UNBELIEVABLE: Judge Dawson has ordered Rifqa Bary back to her home state. This despite the horror described in her testimony in the FDLE report (here). The welfare of this child had nothing to do with the submission to sharia in this case. It was apostasy, and yet Islam was never put on trial. But it should have been.
This girl is not safe in Ohio. Period.

The Orlando Sentinel has taken to running the prayer audio in a video format on top of every Rifqa Bary article. Every one. That is the level of treachery Rifqa is facing.
What happened to the illegal immigration documents story I broke here? The judge ruled she would not be remanded to Ohio until their immigration documents were produced. What documents did the Barys present?
A DCF spokeswoman just confirmed her agency received an order from Circuit Judge Daniel Dawson.
"This order indicates that the Court has relinquished its emergency jurisdiction and orders the Department to arrange the transportation of the child to the proper authorities with Franklin County Children Services in Ohio," spokeswoman Carrie Hoeppner said"The Department will proceed with those arrangements. Please understand that the details of the transfer will not be released, to best ensure her safety.
Rifqa's private attorney, John Stemberger, has not returned phone calls seeking comment.Rifqa said she feared her Muslim father would harm or kill her because she converted to Christianity. She sought shelter with husband-and-wife pastors in Orlando, and lived with their family for several weeks.Investigators in Florida and Ohio said they found no threats against Rifqa.

It will take horrific numbers in the hundreds of thousands or millions of women/girls being brutally murdered before there is any kind of correct reaction to stopping it.
If she is 17 why can't she go to court and divorce her parents? And if I were her, the first
chance of getting away from any of them, authorities included, my @55 would be long gone.

Maybe the Sentinel is running the prayer audio to undermine respect for the girl and her fellow "nutty Christians"; but maybe they're describing accurately the girl's mindset and chosen community.
Groups like the one heard on that feed are within the American historical experience and are far more constructive than are many secular groups. The important point is what the man in the audio says: a darkness is rolling into our country.
That's Islam: testosterone-heavy darkness. Eight years after 9/11, few interpret the phenomenon correctly.

With a fresh "honor killing" attempt in Arizona, these morons send this child back to her parents and their hyper-Islamist jihad-supporting mosque?
This ball is now in the Muslim's camp. Challenge ALL so-called, alleged, "silent-majority", "good-citizen" Muslims in this country to come forward and state loud and clear that they will not tolerate any harm coming to Rifqa Bary as a result of her being returned "home". Demand STATEMENTS. FROM THE MUSLIMS. IN OHIO. THAT THEY WILL USE THEIR INFLUENCE TO ASSURE THE SAFETY OF THIS CHILD. Because we are sick and tired of their silence and complicity and cowardice and fence-sitting on their useless butts whining about "Islamophobia". Put up or shut up. Stand up and prove to us that you don't want Sharia and "honor killings" to take the place of our laws.

Thank you for your ceaseless work on this case, work that the media REFUSES to do.
But what can we do as concerned citizens? We can't let this girl die. Who can we call? What can be done?
It makes me sick to feel so helpless as I watch a young girl be sent to her death!

Dear Pamela,
This decision is very disheartening. However, now Rifqa needs the best lawyers she can get in Ohio once she gets there.I have wondered throughout this terrible sequence of events, what the law is re: age of maturity and religious freedom. Examples: it is not statutory rape to have sex with a 17 year old. In many jurisdictions a minor can have an abortion without parental notification. I'm not saying I agree with that, but those are moral/religous decisions. When the Bill of Rights was created a girl of 17 might already have been married and had a couple of children. I know that Jonathn Edwards, a pillar of Puritan New England, married a girl 17. It is a little surreal to read of Rifqa referred to as a "child". Where is the ACLU when Rifqa needs them? We have to keep trying for Rifqa and brainstorming legally and otherwise on how to protect her now. I hope her Christian fellow-believers in Ohio will be a comfort and support for her.

I'm not only shaken, I'm sick to my stomach.

