Now, what is going on in Washington, and it is time we change it...it may have been what Washington has done all the time...but now we are awake and we see with clarity what has taken our liberties and how, and at the moment Sarah has it right...With the technology that we have, now, they can't play as easily..

Now that's a picture with STAR power!

Do you really believe what you're saying? Of course, both parties only serve the entities that finance them. But, the fundamentals of each party could not be more far apart. The spend, spend, spend of the Democrats is the old school method of attempting to stimulate an economy, but in the end, it only forces more people on government services. That method doesn't work...especially in these times, and frankly, has never worked.

And you cannot say it isn't true that the Democrat way isn't about socialism. The only place, and I mean the ONLY place I've ever seen socialism work, is on kibbutzim in Israel. And that way of life works for one reason, and one reason only. The people who live in those places have signed up for that life. It's NOT forced on them. Personally, I simply could not live in that kind of environment. I could not imagine myself, giving MY money, that I worked hard to earn to some ruling entity, so they can dole out MY money to everyone there.

Do you really want more people on government plans? Really? Taking more, rather than building new businesses? Hustling to make their own way. Building a life for their families that has some meaning. The Democrat way that subscribes to "the government giveth, and the government taketh away," is not the best way to lead the people. It creates a welfare society. Sure, if you like being on the government dole, then it's all about the entitlement, and it's all about "what have you done for me lately."

There's an old saying that goes like this, "If at 20 you're not a Democrat, you have no heart. If at 40 you're not a Republican, you have no mind." I think that says it all.

Sorry Steve, the real estate market was "thriving", based on an illusion. Before the meltdown, basically if you could fog a mirror, you could get a home loan. That was nuts!! The financial institutions handing out home loans like candy should have just doled out pure gold bars to people on the street. It was essentially the same thing. That scenario was a disaster waiting to happen, and it did. Thanks to Barney and crew for loosening the credit requirements to such a point, that the whole system was bound to collapse. And fail it did in quite the spectacular fashion!

I love the Star of David that Sarah is wearing prominently around her neck. She lives by what she knows is true regarding Israel, "And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed."

"...corporations that financed their election...."

That's a rather poor choice or words: "corporations" makes one think almost automatically of business corporations; it implies that one party is controlled by, say, GE and Citibank, while the other is controlled by GM and Wal-mart. A better term would be "corporate entities", which would make it clear that groups like labor unions and veterans' associations were included. And a better term yet would be "special interests", making it plain that all sorts of groups exert influence on the parties, groups like farmers, environmentalists, small businessmen, retirees, ethnic groups, etc.

?????? I don't know about Freemasons, but it's certainly symbolic to most Americans.

Pamela is 100% CORRECT about the 2012 General Election being MUCH MORE than an Election.
It IS the MOST IMPORTANT ELECTION in our nation's and the world's HISTORY,for the FUTURE OF EVERYTHING HANGS IN ITS BALANCE.
This Election gives ULTIMATE meaning to the phrase"On the Bubble"as far as the FUTURE is concerned.
Whatever "intramural" problems exist in the GOP and Conservative Movement pale when faced with the possibility of LEFTY DEMOCRATIC Control of both houses of Congress and an Obama "Re-Election"
NOW is the time to NOT GO INTO A CIRCULAR"Firing Squad" ,but to MARSHAL IT ALL for DEFEATING THE DEMOCRATS/LEFT.

inasmuch as you claim
professional status as a
political commentator

i would appreciate if you
would explain the msm
obsession with the advancement
of leftist extremism
of which their
adoration of obama
is only one example

stashu liberty was a gift
" from the people of france "
in 1886

are you saying the french gov't was
run by freemasons in 1886

first i've heard
that claim

"But the ideas and ideals of the opposition have time and again been shown to be worthless for a society"

WORTHLESS would be bad enough, but THE OPPOSITION is DETRIMENTAL TO SOCIETY.

Sarah Palin is absolutely my first choice in this race. I bought my Palin coffee cup back in 2008 right after the McCain debacle (he should have let Sarah run the campaign; they would have won), because I knew then, and I know now, with every fiber of my being, that Sarah Palin is the very best person for the job.

