Despite decades of relentless groveling, lying, deception, and vile anti-semitism, the BBC came under attack by close to 1,000 Muslims, who tried to storm the offices of the BBC in an attempt to ...tear them limb from limb?
Has the BBC apologized yet? I am sure they will try to do better. Instead of calling them the savages that they are, the BBC call their would-be killers "Gaza aid ship protesters." Looks like the BBC could have used those they deride the most, the EDL :)
Imagine if the EDL pulled this -- they'd be hanging them by their .....
Gaza aid ship protesters try to storm BBC Manchester (BBC news)
Protesters demonstrating against the Israeli attack on a Gaza-bound aid ship have attempted to storm the BBC in Manchester.
More than 800 people marched through the city centre and down Oxford Road, where the crowd surged at the BBC's entrance, smashing its front doors.
One man climbed to the top of the building to plant a Palestinian flag and there were at least three arrests.
Protesters said they were also angry about the BBC's coverage of Israel.
Police officers formed a chain across the BBC's Oxford Road entrance and surrounded the building with police vehicles and officers.
Protesters from the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign, who organised the demonstration, chanted slogans including: "BBC tell the truth."
Protesters smashed glass doors and there were at least three arrests

"Protesters"....... Nice description.
If that was EDL, they'd be called (at minimum) violence-prone supporters of Teh Eeeeevil Jooooooooooos ; Every single one of them would have been arrested and then declared 'enemies of The Crown', their Rights suspended for a decade.
But...... The "protesters" will undoubtedly be granted "misunderstander' status and freed outright, no charges pending.

They will either grovel and apologize or they will realize that the savages are at their own front doors and their residual will to self-preservation will begin to kick in. When something has gone this far with this many people refusing to believe what is happening, it always takes shocks this immediate and personal to begin to wake them up.
Just happened to be reading reminisences of the 1906 San Francisco earthquake and fire by Arnold Genthe, who took the most famous photos of that day. One comment in particular struck me as relevant to today and to all the denial we encounter:
I have often wondered, thinking back, what it is in the mind of the individual that so often makes him feel himself immune to the disaster that may be going on all around him. So many whom I met during the day seemed completely unconscious that the fire which was spreading through the city was bound to overtake their own homes and possessions.
That's what the nice polite dhimmi people at the BBC Manchester found out today. Welcome to our war.

This almost appears pre-orchestrated as do some other protests even before the controntation between the IDF and Muslims bent on jihad aboard the main ship.
This one minute video shot by the IDF speaks volumes as Muslims attack the soldiers

Tsk..tsk to be treated in such a manner after all these years of playing kissy-kissy with the mobs. [sarc off]

Gee, what happened? Did the BBC report the truth? For once? That won't do will it?
Posted by: Sounder | Monday, May 31, 2010 at 10:18 PM
Once upon a time, when a group of foreigners attacked and planted their flag on your buildings, you recognized it as an act of war.
Now we apologize for being so racist, offer them money, and blame the Jews.

We are on a slippery slope.
The muslim thugs have learned that brown-shirt tatics work.
Soon, all media will be afraid to say anything negative about Islam. The Western press will be as controlled as the Soviet press ever was.
MSM will stand for "Muslim Submissive Media"

I'm really worried.

Guess this rent a mob never actually read the BBC. Of course they probably read or write in their native language, jihad.

You know, if I were a media outlet, and a bunch of thugs attacked me, I'd publish it FAR AND WIDE!
Hey BBC, have you ever thought of that?

It will be interesting to see how the BBC is to handle this. They are just as much to blame for creating this Frankenstein's monster as anyone. More than most. Now the monster is turning on the master. They should have seen this coming.
The truth is the BBC is doing a fine job of distorting the flotilla incident and pushing the usual anti-Israeli propaganda. The Israelis "stormed" the ship. That is certainly not what I saw on the tapes.
So, what is it exactly that the Frankensteinistanians want the BBC to do?
Posted by: Telly | Monday, May 31, 2010 at 11:46 PM
Aetius,
I'm worried too. If anyone hasn't noticed, we have been losing the propaganda war. But the good news is the enemy is running out of ammo. Israel has been vilified to the point that it cannot get any worse. For example, if the next time a terrorist ship attempts to run the blockade, and instead of trying to capture the vessel the Israelis just blow it out of the water, how can the enemy vilify Israel more than it already has. There are declining marginal gains to propaganda, ESPECIALLY when it is not remotely true.
And I agree that the protests were pre-planned to immediately follow this martyrdom cruise. But these people riot over cartoons (resulting in several deaths). How can we be expected to take their hurt feelings seriously now?
Posted by: Telly | Monday, May 31, 2010 at 11:55 PM
You would think that perhaps this incident would cause the BBC to understand the situation Israel has had to deal with for decades at the hands of these savages. But I don't expect the BBC to start sympathizing with Israel.

