We have been hearing for years that the White House is withholding evidence on the Fort Hood jihadi, Major Hasan. Major Hasan, also known as soldier of allah, according to his business card, mowed down 13 US soldiers while screaming allahu akbar on the Fort Hood military base in Texas in November 2009.
So where is justice? This Islamic supremacist should have been executed by now. What's the hold up? According to Hasan's lawyer, John Galligan, it is Obama. Back in November of 2010, I posted: Fort Hood Jihad: One Year Later, Obama's Cover Up
U.S. Army soldiers bow their heads in prayer for their fallen comrades during the III Corps and Fort Hood Memorial Ceremony (Nov. '09)
Fort Hood Jihad. It's a year since Major Hasan came out as a grand jihadi and slaughtered US soldiers in the largest attack on a military base on American soil in US history.
One year, and the Obama administration is still covering up the motivation behind the attack. Perhaps with the Republican force for good in Washington, we will now be able to sue the White House for information sought in a congressional investigation of last year’s rampage at the Texas military base in which 13 soldiers were killed.
[...] Obama has continued to withhold evidence in the Fort Hood jihadist attack and continues to shield the Muslim terrorist. Senators have been forced to sue the White House for information.
And a year ago (April 2010): Suing Obama -- White House Won't Release Fort Hood Evidence
What the hell is going on? Write your Congressmen. Demand justice. Where is the outrage, America?
Atlas reader Rick forwarded this following correspondence he had with Major Hasan's lawyer, John Galligan:

Delays are due to prosecution/White House refusal to disclose evidence. Blame them for the delays.