No one else is close, because Sarah is so exceptional.

Not only is she really great in her own right, but SHE DOESN'T BACK DOWN IN ANY WAY like most other Republicans. That alone will cause her to win if she decides to run.

In case you don't realize it, one of the democrats' primary political weapons is to get Republicans to accuse Republicans of all sorts of things, and get them to back down. Then, when they back down, they lose!

I meant to say:

one of the democrats' primary political weapons is to accuse Republicans of all sorts of things

It is going to be absolutely incredible when she makes it official. The people in DC, of both parties, are giving her enough amunition to absolutely walk away with the whole thing.

The Liberals and their muslim allies are afraid of Sarah Palin because she sounds too much like Ronald Reagan. In some respects she would probably be worse for them then Reagan was since at least Reagan was willing to make nice to the Saudis by selling them weapons. It does not sound like Palin would be quite so inclined.
She has faced an onslaught of negative publicity brought about by the Liberal media and should she decide to run for President you can be sure that the anti-palin noise will be deafening.
I wish her well and hope she can withstand the pressure.

She is indeed the second Ronald Reagan.

Reagan sold weapons to the Saudis because they pumped lots of oil out of the ground, thereby lowering the price of oil on the world market. This helped the US economy, but more importantly, it greatly reduced the amount of foreign currency that the Soviet Union earned from oil sales, helping to bankrupt the Soviet Union and shut them down.

The onslaught of negative publicity speaks volumes about how the Left view Palin -- they are scared to death of her, because they KNOW that she will be the second Ronald Reagan, and she will set the Left back hugely.

Brian how often do you read this blog? I bet this is your first time! Buckle your seat belt, reading the truth for the first time can be a harrowing experience,,but you will survive it,,I did! d:>)

Cate I agree, but when it's impossible for us to impose taxes on the super rich, I find it hard to believe that's due to the demand to keep government small and protect individual freedoms.

Can one really claim no welfare state and no taxes on rich? Isn't that setting ourselves up to be 'governed' by 'special interests'?

I don't advocate welfare state, there is a lot of real evidence showing that to be ineffective. But without taxes we keep, generation after generation under-educating the youth (read: the future).

That's not a recipe to keep America "exceptional", unless by 'America' your meaning 'Goldman Sacs'.

When she makes it official there will be a ground swell of support.

@ person of the book.....

From your mouth to G-d's ears!! : > )

Is leftist extremism, socialism? I'm not sure I noticed anyone advocating that in msm. But I tend not to follow it, and my status of political commentator is on a volunteer basis.

However the job of journalists these days is to report what the WH tells them to.

But if this admin is Extreme left where would you put Bush? Center left?

Here's my point, no taxes on the rich is not extreme left, some might say it's extreme right...

Brian I don't recall ever reading any such thing from Pamela, rub your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Sounds like you might need some "skin thickening" therapy,,( or not) if I am mistaken, please forgive me.

Do you actually know the history of the freemasons?

I'm sorry, my original post should have said, "...disappointed in you". I am not a professional political commentator... That would suck.

get off the no taxes on the rich lie

did you criticize god incarnate obama's
favoritism with ge

reporting what the wh tells them to
as truth
is siding with the the wh

have you ever taken a course in logic

do you

If also recall Bush tried to put a stop to it by reigning in Freddie and Fannie Mac. He was unable to get anywhere with any kind of legislation especially after 2006.

I am a dem woman and I love her too.

I don't know how to state this. I have never cared about a public figure in my life but I love her like she was a member of my family or a close friend.

i think he's one of the desperate that actually clicked on one of the millions of 'rightside' adverts all over the interwebbys and thought he too could make $87.49 per hour in his spare time - ya know- like that ONE woman from some town near you did

Yes the large corporations buy and sell influence an age old story. The single biggest problem in the USA today is banking. A private bank controls the money of our nation, supply end of story. Unless we address this all the rest is noise in the system. "He who controls the money supply of a nation controls the nation" James Garfield. Shut down the private control of the FED RESERVE and we will be far down the road to real freedom again. As too your statement about current politics your right on the money until you get to Mrs. Palin. Some RINOS in AK are in prison because of her, Major oil corps. paid up overdue payments fast when she started digging and fighting for the people of her state, I ask what Corp. is she beholden too?