Posted by: twitter.com/nikofyodo | Friday, October 23, 2009 at 08:20 PM
Well so it ends.A few lessons can be learned from all of this :
1)When push comes to shove there are very few moderate Muslims.
No matter what happens right or wrong they quickly come together
and present a united front.
2)Muslims have amassed considerable political clout especially
considering their minority numbers.
3)Most Muslims are still in a Medieval mind set. Very difficult
for a modern secular culture like the American culture to deal
with people like these. It very much reminds me of the troubles
this country had when the Mafia sprang up here around 1918. The
the Sicilians were from a Medieval culture too. It took close to
70 years before we got a grip on the Mafia. We never did completely
stop them. The children and grand children of the original Sicilians
modernized and no longer acted like Sicilians.
4)The American media is so anti Christian its frighting. They would
actually be biased towards Islam in order bash the Christians. That
surprised me. Through it all they never backed down.
5)Even our supposed friends at Fox did very little to help out.
6)If things like this continue its going to increase the membership
of radical groups like the KKK . When people feel frustrated that the
law is not protecting them they tend look to radical groups for
protection.
7)If we don't a real leader who is going to protect the American
way of life we are going to have a clash of cultures.I think it will be
much violent then in Europe. Interesting enough many of the radical
right people I have spoken to are already arming and planning.

Not being sent back to the parents' home is no guarantee of her safety in Ohio. All it takes is for someone in that Noor Mosque gang to find out where she is. Daddy Damnedest can go right on playing his "we just want her back" game while planning how to get his "honor" scrubbed clean with her "halal" blood. There is not enough bleach on this earth to clean up after Sharia.
Posted by: lilredbird | Friday, October 23, 2009 at 08:34 PM
This is very sad, and we can only imagine the terror of that young girl knowing that she will soon be effectively surrounded by the cutthroats of the Noor mosque.
But I am actually hopeful that the tremendous effort by Pam, Robert, and the folks who have written, called, and demonstrated for Rifqa have made it such a high-profile case that the upper-level imams and cutthroat string-pullers have determined that it will be politically dangerous and counter-productive to murder her. So I believe she will live to see her 18th birthday, and escape unscathed from that deadly Ohio pit, as Meshach, Shadrach and Abednego emerged unharmed from the burning fiery furnace.

This is worse than the Dred Scott decision. In the Dred Scott decision, which helped ignite the Civil War, Dred Scott was returned to slavery; however, his new master freed him. Our society sends a girl back to Ohio to be killed. If Rifqa is kidnapped by Muslims and
honor killedmurdered in a typically coward fashion, the Muslims will claim they were kidnapped by Christian supporters.Just before this horrific decision, a woman in Phoenix was assaulted with a car (she's not dead yet) and in my state, the Communist of Massachusetts, a moderate Muslim was caught allegedly plotting to shoot up a mall and kill some retired executive branch personell. And practically no one realizes the connection with the Bary case and/or Islam and horrific violence.
For our country, this is culturally the most evil time since the Salem Witch trials.

pamela:
i had hoped judge dawson made of sterner stuff, to have been more resolute and intellectually determined.
instead it is very obvious that he just caved before the bary's intransigence, and their blatant refusal to provide the discovery ordered. my guesses are two: 1.)the juvenile court administrator came to the judge and said, it is costing me a fortune to keep her here when you know she is going back, and 2.)the bary's asked their lawyers, what can he do to us if we don't provide him the immigration papers as he has ordered us, and the lawyer said, "to you, as you are not in front of him, and he does not appear willing to command your presence, nothing. to me, unless he can prove that i told you not to comply and was the cause of your not complying, to me, he can do nothing." and, the bary's decided accordingly.
to judge dawson, it just came down to money. the money it was costing the county to have her supervised, and the money the county/state would have had to pay to bring the bary's before the court for discovery violations.
i am very disappointed in a person, the judge, whose integrity and mission i rather grossly over-estimated. i thought him capable of doing the right thing, and, in the end, he was not able to do so, inspite of his pronouncements in open court. he has placed his "inconvenience" over the well being of a child before him in a court of law, and this is a shame. it is not judge dawson's finest hour, but based on this, i suspect that he has many moments like this to consider, and that he is used to it by now.
friends:
it is not over.
pamela has said she will go to ohio, and as i know her, she will.
the fight is just now starting in earnest, and the prospect for easy victory has vanished. now, the battle must be fought in the trenches in ohio, and everything possible done to keep her from her family, and to keep this matter at issue in the juvenile courts. she cannot be allowed back with her family, as they will flee with her to sri lanka. a very, very dark prospect, indeed.

