I have reported on many occasions on the number of death threats Rifqa Bary has been receiving from Muslims bent on enforcing the death penalty for apostasy. I spent some time last night with a former Muslim and now a believer in Christ. Safeyia was a young, lovely woman, much like Rifqa, who spoke of the terrible difficulties apostates face. Safeyia came to Texas for "An Evening with Pamela Geller". Safeya lives under a fatwa her uncle issued on her.

I am very saddened by certain Christian groups who have taken advantage of the situation created by this confused, naive girl.

If you read her signed statements made to Florida investigators, you will see that most of her complaints are general whining about having to attend Mosque activities. Is she too special to live under her parents rules while she's a minor and a dependent?

This girl is clearly "high" on Jesus (see YouTube video). I suspect she was desperate for anything that made her feel good, and she happened upon Jesus. It could have just as easily been drugs, sex, or alcohol. She's clearly has a lot of growing up left to do.

I agree with her dad's statements that she's brainwashed. (I am sure she would disagree.) She doesn't really claim that he's threatened to kill her. Instead, she says that "he must" - so much for free will! Not everyone practices every rule in holy books - there are plenty of (Bible) Old Testament rules that no one practices.

I feel very bad for Rifqa's family and others that she has hurt with her attention-seeking stunt that the far right is having so much fun exploiting as of late.

I have said from the very first that Rifqa Bary is the highest value target in America. Apostasy is the most egregious crime against Islam. Her crime is not just against the family. it is against Islam. 

I know Ohio law enforcement and Florida law enforcement found no threat to Rifqa, but perhaps they can put down the kool aid for five minutes and do their job.

There is a pro-Islamic site on Facebook that threatens Rifqa Bary with death. Will everyone stop the PC, religion of peace nonsense, pull their heads out of their asses and get serious? Is law enforcement going to stop playing games and protect this young girl or what? Salman Rushdie did far less.

You know what the most ironic thing about morons Muslim who say these kind
of things is that its going to do 4 things:

1) Make the average Christian who right now for good or bad is not anti Muslim into an anti Muslim.

2)Extreme organizations like the KKK and the skin heads are going to see
increases in their memberships.(That will make things interesting for
Muslims living in southern states like rural Florida)

3)Christians who are not normally church going will start to rally around
in support of their religion. ( That might a very nice thing)

4)This is not Europe, this is America. Where everyone especially in the

The FaceBook postings are totally disgusting! I had no idea that crap like that would be allowed - no matter who or what the source! Well, I'm so angry that I even liked the most recent postings, threatening a backlash of sorts with certain elements rising up to face-off with the Muslim crud that's infested our country. I'm not sure I'm bold enough for "confrontation," but I have been mulling over just what sign I can wear every day that will silently voice my protest over Radical Islam and the whole creepy bunch of crapola that they are.

Can anyone out there suggest something that might, indeed, grow into a nationally recognized symbol of "resistance," if you will, against these deadly vermin? I'm thinking of wearing a black ribbon, tied in the manner of all those other ribbons - yellow, pink, blue, etc. - symbolizing resistance, support or crusade.

On the other hand, maybe a pin that had an image of a mosque - or a star & crescent - but within a big red circle outline and a big red diagonal stripe slashing across it - as in, "NO [fill in the blank]"!!" I think that image would speak volumes and would probably get no small amount of attention in a grocery line or wherever. Probably even inspire many expressions of approval and even, "How can I get one of those?"

I could do a hand-written one, but it would look too amateurish - it needs to be professionally done on a shiny pin, about 1-inch in diameter, etc. Any ideas? Any creative people out there? HELP! Thanks a bunch to anyone who can help this cause!

Joy in California: IMHO, we already have a pin. It's the same American Flag lapel pin that dear leader refused to wear until he was shamed into it. The American Flag, again IMHO, represents all the good that we as a Nation stand for. It represents a Nation organized under our God, who has promised that no one can stand against us, if He stands with us! I have a half dozen of these pins, I'm going to go pull them out right now.

Of course, it's gonna take the kind of faith in action demonstrated by Pamela Geller, and those of her ilk, to overcome. God and His children will prevail, make no mistake about that. If not now, then...