Oh, for gosh sakes Brian do you really believe "it's impossible for us to impose taxes on the super rich"? The super rich do pay taxes. What silly nonsense. The government will take in 2.173 trillion dollars of taxes in fiscal year 2011. http://www.usgovernmentrevenue.com/yearrev2011_0.html. Two trillion is an enormous amount of money. The government should be well able to fund needed expenditures with two trillion dollars.

Goverment will spend 900 millon on education in fiscal year 2011. Again, an enormous amount. http://www.usgovernmentspending.com/

Your complaints that we are just not spending enough are laughable.

You mean the BS about Hyrum Abiff losing the secret name of god ("Jobulum", a composite of Jehovah, Osiris, and Baal) and being buried alive in a pyramid?

Lawrence O'Donnell, MSNBC host, said on air that he is an avowed socialist. He advocates socialims proudly. I am sure there are many others who quietly share his socialist views.

Google it for yourself. The artist who designed it was a Freemason, there is lots of Masonic symbolism attached to it, its' cornerstone was laid by Masons in a Masonic ceremony and there is a bronze plaque to Freemasons at its base.

"two opposing countries fighting for victory"

It's this type of rhetoric that is making compromise an impossibility in the US. It is amazing to me that all of you can doubt that Obama is any less of an American than any of you. He swore on the Bible to protect and uphold the Constitution, just as all Presidents before him have.

Pam, you say this is a non-violent civil war -- who are it's combatants? Are you saying that everyone who doesn't think like you, anyone who will vote for Obama in 2012, is an "enemy" to the US? That they don't love their country? That they don't care about its prosperity or its future any more than you do? This is an insult to your fellow Americans -- all 69.4 MILLION of them who voted for Obama in 2008. Please. Stop this ridiculous talk. At least show some respect for your fellow Americans who, at the end of the day, just don't agree with you on how to make America a better place.

You are so right, the housing market was a bubble that was a vain attempt to prop up a weak economy. But the housing bubble was just the latest in a long line of credit bubbles. Before that was the tech stock bubble. Before that were credit bubbles in foreign countries via foreign loans. Before that was the S&L crisis. And so on. CJ Law above got it right that the financial/banking system is unsound and leads to booms and busts via credit expansions and contractions. Long term, that is what needs to be fixed

Recognizing that others have divergently opposing views and only one can win out in the end is showing respect for them. Respect means taking their views seriously, which Pamela does. You make this about "loving one's country" -- no, that is not the issue. What it is about is deciding what the nature of government will be in the future. Will we have a European-style socialist/collectivist state, or will we have a democratic republic with limited government. The stakes are especially high now because we have dabbled with European-style socialism for quite a few years now and we have finally run out of other people's money

As for your claim that Obama took an oath to uphold the constitution, so do Nidal Hassan but that didn't stop him from shooting all those innocents at Ft Hood in the name of Allah.

Penandink: we can only hope and pray...

You sound like someone who is reasonable, in the tradition of Gov. Casey (senior) of Pennsylvania.

And by the way, you are welcome at this blog.

believe what you want according
to evidence you think significant

in older times
it was costumary to invite
the local masonic lodge
to carry out the ceremony of
laying the cornerstone
for public buildings regardless
of their eventual use

the roman church is no
friend of freemasonry

but the cornerstone of
notre dame de paris
was laid under the auspices
of a masonic lodge
in full dress ceremony

under that stone is an
executed prisoner
the sentinel
of the cathedral

there was a republican in
the white house only

bush had an openly
hostile congress
which insisted on letting
the problem fester

harry ( the war is lost ) reid openly stated
he wanted the housing collapse
on bush's watch

buried alive in a pyramid ??!? !!?

are you thinking of
the supposed god-man
marduk

where in the entirety
of masonry is mentioned
printed or
by word of mouth
any pyramid

ask any masonic historian

"It is amazing to me that all of you can doubt that Obama is any less of an American than any of you. He swore on the Bible..."

