Yes, without public knowledge, with NO MEDIA, Ohio has been adjudicating on Rifqa. The public hearing on the 16th was canceled, but they have been conducting hearings. 

Her crime? She escaped Islam and converted to Christianity (all Atlas coverage here: Rifqa Bary: Teenage Apostate in America)

The hearing that was set for November 16th has not been rescheduled. The clerk has received no further communication from the court as to the next setting. This court does not want much to get out. John Jay, former prosecutor in juvenile court, said, "I have never ever heard of a gag order being set on a hearing date, which, in every jurisdiction or court i have ever practiced in, such matters are of public notice."

At least in Florida, they conducted these machinations in full view. Ohio does business quite differently. Rifqa is under house arrest. That much is obvious. Sharia law in Ohio.

The silence is deafening. Now more than ever, Rifqa needs our help. She cannot speak, so we will speak for her.

Rifqa is suffering at the hands of the same moral illness, the same dhimmitude that resulted in the Fort Hood jihad attack.

In a quick pre-Frankfurt six-figure sale, Mitchell Ivers at Simon & Schuster/Threshold acquired world English-language rights to The Post-American Presidency by Pamela Geller, the popular Atlas Shrugged blogger, and four-time New York Times bestselling author Robert Spencer (The Truth About Muhammad and The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam [and the Crusades]). Scott Mendel at the Mendel Media group did the deal and says the book will appeal far beyond Threshold's conservative base. Publication is expected in July 2010.

I was wondering this morning how we can make the awareness of Rifqa's situation and threat to her life broader. This is important because the general press, forgive me my words, see her rather die to keep their political correctness in place. That press is unclean. We all have to be inventive.

I had this idea: Most people will be sending Christmas cards, or Seasonal Greetings cards often to people somewhere else who might not know about Rifqa's case. We can all add a little leaflet to those cards in which we write something short to make the receivers aware of Rifqa's case.

A better idea is to make Christmas cards, or Seasonal Greetings cards with a picture of Rifqa on it ...

Circumvent this idea and other ideas to bring broader awareness to Rifqa's case.

I caught the radio show tonight and all of you were truly fantastic! (Callers included) Bravo!

A thought came to mind:
Pamela seems to be a huge fan of old Hollywood B&W Movies, as I am......I love old Hollywood films, I think they are a true symbol about what was great about America.

The Atlas radio show reminded me of, and took me back to the classic Hollywood film, "Casablanca"...
Which featured a number of characters, some good, some bad, Skipping the love story, the main focus and intrigue revolved around a character named, Victor Laslow. Victor Laslow stood up for the truth and freedom against the Nazis.. AND he fought for it. He was a real man. Not some sort of "MetroSexual" wimp. He stood up for the truth, as Pamela does, as Robert Spencer does, and as Geert Wilders does.....

And if you agree with their points of view, (As I do) --->We are all Victor Laslow's .......... In this horrible real life film that is unfolding now......
