Pamela Geller, American Thinker: Report: Obama said 'I Am a Muslim'

Just for knowing, I have been on the phone with Egypt all morning, trying to get a statement from Gheit. None has been forthcoming.

Here's an excerpt from my latest in the Thinker:

"The American President told me in confidence that he is a Muslim."

That was the claim of Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit, as reported in the May 2010 issue of Israel Today. According to journalist Avi Lipkin, Gheit appeared on Nile TV's "Round Table Show" in January, on which he said that "he had had a one-on-one meeting with Obama who swore to him that he was a Moslem, the son of a Moslem father and step-son of Moslem step-father, that his half-brothers in Kenya were Moslems, and that he was loyal to the Moslem agenda."

Obama allegedly said this in the context of reassuring Gheit that he would soon deal with Israel:

He asked that the Moslem world show patience. Obama promised that once he overcame some domestic American problems (Healthcare) [sic], that he would show the Moslem world what he would do with Israel.

Could this be true? Even if Gheit's claim isn't true, or was misreported, every country in the free world must be cognizant of the catastrophic sea change that has taken place in the leadership of the free world -- as witnessed by events over the past year. Barack Obama took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and yet whether he is a Muslim or not, he has undeniably gone around the world promoting Islam and Sharia (Islamic law).

Keep hanging in there for this one, Pamela!! If the story is true, I think it will decimate hussein. I believe wholeheartedly that people everywhere are internalizing an underlying message that Islam/Muslims = terrorists. I think people have long since internalized that "moderate" Muslims are doing NOTHING to counteract their terrorist counterparts. If hussein actually said this, it won't take much to project that underlying message onto him, too, especially since I think he's quickly becoming the most despised man in the world.

We know that Obama is a Muslim. He just needs to admit it to the American people, instead of simply acting like one. He will do all he can to take down our ally Israel. From a purely technical standpoint the pisslim in the White House is much more of a pisslim triumph than 9-11 was. 9-11 caused a few deaths and a few buildings. hussein is costing us America.

He is going to fail miserably as a president.

Gee, the name Hussein should have given people a clue. Eight years after 9/11, idiot drones voted for a Muslim named Hussein. He came to finish the job 9/11 didn't.

Now taken in context, and with the understanding that I would not believe Obama if he told me it was raining without looking outside to check, I would believe the Egyptian Foreign Minister even *less* than Obama. In all probability, the worst thing that Obama might have possibly said is since he is the son of a Muslim, according to Islamic law that makes him a Muslim. People tend to hear what they want to hear, and it sounds like Ahmed Aboul Gheit wanted to hear what he said *really* badly.

After all, if Obama won't admit anything to the American people, why in the world would he admit anything to a foreign leader who he would *know* would go behind his back at the first opportunity?

In one of Obama's books (don't remember if it was 'Dreams From My Father' or 'Audacity of Hope', Obama wrote that he would go with the muslims should the political winds turn ugly. I think that pretty well explains in his own words where his loyalties lie.

Obama could hold a news conference and a live television appearance from the Oval Office, announce he's a Muslim and the MSM would either ignore it, whitewash it or say it doesn't matter and then still more than half the population wouldn't care.