If she is ever sacrificed at the altar of the moon god, let that sacrifice have fruition that the world will open up its eyes and strip themselves of the veils and see clearly the evils hidden in islam. I believe it will happen if she is killed, since there is so much that happened in this case, that if she is harmed in any way, it will create a phenomenal difference compared to other honour killings which were just shrugged off.
But I still trust that she will find her way to life and freedom.

I believe that everything in this reality happens for a reason and the Almighty has chosen Rifqa Bary, and failing Rifqa Bary, perhaps Noor Faleh Almaleki, when she survives her ordeal. I trust they have a 24-hour police guard on her hospital ward.
But these happenings should all be lessons. Whatever their outcome there will be a higher meaning to these events. I just pray they have the positive outcomes we are all yearning for.
May the Lord bless them and keep them, may he make his face to shine upon them and give them peace.

The best way that I can think of, to reduce these "honor killings" by muslime savages is to have muslim women ARM THEMSELVES, PRACTICE SHOOTING, and FIGHT BACK WITH LEAD!
The result will quickly be LESS muslim Honor Killers, and maybe Barry Hussein the imposter President, MIGHT do something or MAYBE the Republicans will wake up and do SOMETHING.
The fact is that islam is NOT a religion, any more that Nazism was/is a religion. It is just that the "I APOLOGIZE PRESIDENT," and his illegitimate Atty General Holder have given these thugs EXTRA protection.
WE SHOULD BE BANNING radical muslims (i.e. MOST muslims) from the USA, and removing the trouble-makers as well.
Quite simply:
No muslims
No terrorism and
No honor killings

For anyone who has not listened to the audio of Rifqa's FDLE interview, I encourage you to do so. The sense of how the interview went is much different listening to the audio than reading the transcript. It's long (several hours), but informative.
It's also very interesting that 3 pages (69-71) are missing from the transcript, but preserved in the audio. They happen to be where Rifqa makes her best case about Shariah Law and mentions Robert Spencer, Pamela Gellar, and Brigitte Gabriel. Was the omission simply an administrative oversight? Doubtful. Those are legal documents, and very carefully handled. I think the light of day needs to be shined on those missing pages.

These days, Ohio isn’t exactly a bastion of rational thinking as far as standing up to savage 12th century fundamentalist religious ideologies.
Her being sent back just reduced her chances of staying out of the clutches of her bloodthirsty “parents” (or their collaborators at the moor mosque) considerably.
Even if she is kept under control of Ohio CPS until she is 18, they will find a way to “get to her”. It’s what they do.
Her only hope is people like Pamela. If she can stay alive until she is 18, with the right people helping her, she may be able to “disappear” (in a good way).
The alternative is that she will be killed. They will wait for the story to die down and get her out of the country first, thus significantly reducing media coverage (what happens in Sri Lanka, stays there).
If that happens, I’m sure all responsible parties in the U.S. (lawyers, judges, etc.) have pre-arranged “plausible deniability” to cover their asses (and careers).
I will continue to pray for her safety every day. And, if it comes to it, that strength will be provided for her to hold fast to her faith, to the very end.

This outcome causes me to hold both political parties -- the Democrats control Ohio and the Republicans control Florida. The Governors and Law Enforcement agencies of both states showed callous ignorance and rank cowardice for MONTHS regarding this young girl. I do pray that Christ loses his bid for the US Senate, as he is clearly an empty suit. Sure, he sent all of us who wrote him about Rifqa nice emails, but what did he actually DO? He was represented in court by a DCF spokeswoman who was actually HOSTILE to Rifqa. Moreover, I have to say -- at the end of the day -- that Judge Dawson was a modern Pontius Pilate: He knew in his heart that Rifqa was right and her father wrong. He stalled as long as he could, but when the political heat reached a certain temperature, he caved. I think I can make a good case that he was a weakling. He never made a REAL issue of the following: 1) The parents' false claim of indigence in the first hearing; 2) The attorney Elahi's disrespectful behavior in court (a Christian atty would likely have been slapped with contempt charges for what he EVERY session in Florida); 3) the families' immigration status; 4) again, atty Elahi's refusal to produce the family's immigration papers. In short, Dawson, too was an empty suit. Sorry, Your Honor, but you just smartly sidestepped your opportunity for greatness. Now, you will be remembered simply as another judicial chump.

