Last year, Nabeel, David and friends went to the Arab festival and filmed a video which went viral (see below). I first posted the video here, back in 2009. Well this year, these good, decent Americans were arrested -- based on what? Based on sharia (Islamic) law.
The video was shocking because it exposed the lack of freedoms for non-Muslims in America (Dearborn) when Islam was involved. Muslims are given special rights, treated as a special class that gets special treatment.
This year, Acts 17 Apologetics (Nabeel's group) was banned from passing out flyers at the Muslim festival. David Wood wrote me:
Yes, we're banned from handing out literature, but we didn't do that. We followed the rules, and still got thrown in jail. They flat out lied about us. We can prove they lied with the video footage (just like last year), but the police took our cameras and won't let us have the footage. There's major oppression of anyone who criticizes Islam.
This is against basic American rule of law. America was based on individual rights -- no special rights for special classes. All matters of human rights fly right out the window and sharia (Islamic) law seamlessly takes over when Islamic supremacism rears its ugly, aggressive head.
Muslims threatened to kill Nabeel and me if we showed up again at Arab Fest in Dearborn, so we went there yesterday. They didn't kill us. Instead, police arrested us and we got to spend a night in jail (along with two others who were video recording us). Interesting city. I feel a documentary coming on. Title: "Welcome to Dearborn."

This is evidence of the onslaught of Islamic oppression and intimidation of infidels in America that is made possible by law enforcement and the judicial system. Our freedoms are disappearing at a deadly speed -- we are being subdued (as the Prophet Moe instructed). And the media is silent -- handing us over like lambs.
Have you ever driven into the parking lot of a mosque in any city, in any town in America? You are immediately descended upon. Every time. Mosques are forts.
On June 20th, I reported that a lawsuit had been filed because in DEARBORN, MICHIGAN, "Christians no longer are being given the same rights as others."

Last week I reported that law enforcement caved to Islamic demands of supremacism, in breach of our inalienable rights guaranteed to us in our Constitution and Declaration of Independence.
"The Arabic Christian Perspective (ACP), and Pastor George Saieg attend the annual Arab International street festival there every year handing out Christian material to Muslims. They do this along the public sidewalks that run along the street, where the festival is conducted. It is open to the public and admission is free. Business establishments along the street remain open during the festival. It is a bold thing to do, but in the five years ACP has been going there, it has never encountered any problems."

Well, a couple of great Americans went to that hatefest-ival - and look what happened in America. This is free speech under siege. These folks were harassed and intimidated, aided and abetted by law enforcement.

This is a video of David Wood and Nabeel Qureshi asking questions at Arabfest, Dearborn. The date is June 21st, 2009. There was a booth at the festival which had a banner titled "Islam: Got Questions? Get Answers." From their table, we picked up a pamphlet claiming that Islam promotes peace. We noticed that it was full of poor logic and errors, so we decided to make a video refuting it. We went to the booth that gave us the pamphlet to give them the opportunity to defend their claims. Security, however, stepped in and forced us to turn off our camera.
We left the booth, received advice from police, and found out that the actions of the security guards were illegal. We went back to the booth to record a potential answer again. Realizing that the Muslims present had no answer, we left.
When we came outside, we were asked some questions by two young men, who had been sent by security to entrap us. While we responded to them, festival security started assaulting us, as you will see in this video. The conclusion of this video is a mob of festival security attacking our cameras, pushing us back, kicking our legs, and lying to the police.
We ask you, is it a coincidence that the city with the highest percentage of Muslims in the United States is the city where Christianity is not allowed to be represented (let alone preached) on a public sidewalk? Is it coincidence that in this city, people will say "No way!" when we say "This is the United States of America"?
Is this what will happen when Islam takes over the United States?
Now these gentlemen were arrested. ARRESTED! We ought to storm the prison.

Dearborn has prohibited the running of our freedom bus campaign. I am suing the city of Detroit. Stay tuned. Muslims crave a civil war here, it seems. Where is the inter-faith dialogue (blah blah blah), the building bridges, the mutual respect, mutual understanding?
It goes one way. These are fancy terms for surrender.

Arrested for Being Christian Preachers at Dearborn Arab Festival 2010
It cannot be said that we were arrested for causing a disturbance, because we did not approach anyone, rather everyone with whom we spoke first approached us. It cannot be said that we were harassing anyone, because the moment anyone said "stop talking to me", we would stop talking to them. And it cannot be said that we were spreading hate speech, because we said virtually nothing about Islam at all. On the contrary, we repeatedly affirmed our love for all Muslims. Whenever I was asked "Why would you love me?" I said "Because Jesus loves you, and he told me to love you."
No hating, no disturbing, no harassing... It remains only to be concluded that we were arrested simply for being Christian Preachers at the Arab Festival in Dearborn.