If those muslims rioters had managed to line up the heads (no pun intended) of every department and threatened them with beheading, the BBC chiefs would all be apologizing during, prior to and following the ordeal.
They still haven't learned that capitulating to bullies simply makes them stronger and encourages them to use the same techniques again.. They've already taught muslims that bad behavior has it's rewards. The BBC is getting a taste of karma.

I can't wait to hear how the beeb will report their own people being burned alive and/or having their heads severed.
Have fun! Islam Is Peace!

I guess its time to grow a pair and chuck these so-called 'protesters' in jail and deport their entire families, and reclaim our country and way of life.

It this happened to reasonable news outlet (can't think of one at the time) I would say that is what rubber bullets are made for.
And if that doesn't work, there are even more efficient methods of rampage control. Many of which I keep on hand for just such an occasion.
BBC sucks anyway, let the muslimites have it, they will just destroy it and we won't have to listen to their (bbc) bullshit anymore.

Notice how this scum can come out at a moments notice? There was an anti-Israel demo yesterday and that was just HOURS notice. Of course they had planned for it.
But none of them work, all the muslimes and lefty students are on the dole! I bet they even get grants from the government to travel round the country!

Anyone with at least half a brain knows that the "palestinians" are the consummate victims. They've honed victimization into a fine art.
Take your lies elsewhere.

"BBC tell the Truth" creamed the Muslims. The BBC doesn't know how to tell the truth, it is so immersed in lies and political correctness, it is so anti- English and pro Islam, it is Communist, it is the mouthpiece of the devil, and nobody listens to the BBC's garbage anymore. Islam is just one big lie. Mohammed admitted he lied and proclaimed things that "Allah" had never said. He encouraged his followers to lie, lying is approved of in Islam, it is one of their weapons to confuse and defeat their enemies. Nobody believes small lies, but big lies are convincing because nobody can believe that someone would lie about important, established bulwarks.
Maybe this time the Moslems have overdrawn their hand, maybe someone in the brainwashed BBC hierarchy will wake up from his hypnotic state and begin to see the truth of English glory and what the brave, patriotic and reasonable EDL members are fighting for. I implore you, BBC employees, become members of the EDL, let the love of your great country and your gracious queen return, and turn your backs on these Islamic savages that are stealing your country from you, with your assistance. Islam has no place in England, destroy every mosque instead of building more. Deport all Moslems to an Islamic country and let them go to maddrassahs, the kind of school that suits them. But what Moslems fear the most is being deported, they know that in Islamic countries they would not have the freedoms and the handouts they get in Britain. They like tomlive in Britain, so why do they want to turn it into a country like the one they were so glad to leave??? With a despot and no rughts???
Either the BBC will change, or it will go under, it cannot go on magligning its own country any longer.

I betcha that three quarters of the islamists protesting live off of welfare. Where are the police and the politicians? This is a recipe for utter chaos if not countererd by the authorities.

Israel's military did not look good when they sent armed soldiers down ropes on the Marmara, straight into the arms of Hamas operatives. Little is being done to turn public opinion. IHH humanitarian fictions need to be effectively countered. This isn't the time to say, "I-am-right-and-that-is-enough." It is time to attack, starting with registering Indictments against the entire leadership of the IHH. Further, Iranian financing needs to be exposed.
THE PLAN
On April 7, 2010, IHH head Bülent Yildirim told a press conference in Istanbul that the flotilla would be a “test” for Israel. He said that should Israel oppose the flotilla it would be considered “a declaration of war” on the countries whose activists arrived on board the ships (IHH website, April 7, 2010).
In a fiery speech given at the launching of the Mavi Marmaris on May 23, he said to Israel, “Handle this crisis well. If you prevent [the flotilla from reaching the Gaza Strip] you will remain isolated in the world and harm yourselves” (IHH website in Turkish, May 23, 2010).
On May 21 Muhammad Kaya, head of IHH’s branch office in the Gaza Strip, said there was a plan to send flotillas to the Gaza Strip every month (Al-Jazeera)

This basic tenet is a key part of international law ... At first glance it does not look like this basic rule was adhered to.”
The European Union also urged Israel to allow the free flow of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad denounced Israel's deadly attack on a Gaza aid ship as “inhuman,” saying it brought Israel “closer than ever to its end.”
Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri on Monday slammed as “dangerous and crazy” a deadly Israeli raid on a fleet of ships carrying aid to Gaza.
Kuwait's prime minister called for an emergency meeting over the Gaza aid ship attack. Islamist MP Waleed Al Tabtabai was among 16 Kuwaiti nationals on board one of the six ships carrying aid destined for Palestinians in Gaza Strip, which has been under Israeli siege for four years.

Sweden summoned the Israeli ambassador to Stockholm over the “unacceptable” Gaza flotilla raid, the foreign ministry said.
In Turkey, the government warned that the attack could lead to “irreparable consequences” in bilateral ties. In Istanbul, Turkish police blocked dozens of stone-throwing protesters who tried to storm the Israeli Consulate in Istanbul over reports of the Israeli attack.