Please google "taqiyya."

The Catholic church realized that freemasonry will accept as a member anyone who believes in some kind of "god" or higher power, not just Jesus Christ. Therein lies the problem with freemasonry: Jesus said "No man comes to the Father except through me." For a follower of Christ to align himself with a group that makes false gods equal to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is anathema.
Your argument that "in older times..." is fallacious. In "older times" people knew the Earth was flat and the Sun revolved around it.

You give me hope.

Comprimise? thats what the west seems to be best at. Islam cannot compromise, their book does not allow it. It's world domination, nothing short.

Jobulum, mahabone, all that rubbish?
Tell Pamela that inside every Masonic Temple is a recreation of Solomon's Temple in Jerusalem, she could probably use a good laugh.

And for those of you Freemasons who haven't reached the 33rd Degree and been asked to become Shriners, here's a little preview of what you can look forward to:

The oath of the Shrine concludes as follows: "...in willful violation whereof I may incur the fearful penalty of having my eyeballs pierced to the center with a three-edged blade, my feet flayed and I will be forced to walk the hot sands upon the sterile shores of the Red Sea, until the flaming sun shall strike me with livid plague, and may Allah the God of Arab, Muslim and Mohammedan, the God of our fathers support me to the entire fulfillment of the same, Amen, Amen, Amen."

your ignorance is well taken
everything i said is true
if you will not accept it
so be it

Nice! And welcome!

Pam Geller has Norwegian blood on her hands! Her lies and hate only add fuel to the fire of intolerance. She's obviously not religious since one of the main tenets is to love all brothers and sisters. I guess only certain people deserve love and respect in her eyes. The rest should just die? What a sad world she lives in.

I give you specifics and you respond by running away. Speaks volumes about your character, or more accurately, the lack thereof.
Mahabone! Jubulun! Jachin and Boaz! Tubulcain! LMAO!!!

If you are going to accuse Pamela of having blood on her hands, then I guess we can accuse you of the same.

It's people like you who stand up and say Islam isn't responsible when someone "allahu ackbars" and kills a bunch of people. By your willful ignorance you are allowing these kinds of things to happen so you too have blood on your hands.

Honestly, I hope she gets lost in the wilderness, and wolves eat her face in revenge.

The HELLBOAR.

Sarah Palin - Hypocritical, human-worshipping idiot.

Same with the losers on Jihadwatch - when the crap hits the fan, they'll be too busy worrying about how to shoot the Islam without harming the Muslim. Har, human-worshipping idiots too. When an animal causes an imagined problem, they know what to do. When humans cause a REAL problem, oh, gee, they're at a loss.

What we need are term limits! We should be getting term limits for every single
elected person in America. The problem we are having in America today is that
we allow people like McCain and many others to grow deep roots in government.
For anyone sitting in the state or federal or local government office
for upwards of 20 years, clearly you have got to expect that they become beholden
to lobbyists, big corporations and special interests
and they make a mess of our country for personal relationships.
They are free to serve as many terms as they care to try for,
assuming their voting public decides they may stay. That should not be!
Sarah Palin demonstrated that as a public servant, you need to put the
peoples work ahead of your own special interests. Honest law makers
would be kept honest by forcing them to serve only, for example, two
terms. This career politician stuff is for the birds!!!!
Two four year terms, if they can get re-elected of course, then OUT!
This way no one can become the government. Fresh faces with an attitude
of service to our nation, to accomplish certain goals that constituents
want and then OUT! Tenure corrupts! Power corrupts and absolute power
corrupts absolutely!" Lord Acton. Think of the ego's on those who consider
it their life to be career politicians. What normal thinking person
would ever disagree if they really thought about it. I want new ideas
and fresh faces so that my government WORKS! I want them to EARN IT every
single time they go to do the job we hired them to do.
So while we can argue about who is beholden to whom and for what reasons
never forget that the roots of some of these long term career politicians
go very deep and they basically own everyone and everyone owns them.
Nice way to run a country? I think not!

