Atlas readers are familiar with Sébastien; his brutal murder foreshadowed another unspeakable Muslim killing in France, that of Ilan Halimi. Sébastien Selam was a popular disc jockey at a hot Parisian night club called Queen. The young man known as DJ Lam C (a reverse play on his surname) left the apartment he shared with his parents in a modest building in of Paris’ 10th arrondissement near la Place Colonel Fabien, heading to work as usual. In the underground parking lot, a Muslim neighbor slit Selam’s throat twice, according to the Rosenpress interview. His face was completely mutilated with a carving fork. Even his eyes were gouged out.

SEBASTIEN SELAM CASE Nidra Poller
Sébastien Selam is the Jewish DJ slaughtered and mutilated in November 2003 by a Muslim neighbor who boasted “I killed my Jew, I’ll go to paradise.”
Readers who have been following this case in my three-part AtlasShrugs exclusive may have wondered what happened to Part 3. The answer is: Maître Axel Metzker, counsel for the Selam family, who has kept me constantly informed of new developments and ongoing efforts, had advised me to wait for an important breakthrough.
The lawyer’s unflagging efforts to disarticulate the insanity alibi that has protected Adel Amastaibou from standing trial though he admits to the gruesome murder of Sébastien Selam has lead him to discover two crucial documents :
1. A declaration drafted by psychiatric expert J. C. CHANSEAU on July 2008 (in the name of 3 experts appointed to evaluate the defendant’s condition) informing the investigating judge assigned to the case at that time: "…the medical files presented by the "Maison Blanche" psychiatric institution are insufficient to sustain a diagnosis of the mental state of Amastaibou."
Upon which the investigating judge decided to incorporate medical files drafted after the crime had been committed. The experts used this anachronistic material to “fill out” the inadequate file predating the murder, and cobble together an allegedly collective expertise supporting the final conclusion that Amastaibou should not stand trial on the grounds of insanity.
The judge had effectively decided to « fill out » a supposedly serious expertise with documents POSTERIEURS to the crime (a périod of maximal simulation)!
2. Contrary to the promise made just weeks ago by an official the Justice department, Amastaibou is occasionally released from the hospital for brief periods.
