Oil is thicker than truth. Libyan oil is a crisis for Europe, and the US is the global policeman for the "global economy" fuel supply.

However, the real crisis is up ahead when the Mideast and North Africa (especially Egypt) goes into famine mode. (Spengler has some excellent articles re this at Asia Times. He's right. The market forces re food are going to hit hard in the Muslim Mideast because they produce no wealth (other than oil). The demand for food from a more affluent Asia is going to produce a food crisis in the region. Prices ain't going down.

The question then will be this: how long do we put with this delusional Caliphate nonsense from people who can't even feed themselves? Should the kuffar feed them?

Muslims in the region will blame the Jews and America when the poop hits the fan. But the real problem is Islam. The Arabs (who are an intelligent people) have been fucked by this so-called religion.

I hesitate to say it, but I think the only real way to stop atrocities like those in Nigeria, Sudan and elsewhere is to provide the victims with the means to protect themselves. This of course carries enormous risk. International gun running is not looked upon with favor by most courts. It requires a sophisticated approach and above all a good legal strategy.

If Islam was purely a political ideology with it's very clear totalitarian agenda (much like Nazism and Communism) would people be as ambivalent? I highly doubt that-the nation would be dealing with it as seriously as they would a viral pandemic.

It is because Islam is a religion that fools like Bill O'Reilly turn a blind eye to Islamic dogma which if given the chance, would enslave Jews and Christians (like him) if not slaughter them like the rest of us who refuse to convert.

For decades, we've been subjected to a lot of liberal brainwashing, most of it with good intent, (particularly given the ugly history of racism and slavery in the country) such as being open-minded and tolerant of people who are from different cultures/ethnicities.

But the dark-side to that kind of 're-education' is that we're no longer able to judge whether an ideology or a group of people are evil or not or even how to deal with them; people have become politically correct moral/cultural relativists, which will be the death of us. This is why Europe is in such deep trouble today with Islam rapidly taking over.

We need to re-learn how to recognize and hate: the evil, the danger, the threat, the people who'd cut our and our children's heads off if we don't follow their creed. We need to re-learn how to see such individuals as subhumans, freaks, psychopaths and monsters again because that's what they are (those intent on killing and conquering us).

We need to get beyond crucifying people for speaking the truth about such a threat to our society. Because defense of a civilization against an enemy requires hatred towards them and warfare-the willingness to wipe them out completely.

The trouble is, (especially in Europe), people are arrested/jailed for speaking openly and honestly about a threat and for pointing an accusatory finger at those who threaten us and our nation (think of Geert Wilders). This all stems from the foolish conclusion reached by the West after WW2 from the example of the Nazis, that an amorphous 'HATE' is the danger to society. So if you could "stop hate," you could supposedly prevent Nazis from ever existing and hence prevent genocides.

Obviously that was a very childish and misguided notion, as badly and naively formulated as George Bush's response to 9/11 by declaring a war on 'Terror,' which is like declaring a war on scaring, stalking, or yelling. Hatred is a very useful and productive emotion-it tells us which is bad in the world and must be rejected and or destroyed. The real danger is not hatred, but ideologies like Nazism and Islam which incite hatred towards non-adherents, it is evil ideologies that must be eliminated (not the emotion).