She'll kill wolves gleefully from helicopters, but voluntary human birth control? Forget about it! Only human families count in "family values"!

Seriously? Isn't there a blog about animal rights that you can
visit? Go do your crying there!

Right...and Americans never lie. You think you are so clever, don't you? But you're just full of hate. I feel sad for you; I hope you wake up some day.

I'm not for Islam. I'm against hate of all kind. It is NEVER the solution. And yet you are so consumed by it. I'm sorry for you.

"consumed by hatred"

Oh really... lol! I don't hate anything except Islamic doctrine that teaches hatred and bigotry upon anything non-muslim.

I love Muslims and have a few friends who are Muslims. I don't like Islamic Doctrine. For those of my friends who are Muslims, it is my hope they see Islam for what it is and leave it. If nothing else, then I hope they can reform it so that it is not a threat to anyone else.

Enablers like you allow violent Islam to flourish. So obviously you must hate your own fellow mankind to allow something like this to happen to them. You probably won't care about the effects of violent Islam until something happens to you personally. Such short sighted self interested view of the world. But I would expect nothing less from your type.

You have such hatred for others. I hope you are on your meds. You really need them.

What exactly does this even mean? You are babbling.

You are still not making sense. Its best if you come out of the woods and seek personal help. You are starting to crack. Personally I would be very entertained if Sarah Palin runs for President. I think many of your type would finally go over the edge into Mental Insanity.

You people harbor such seething hatred for a woman who is beautiful and smart. I'm guessing you have problems with women in your life too.

LoL you just created your site today... good on you. I'm guessing your ISP finally sent that crayon book for you to fill out too.

yes, my great grand father was one in NYC

And a lot of Judaic principles were part of the freemasons, too. We are talking about the 1800's here. The history sways back and forth, from Jewish involvement, to expulsion, to Christian principles, depending upon WHEN and WHERE the lodge was established. Why stop with this statue if you have a beef about them?

Oh, and p.s.: If you haven't noticed, the U.S. dollar bill also has a picture of a pyramid and the "third-eye" on the flip side. Care to elaborate on that?

How old, exactly, is that saying?

Typically, it is attributed to Churchill, but I believe it was originally stated by Francois Guisot. Versions of that saying have been handed down through the years. I heard that saying from my father. It was regularly discussed at our dinner table.

@ Bill- masons have always tried to get credibility by name dropping - the great pyramid, Solomon's temple, knights Templar, etc, while claiming a secret esoteric knowledge. Masonry is incompatible with Christianity for the following reasons:
1)Any religious text can be placed on their altar- bible, book of mormon, koran, whatever. This represents the fact that they give reverence to all gods, including false ones.
2)In the ancient world there was only one Jewish Temple, which represented the fact that there is only one God. Every city that has a masonic temple has a "recreation" of Solomon's temple, which shows truly enlightened men that to masons there are many gods.
3)Masons will tell you there are many ways to god, yet Jesus said the only way to God was through Him. Whom do you believe?
I have chosen who I will follow, and it is not freemasonry.

