The Jihad Flotilla and the Media War Against Israel

Today’s incident on the Gaza jihad flotilla was an act of war – but not by Israel. The tsunami of Jew-hating propaganda from the jihad-loving media has already begun. The international media, predictably, is spinning the story as if it were all Israel’s fault, saying that the IDF killed innocent civilian humanitarian workers on a flotilla headed to Gaza to bring aid to the starving people there.

In reality, none of that is true. This was an act of war against Israel. The people in Gaza aren’t starving, and the “humanitarian aid workers” on the flotilla were actually Islamic jihadists who attacked the IDF first. It was a planned attack — by Hamas and the hardline Muslim groups. Hamas supporters planned an armed assault, which included the murder of captured Israeli heroes. They almost succeeded.

Will you get the real story from the media? Not a chance. Before the Israeli self-defense raid even occurred, the BBC said that Israel was facing a lose-lose situation. And that is how it is playing out now. The Associated Press is reading like Al-Jazeera:

The violent takeover dealt yet another blow to Israel’s international image, already tarnished by war crimes accusations in Gaza and its 3-year-old blockade of the impoverished Palestinian territory.

Of course AP doesn’t mention that the day before the raid, the “humanitarians” on the jihad flotilla were chanting: “Khaibar, Khaibar, oh Jews! The army of Muhammad will return!”

Last I checked, Fox News was no better. They claim that the Israeli's botched it (whatever that means).

Prince Alweed owns 7% of that network (as that big itch we all know mentions) and it shows.

One good thing about this incident is that Bibi cancelled his meeting with Pres. Hussein because of it. This is good because, as everyone knows, Pres. Hussein is trying to use Bibi as a prop, to borrow Caroline Glick's phrase.

How to start a war and get the world to think you are the good guys. The a-holes of the world always have the best PR people. They are evil, twisted maniacal murderers and have always been. They hide behind women and children who they use as human shields and then broadcast footage of women and children being maimed and say: "look what they did to us!!!' And the whole world falls for it again and again. There's more footage on youtube of a soldier getting stabbed up close by these "humanitarians!!!" Wake up people- wake up and question the news that is spoon fed to you by CNN and the media. You are not infants. You can feed yourselves now. Do some research. Look at both sides of the story. I think the comment of "Israel botched it" comes from the stand point that "it turned violent" or that the commandos were "under armed". As any who has seen the videos of the actual assault you can see the people on this ship immediately attacking the IDF (with weapons in hand) showing that the people on the ship were preparing for violence and initiated it. The fact that the IDF came equiped with paintball guns (instead of assault rifles) shows that the IDF meant for non-leathal confrontation. The resulting deaths and injuries again comes from the actions taken by those on the ship as the IDF were visibly holding non-leathal arms. For those who wish to scoff at the IDF using paintball guns, they are unaware of how painful it can be to be hit by one and the IDF could have been using pepperspray paintballs that when shot onto the chest of someone is like punching them while pepperspraying them (quite effective). I have heard some blaming the IDF (and Ehud Barak) for being under prepared, but the level of action they took was reasonable, intelligent, and as we can see, effective (maybe having a fully armed assault squad ready or snipers would have been good, but they would need to try to get them on board and snipers have a difficult time at sea). I have also seeing some of the internet anti-semites or Jihad-lovers state, "the people on the ship thought they were being boarded by pirates", though I have yet to see any pirates with helecopters, in para-military body armor, and carrying paintball guns...

Michael, it's also because of the goodies they're getting from Iran, including I suspect vast amounts of cash and probably oil and/or gas. Turkey was part of the conspiracy with the Brazilians to help Iran cover up its enrichment process.

The other point I would make is that Erdogan is apparently a true-green Islamist. As Pamela has written and said, he has said that there is no moderate and extreme Islam, only Islam.

Related to the first point above, Iran is probably telling him that they can destroy Israel, and so he has gotten into an Islam-orgasmic mode of being.

Right Jane, they were just biding their time pretending to be "moderate." Ataturk did not want a Jewish state anywhere. He claimed that in a "secular" Islamic state, all could live peacefully but definitely under Islamic rule. Since his demise, things have gradually gone further to the religious side as everywhere in the Moslem world. Turkey was never our friend and Israeli leadership was foolish to believe it was.
