NATO says it cannot stop shelling of Libyan city Yahoo

TRIPOLI, Libya – NATO military commanders conceded Tuesday they are unable to stop Moammar Gadhafi's shelling of the rebel-held city of Misrata, where hospitals are overwhelmed with casualties, while Britain said it will dispatch senior military officers to advise the opposition.

Misrata, Libya's third-largest city, has been under siege for nearly two months, with rebels holding on to seaside positions in the port area. In recent days, Libyan troops have pounded the city with shells and rockets.

Rebels and troops clashed Tuesday in central Misrata, and explosions and gunfire were heard. NATO strikes only targeted radars and air defenses, said Abdel-Salam, a resident who identified himself only by his given name for fear of retaliation. Hospitals are filled with the wounded, and 120 patients need to be evacuated, the World Health Organization said.

A United Nations' humanitarian agency was cool to an idea by the European Union to deploy an armed force to escort humanitarian aid in Libya, saying it was still able to use civilian assets on the ground. The proposal also drew a warning from Gadhafi's regime that this would be tantamount to a military operation.

The fighting in Libya has been deadlocked for the past month. Gadhafi is holding on in the west, while the rebels control the east. NATO airstrikes have kept Gadhafi loyalists in check, but the rebels, poorly trained with little military experience, have not been able to score military gains, either.

As the allies seek to break the battlefield stalemate, British Foreign Secretary William Hague said Britain will send a team of up to 20 senior military advisers to the rebel stronghold of Benghazi to help organize the haphazard opposition forces.

Hague said advisers would not supply weapons to the rebels or assist in their attacks on Gadhafi's forces but would work with British diplomats already cooperating with the National Transitional Council, the political wing of the rebel movement, which has been officially recognized by Italy, France and Qatar.

I don't usually visit such websites as Infowars, but when I read online confirmation that some of our troops (UK) were now being deployed to Libya, I needed to try and understand wtf is really going on here - as no one really knows what the heck all this is really about. It is April 18th 2011 - I told you more than 2 months ago when this whole Libyan situation kicked off, that NATO and the UN were planning to get us involved in another war and were preparing ground troops to invade Libya.

When the UN passed their resolution, within 36 hours, President Obama had followed their orders, not consulted Congress, and launched a War, an air war against Libya.

When the public pointed out that you have got to get Congressional approval under the Constitution to do that, or we might as well just have a Czar or a Fuhrer, Obama's people came out and said it is 'Kinetic Action' - it's not a war.

Now, even before this conflict started, US and British backed forces, SAS and others, CIA Commandos, were on the ground in Eastern Libya working with the admitted affiliated Al Qaeda groups against
Qaddafi, who tried to make deals and did make deals 6 years ago, to give up his WMD's and make nice with the West. But none of that even matters, lets say you love Qaddafi, you hate Qaddafi, the issue is, the system thinks that we are so dumb that they launched this new war and had the nerve to tell us it wasn't a war, and promised, and swore, that there would never be a ground invasion.

When you read the UN Resolution, it talks about whatever force is necessary, and they have been massing troop ships with British and USA Marines off the Coast going back into even early March. On March 2nd, more ships launched from the United States with Marines on board, saying they are ready for ground operations in Libya. This is what is so sick about this new level of deception, and how dumb the system thinks we are.

They are saying it is humanitarian forces of a thousand, that's going to land and help the 'rebels' in a humanitarian way, and open up roads, and the seaways, and if the Libyan government gets in their way, in anyway, then there will have to be a larger 'ground force' because that evil Qaddafi dare attack the 'globalist military' that was there helping the 'rebels' attack them.

They think the public is so stupid that if Libya fights back against bombardment from the air or ground troops, giving munitions and logistics to the Al Qaeda forces, attacking Qaddafi, that that is some form of terrorism.

This is the new model of Imperial World Government, where the UN, owned by the big central banks, launches rebel forces inside Egypt - when Egypt stood up against them, the West came in and backed the overthrow of Mubarak, their old dictator.

Same thing has been done in other Middle Eastern and North African countries, and the World realises what is happening, that is why Saudi Arabia is running away in fear of Russia, and China now is slashing oil production because they understand the West has turned on them. I'm not a fan of the corrupt Saudis either, but the point is, why are the Globalists destablising the World now?

Why do the Globalist think we are so stupid that Obama, and the UN, and the rest of them, swore, there would never be ground forces when they already had SAS Commandos and CIA Advisors on the ground, from BEFORE the conflict.

So, the ground forces are getting ready now, with their well intact terms telling us that this itself isn't a ground invasion, just like the air bombardment was not an air war!

And, they don't just want to enslave the Libyans or the Egyptians, since they have put in a new government in Egypt, they have banned protests entirely and have the modesty police out in force.

They want to take our liberties, here at home, as well. This is a Global Corporate Government, that wages war against any form of human liberty. If we don't speak out against this new war, they will
launch more and more, just like the French have invaded the Ivory Coast, and overthrown the Government and brought in the rebels that were hacking people up with Machetes.
