Where was Loughner's mother, where were his parents? That is who is responsible. Period.
Many feared danger Wa Po
E-mails written by a classmate and a teacher:
From June 1, the first day of class:
"One day down and nineteen to go. We do have one student in the class who was disruptive today, I'm not certain yet if he
was on drugs (as one person surmised) or disturbed. He scares me a bit. The teacher tried to throw him out and he refused to go, so I talked to the teacher afterward. Hopefully he will be out of class very soon, and not come back with an automatic weapon."
- Lynda Sorenson, 52, an algebra classmate of Loughner's
From June 10:
". . . Class isn't dull as we have a seriously disturbed student in the class, and they are trying to figure out how to get rid of him before he does something bad, but on the other hand, until he does something bad, you can't do anything about him. Needless to say, I sit by the door."- Sorenson
From June 14:
"There was never a time when he was in class that he was not disruptive, and he scared me. He frightened the daylights out of me. I kept saying to people, 'I'm afraid he's going to come into the class with a gun.' "
"I always felt, you know, somewhat paranoid. When I turned my back to write on the board, I would always turn back quickly - to see if he had a gun."
- Ben McGahee, an instructor at Pima Community College who taught Loughner in the elementary algebra class
Now that we know that, it proves true what I said on Saturday at 4:16pm (Atlas was first with the youtube channel), that Loughner was a leftwing radical loon. And be warned. They will use this lunatic's insane actions to try to shut us up.
That's what the Democrats do. Two proposals are floating. One to tamp the political rhetoric down. WTF does that mean? It won't apply to the left -- that much is sure.
“We are in a dark place in this country right now; the atmospheric condition is toxic,” Representative Emanuel Cleaver, a Missouri Democrat, said yesterday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” program. “Much of it originates here in Washington D.C., and we export it around the country.”
This from the congressman who lied and said he heard a chorus of tea partiers use the ugly term "nigger."
"It was a chorus," Cleaver said. "In a way, I feel sorry for those people who are doing this nasty stuff - they're being whipped up. I decided I wouldn't be angry with any of them." (more here)
No evidence -- none -- was ever found for these allegations. There were thousands of people there with hundreds of video cameras rolling ...... not one caught this "chorus." So he retracted, of course. But he is proposing speech restrictions? You can't make this stuff up.
And Democrat Robert Brady plans legislation to make it a federal crime to use language or symbols that could be perceived as threatening to a federal official.
First amendment out the window. Free speech, as long as it is speech the fascists like.
And why is a federal official's life more valuable than say .....mine? I get death threats all the time using jihadic language and Islamic symbols. Let's outlaw those too, eh?
Before Palin, the Tea Party and the 2010 win. So that was all hate propaganda to destroy our best people. He was nuts. Period.
Exception makes bad law. The father of the nine-year-old angel who was shot in the chest does not want restrictions on free speech.
Email, write, snail mail, call your congressman and say no to this. Why punish the American people by shredding the Constitution? Say no to using this tragedy to further leftwing totalitarian aims.
UPDATE: Of course, gun control is on the fascist agenda of exploitation of the mass murder. More lefty lies to control and disarm the people.
As if gun control will improve mental illness. Yes, let's take guns out of the hands of decent, law abiding citizens. Amazing how the Republicans postponed all House business, yet the Democrats are rushing this legislation.
McCarthy is supposed to introduce this today.
McCarthy readies gun control bill Politico (hat tip Van)
McCarthy’s spokesman confirmed the legislation will target the high-capacity ammunition clips the Arizona gunman allegedly used in the shooting, but neither he or the congresswoman offered any further details.
“Again, we need to look at how this is going to work, to protect people, certainly citizens, and we have to look at what I can pass,” McCarthy said. “I don’t want to give the NRA – excuse the pun – the ammunition to come at me either.”
Pennsylvania Rep. Robert Brady, a Democrat from Philadelphia, told CNN that he also plans to take legislative action. He will introduce a bill that would make it a crime for anyone to use language or symbols that could be seen as threatening or violent against a federal official, including a member of Congress.
