Perhaps this is why her parents' allegedly CAIR-appointed lawyer has made a motion to ban and seize all of these dear sentiments. How sick. Do not cave to islamic supremacism.

What follows is an adaptation of the text of attorney Omar Tarazi's motion to ban and seize all of Rifqa's Christmas cards. You can find the text of his actual motion here. The motion was filed with the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas on December 1st at 11:29am. Tarazi represents these lovely nurturing parental units, the Barys.
The reportedly CAIR-appointed lawyer for Rifqa Bary's parents who filed the ban and seizure of her Christmas cards is speaking at the extremist Noor mosque (here) -- one big happy (Mansonish) family. He joins Salah Sultan, Major Hasan, Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, and a veritable CAIR cabal. (hat tip MCH)
Yes, brother Omar Tarazi. He's a 2008 law school graduate, and passed the bar in the fall of 2008. A real A-team member. He's also the one, if you recall, who wrote the "cashing in" letter to the editor of the Columbus Dispatch. I fisked that disgusting anti-Christian diatribe here. The Church is "Cashing In" off Rifqa.
As you can see, he was involved in the case long before they pulled that bait and switch to get Rifqa into the clutches of the Ohio child services.
Ohio child-welfare officials also issued a report stating that it is safe for Rifqa to return to Ohio. Rifqa Bary's family already has agreed to let her come back here and immediately be put under the protection of Franklin County Children Services.
In response, the Florida court sealed the findings of its own law-enforcement investigation into the alleged "Ohio threat," because obviously there isn't one, and so far has refused to let her come back to Ohio.
Why not let her come here? Because Global Revolution Church, the fanatical group that targeted this minor on the Internet and put her up in the home of a male "pastor" in Florida without alerting the authorities for two weeks, is out to make money off this story.
The church has succeeded in injecting bigotry and ignorance into the halls of justice in Florida. But I believe the hate that has infected Florida politics, a cancer that Americans soundly rejected in the last election, ultimately will be defeated in this case.
It is about time for Gov. Ted Strickland to do the right thing and take a stand in defense of our state and in the defense of justice and the rule of law.
His father's name is Mohammed (sp?) Tarazi, and his mother is the corporate secretary for CAIR-OH. His father was the principal of one of those failing charter schools / indoctrination centers that CAIR was running in Ohio. She is a science teacher at the middle school charter school.
