Congressional Christians? Uh, no. Congressional Jews? Uh, no .... Guess! Congressional Muslims.
I ask, why is this necessary? To what end? Aren't we all Americans with the Constitution our heart and soul? Apparently not.
Backlash? There was no backlash. Where are the Muslims working feverishly to expunge the hatred and violence towards non-believers, anti-semitism, misogyny, polygamy, pedophilia, child marriage, slavery, from the koran and its teachings? Where is that extraordinary effort being made? It's not. Because it would be FITNA. It is blasphemy to suggest such a thing. Note the year it started - 2006 - when the Dems took over and Bush went lame (duck).
The Congressional Muslim Staffers Association (CMSA) is a chartered organization within the United States House of Representatives, established in 2006. CMSA is a non-dues paying membership association open to any Congressional employee who defines his- or herself as “Muslim”, regardless of their race, gender, school of thought, personal level of “religiosity”, and country of origin. Members can be employees of any office, committee, or department within the House of Representatives, Senate, Library of Congress, Congressional Budget Office, Congressional Research Service, and the Capitol Hill Police Department. Any Muslim Congressional employee is considered a CMSA member regardless of their level of participation or the degree that they publicly identify themselves as “Muslim”.
CMSA At A Glance
CMSA CHARTER: The Congressional Muslim Staffers Association (CMSA) was established in 2006, during the 109th Congress, and is an officially recognized Congressional staff association registered with the Committee on House Administration. Every Congressional term, the CMSA receives sponsorship from a Congressional Member(s) to be registered with the Committee on House Administration. Congressmen Ellison and Carson are the current CMSA sponsors for the 111th Congress. The CMSA is not a member of, nor formally affiliated, with any outside organizations or networks.
WHO WE ARE: The CMSA is composed of Muslim American professional, administrative, and support services staffers who work in the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, Congressional Library, Congressional Research Service, Congressional Budget Office, and Capitol Police Department. CMSA members come from all regions of the United States, representing the diversity amongst Muslim Americans (i.e. African, Black, Arab, South Asian, Latino, male, female, etc) and the plurality of personal practice and thought within the community (i.e. Sunni, Shia, liberal, conservative, secular, cultural, etc). Member’s professional experiences range between those members who are fresh out of college to those who have over 20 years of Congressional work experience. Muslim staff responsibilities span the gamut of personal offices and committees. INTERNSHIPS: The CMSA encourages Muslim American youth and college students to be civilly engaged and pursue internship and fellowship opportunities in government institutions, in particular in Congress.
And how do they achieve their objectives? According to their site:
To achieve its objectives, CMSA conducts the following four types of programs:
• Political / Public Policy:
For the primary benefit of Congressional Members and staffers, CMSA conducts briefings and issue forums on legislative and political issues that concern the Muslim American community and Muslim world. Muslim and non-Muslim scholars, community leaders, and media analysts participate on panels to provide insightful and multiple points of views on various topics. Examples: o Congressional briefing on the Gaza Humanitarian Crisis o Congressional briefing on the media’s use of “Islamophobic Language”.
Do not defame Islam!
• Religious / Cultural:
CMSA produces religious and cultural programming that increases Congressional members, staffers and community members awareness of Muslim beliefs, traditions, historical narratives, and contributions to American culture. Examples: o Weekly “Capitol Hill Jummah Prayer Service” o Annual Congressional Ramadan Iftar Reception o African American Muslim History Month Exhibit (February) o Muslim American Women Leadership Symposium (March).
Dawah! Invitation to convert to Islam
Examples:
* State Department Briefing on U.S. Public Diplomacy in the Muslim World.
* USAID Briefing on development programs in the Muslim World o Homeland. Security Department Briefing on Muslim American Civil Rights Issues.
* Staff Dinner Parties at local DC Restaurants o Members’ Office subscriptions to America’s leading Muslim magazines.

Deep infiltration: And the tentacles are not just national. It seems the Congressional Muslim Association reaches out and works with connectors to the OIC- (Organization of the Islamic Conference) driven world organizations that serve to advance Islam. Organizations like the Organization of Security and Co-Operation in Europe (OSCE). [I.e. President Nursultan Nazarbayev said Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in 2010 and in the Organization of Islamic Conference in 2011 provides "a unique opportunity to make a practical contribution to the dialogue between the Muslim East and the West."
My dear friend and fellow fighter in the transatlantic counter jihad movement, Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff, spoke and was accused of hate speech at the OSCE meeting.
“Hate Speech” Accusations at the OSCE Meeting:
By Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff
As I prepared for the OSCE meeting, I was fully aware that we would encounter strong opposition from most participants. However, the amount that we as a group were able to achieve took me by surprise — it was so much more than we would ever have thought possible.
That we were not applauded is obvious. Yet there were many in the room who covertly (or sometimes even overtly) agreed with us. We opened doors, doors that were previously shut and bolted. No one ever put the topic of Islam on the table, most likely out of fear and for the sake of political correctness. The OSCE is, after all, closely associated with the EU Fundamental Rights Agency and the Council of Europe. The former is responsible for some very restrictive laws that stifle freedom of opinion within the EU.
The events at the meeting can best be described by using the format of a drama in several acts.
Read the whole thing and watch the video of Elizabeth's remarks here.
Fighting for women's rights is hate speech? Speaking against honor killings and gender apartheid is hate speech? Today it is. KGS has an interview with her here.
Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff has been badly maligned by a Austrian
journalist working for a paper in search of hidden "racism". Elisabeth
had been giving some seminars that would never have raised an eyebrow
in the US, but because it's Europe, they have been the center of a slow
brewing controversy.
