Stopping a Muslim Brotherhood Mega-Mosque on a Quiet Brooklyn Block

Last week I wrote of the stealth mosque going up in breach of local laws on a sweet, quiet, tree-lined residential street in Brooklyn, despite fierce opposition from the neighborhood and in violation of zoning ordinances and stop work orders.  

The Sheepshead Bay people have had to take action in their fight against a mega-mosque going up on their quiet street. The Muslim Brotherhood group, MAS, has flouted the law, ignored the zoning rules, and in a frenzy to build, ignored stop work orders. And the government looks the other way (can you say Bloombat?).

The Muslim American Society is the chief Muslim Brotherhood organization in the United States. The Muslim Brotherhood is dedicated in its own words, according to a captured internal document, to "eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within."

In response, the city, infiltrated by sympathizers, apologists and cowards, has done nothing. If this were any other group, they would be up to their eyeballs in fines, summonses and the like. It's time to take action against the Islamic contempt for the law. Where are our elected officials? Have they been drugged? This is their job; instead, they throw whole neighborhoods away with both hands.

After multiple complaints, letters to local politicians, demonstrations and media reports, city administration is still trying to ignore the obvious violations associated with the project in question.
 
Department of Buildings "DOB" is dragging its feet reviewing multiple Public Challenges associated with the property, while construction crews are rushing work at the site, ignoring DOB inspectors, complaints by neighbors and a Stop Work order.

Residents of Sheepshead Bay have no choice but try to ensure complaince with zoning/building laws themselves! Neighbors, residents and our spporters will peacefully picket in front of the construction site at 2812 Voorhies Avenue (on a public sidewalk) every week day from 8AM-4PM until he DOB and NYC will follow their own rules and procedures and enforce the "Stop Work" order as well as force the removal of illegaly constructed st