@CBDenver – You seem to miss my point. I’m just saying one doesn’t need to use such militant language when talking about an election, and that it is intellectually dishonest to assert that your political opponents are opponents to the foundational principles of your country. Also, your sense of economic urgency really isn’t completely justified – seeing as how foreign countries own a fraction of the debt, while the US Treasury owns most of it and also has the power to print its own currency; a currency that is the global reserve, while US Treasury assets are among the most secure investments one can make (Moody’s threats of downgrade aside, which may not change anything really even if carried out).
I would also like to add that an oath on the Bible and serving for the US didn’t stop James von Brunn from committing the many heinous crimes he committed.
@Fionnagh – I did. (a) what part of becoming president of the united states, in your mind, qualifies as a position of being “under threat, persecution, or compulsion?” Apparently this is only legal when there is an “overwhelming” danger of loss or life or property – which I don’t think would come about if you admit to being a Muslim while running for President. America does do the whole “freedom of religion” thing, right? Of course, after reading some comments here it’s hard to believe everyone here respects that. (b) Come off it guys, seriously? I thought we got over this whole “Obama isn’t a Muslim” thing, and even if he *is* a Muslim, which he *isn’t* for many many reasons, that shouldn’t be a problem.
@Duke (If you’re talking to me) – I can read the Bible and say it doesn’t allow for compromise. It’s all about what you look for in the sacred texts. Just as many Christians ignore the bloodier parts of Leviticus, Muslims are on the whole peaceful, moral people who share many common values as Christians and everyone else. Terrorists are lunatics, plain and simple, just like any other, who need some way to rationalize what they’re doing. Just as Andrew brevick doesn’t represent all Christians, al-Queda doesn’t represent all Muslims. In a world of six billion strangers, you need to hope that people who aren’t like you can still be as decent and kind as you consider yourself to be. Is that fair? I feel it is.
Also, Pam, can we work on a “reply to” option in the comments here? I think that’d help get more productive discussion going on. It’s kinda confusing right now trying to figure out who’s talking to who.

Where did all of the America haters come from, all of a sudden? They're really out in force on this posting.

It appears, from this blog and lots of others, that the Left has decided to contaminate as many conservative, patriotic blogs as they can with their hatred.

True to form, they simply spew hatred; they don't engage in honest dialogue and discussion.

hahaha to all you ppl who think obama's a muslim, at least look at the empirical data, as observed by john green:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jQ67cdzDyI

Oh, sorry Madeline, I didn't know this was a human worship site.

I'll respect her when she shoots a filthy nasty Paki piece of shit as easily as she shoots a moose or wolf - because MOOSE AND WOLVES DESERVE TO LIVE MORE THAN FILTHY STINKY PAKIS DO!

Sorry, I don't worhsip humans.

And as for mother theresa, hey, if some idiot in a wimple tried to deny me painkillers during childbirth because of HER idiot STUPIDSTITION about "original sin", I'd strangle the bitch.

"Indeed, some of Israel's best friends and most articulate defenders can be found in the blogosphere .... Atlas Shrugs, [et al] all provide a refreshing alternative to the moral relativism and politically correct anti-Israel blather of the media. Michael Freund, Jerusalem Post

"She does more in one week than most of us do in a frickin' lifetime -- Pamela Geller!" -- Jaz McKay, Talk Radio KNZR

"Influential online fanatic" --- Max Blumenthal, Writer, Al Jazeera and The Nation

"I never go to MSM for news. Atlas is where I go. I am amazed at all that is happening, that only Atlas readers know about"". --- JCL, Atlas reader

"The heroine of the right wing blogosphere. 'We’re all Pamela Geller now!'” -- Charles Johnson, mental patient

“Geller had joined Stop the Madrassa and blogged often about the matter on her website, Atlas Shrugs. Blessed with sultry Hollywood sex appeal and a sassy, scythe-like wit — a personable Ann Coulter and articulate Sarah Palin rolled into one — Geller would ride the Park51 project protest to superstardom.” - Southern Poverty Law Center

Because

  • "I would give the greatest sunset in the world for one sight of New York's skyline. Particularly when one can't see the details. Just the shapes. The shapes and the thought that made them. The sky over New York and the will of man made visible. What other religion do we need? And then people tell me about pilgrimages to some dank pesthole in a jungle where they go to do homage to a crumbling temple, to a leering stone monster with a pot belly, created by some leprous savage. Is it beauty and genius they want to see? Do they seek a sense of the sublime? Let them come to New York, stand on the shore of the Hudson, look and kneel. When I see the city from my window - no, I don't feel how small I am - but I feel that if a war came to threaten this, I would throw myself into space, over the city, and protect these buildings with my body."
    Ayn Rand