The paper "News" wants to make a name for itself, so its journalist registers for a private seminar that Elisabeth is holding, that deals with the troublesome aspects of political Islam. All if it is factually sound, with ample proof made available based on Islamic sourced material. This interview is an attempt to get her story into the public record. Kudos to Elisabeth, a good friend, colleague and defender of western civilization, liberal democracy and human rights for all. KGS
Interview with Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff: "I Am Against Dialogue"
A criminal complaint is being filed against Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff for “hate speech” under Austrian law, essentially the same thing that Susanne Winter was convicted of early this year.
Elisabeth gave a presentation about Islam at an FPÖ-organized seminar, and said some of the usual things that anti-jihad advocates say when they talk about Islam. A left-wing magazine, which had planted someone in the audience, caused charges to be brought against her at the same time as they publicized it in their magazine.
Elisabeth held the controversial Islam Seminar at the FPÖ-political academy. Charges of defamation of a religious group have been filed against the daughter of a diplomat. This is her only interview in which she explains her views.
Mrs. Sabaditsch-Wolff, are you afraid of Muslims?
No, I am afraid of political Islam, which is massively gaining influence in Europe. That is what I am against.
What is your goal?
I want to preserve Europe and its democratic and secular values.
What bothers you about the Islamic way of life?
Islamic doctrine discriminates against women and non-Muslims. Islamic law, or shariah, cannot be reconciled with democratic principles and universal human rights.
Do you see the need for that?
There are powerful groups who are working towards the Islamization of Europe. That is a fact. What can we gain from closing our eyes and ignoring this? Even Libyan leader Muammar Ghadafi says: “There are signs that Allah will grant victory to Islam in Europe without swords, without guns, without conquest. We don't need terrorists, we don't need homicide bombers. The 50+ million Muslims [in Europe] will turn it into a Muslim continent within a few decades.” A head of state confirms what our politicians deny. What else has to happen until we finally get it?
There are people who see the growth of Islam in Europe as an opportunity for a completely re-engineered pluralistic society.
The vision of a pluralistic society does not withstand a reality check. Show me one example where this has been a success. Wherever Muslims have been given the opportunity for self-organization they have established parallel societies. See Berlin-Kreuzberg, see Lyon. See also Great Britain, where parts of shariah have been implemented.
Do you really think that Austrian culture is endangered?
I see signs of an erosion of our way of life. In large cities massive changes are evident in the streets. There are discussions about a ban on teaching the Turkish sieges of Vienna; St. Nicholas is banned from visiting children in [public] kindergartens.
And you want to change that?
Yes, very much. But why is that so bad? In Bhutan, the king is applauded because he allows only a certain number of foreigners into the country. He prescribes a certain dress code and mandatory cultural events. Bhutan is a small country that wants to retain its cultural identity in a globalized world. Austria is also a small country with similar challenges. Why is the one country commended and the other berated?
According to NEWS, you defamed Islam. That is why NEWS has filed charges citing defamation of religion. Your reply?
One can report anyone to the authorities. I am not guilty of defamation. And even if some consider my words harsh, I definitely did not make them in a public forum since the seminars were held before a group of people who registered beforehand.
You are accused of making the following statements, among others: “Muslims rape children because of their religion”, or “Mohammed enjoyed contact with children.” Why the polemics? This is a clever strategy. You and all the others who are now crying wolf are locked in a choice of words. As a result you are able to maneuver yourselves away from the main point. It is a fact that Mohammed married a six-year-old at the age of 56. To this day men in Islamic countries view this as legitimizing marriage to a minor, thereby causing rape and life-long trauma. This is the problem we need to address, and not how circumscribe this bitter reality.
So what does the United States have to do with the Islamic expansionism of the OIC driven OSCE? Plenty.

Bat Ye'or here said:
On 13 November 2006, the High-Level Group of the Alliance of Civilizations presented its report which sums up the request of the OIC at its Mecca Summit in 2005, after the Cartoons affair. First, it adopts the Islamic view of history and politics byclaiming that everything was fine between the three monotheistic religions until the 19thcentury, when the evil of European colonialism and Zionism destroyed this harmony. Then it affirms that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is the main source of Christian-Muslim antagonism, not the jihadist war and ideology that deny for others the right to exist.
It proclaims that this conflict “remains one of the gravest threats to international stability” and formulates recommendations that again echo the OIC requests. Such views mirror Hitler accusing the Jews of fomenting World War II, or the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, praised in the Hamas charter, the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood which denies Israel’s right to exist. The recent meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (and here) (OSCE Conference on intolerance and discrimination against Muslims, Cordoba, 9-10 October 2007) is much of the same, a charter of dhimmitude. It examines the means to condition Europeans to respect Muslim immigrants and accept their culture. Although racism against Muslims as well as against any other should be punished, nowhere do we see in any of these texts a genuine desire to understand the fears of Europeans aggressed in their own country by local jihadist cells, their anger at the Muslim scriptures and history loaded with anti-Jewish and anti-Christian stereotypes which they bring into Europe, the continual incitement to hate and war against the infidels, particularly against Israel and America, the inferiority of women and the legal oppression of non-Muslims. The accusations of Islamophobia totally overlook these facts as if they emerge from a vacuum. The Eurabian moral dishonesty that incriminates Israel’s self-defense in order to exist is now projected onto Europe, guilty when protecting itself against Islamic terrorism. Our self-defense is considered an aggression that victimizes Muslims. We are in fact in a logic of dhimmitude within Europe.
