He is always in such a hurry to prostrate himself in front of any foreign power, while he kicks the American people to the curb. His contempt for us is palpable.

Less than a month ago, Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates seemed to shut the door on renegotiating a deal reached in 2006 to relocate the United States Marine air station in Futenma to a less populated part of Okinawa.

BTW in Japan, bowing is what you do. However, while mostly it is a simple slight head tilt downward, the trick is for all parties greeting each other to bow as deeply, but not more than, the other parties.

Here this asshat is practically a right angle, and you can see there is only a very slight bow and head tilt on the part of the Japanese.

I am no genius but I know that when I pull an embarassing stunt that is broadcast everywhere, I won't pull the same stunt twice. But Obama did. This makes me think that PERHAPS it might be intentional to draw attention away from his bowing to King Abdullah. Notice in his meetings with other heads of state, he never did this again until NOW.

I throw this out that this bow may have been intentional to deflect attention away from King Abdullah and the Saudi Princes for whom he owes allegiance for financing his education at Harvard.

This bow is contrived. After much controversy over his bow to the sowdis and the resultant "conspiracy" theories, he's trying to make it seem as though bowing to the sowdis was just another bow.