The new tactic of the hard Left is to marginalize and silence the opposition. It’s a more sophisticated version of the personal slander / smear. In this case, make Rifqa look like a demented fanatic. Imply that the family who sheltered her are tech savvy abductors and cult leaders. Then quash any large scale reporting in the media, to avoid stirring up the masses. Next step is to transport her to the “appropriate” jurisdiction in secret to a secret location – to eliminate the risk of embarrassing protests. And do it at such time that it all comes to a head when everyone is thinking turkey, football and credit card balances. Not to mention inclement weather that should drive all but the most committed diehards (lunatics?) from the streets. (can’t risk protests in Florida, the climate might encourage turnout)
After the human cost which is incalculable, the most disturbing casualty of this may be the trust that many conscientious people still have in our public institutions. After the way Children and Family Services and the Dept of Law Enforcement behaved in this matter (entirely to be expected after hearing the Gaubatz interview on BTR), how many of us would go to any agency if a terrified underage woman knocked on our door or approached us in a shopping mall? Take it few more steps. How many would submit to arrest and prosecution for harboring a runaway? I’m quite sure that not every self respecting person would passively face prison life or the destruction of his family. Respect for government institutions is a fragile commodity. Loose it and you descend into a hell of vigilantism, reprisals and blood feuds.
If there are any principled “leftists” in positions of influence: Do you remember what Stalin’s appeasement of Hitler brought to Russia??? 20 million dead and the loss of 1/3rd of his army – most of it preventable. Militant Islam is an enemy far more determined and vicious than the Nazis. Sooner or later you will be in their sights too. Don’t think you can pacify or cynically play them against the opposition without a terrible cost to yourself.
Throwing this young woman to the wolves is the most cowardly kind of appeasement that tempts fate and G-d.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: For thou art with me;
Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies;
Thou annointest my head with oil; My cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever.
I pray for Rifqa.

Other than national treasure radio talk-show host Michael Savage, and Ms Geller, does anyone know of ANY national figures who are challenging the insane State Department policy of importing ENTIRE SOMALI COMMUNITIES into this country? It is not without significance, that one of the largest Somali communities is located in Columbus, Ohio, and supplies members and money to the radical Noor Mosque attended by Rifqa's father. The Somalis in this country are not educated, are involved in criminal activity, do not have the slightest intention of assimilating to our culture, and routinely supply young fighters to the jihadists terrorizing Somalia today. In short, the State Department is either insane or treasonous by continuing to implement this policy. But, does anyone hear ANY leading members of Congrees or the Senate calling this practice into question? As Michael Savage is wont to say: "Language, Borders, Culture." All three are under attack by our OWN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS! At some point, the tipping point will have been reached (perhaps it already has been reached?), when our country's national fabric will have been destroyed beyond recognition. At that point, it will be RIP: The Good Ole US of A into which I was born and in which I was raised.

What a terrible shame, but I am not surprised. I have no faith in the court system, and haven't for a long time. I know of a long-standing case where a baby died in a mother's home under questionable circumstances, yet nothing has been done to protect her other children because of "jurisdiction" issues. In that same home, her other children were caught in a fire that happened under questionable circumstances. They survived, but still the courts have done nothing to protect these children. The mom has a vicious dog, which has bitten one of the remaining children. She wouldn't take the child to the doctor, for fear the dog would be taken away. The dog was left in that home by itself for over a week during one of mom's "disappearances", and no one could get the authories to remove the dog from the home. That mom leaves her home for weeks at a time, leaving her children alone in the home to fend for themselves and the dog. And STILL nothing is being done to protect those children, even though neighbors, family members and even friends have turned her in to authorities. She manages to work the court system every single time in her favor. That story goes on and on and on. It is negligence and incomptence of the court system. I keep wondering when one of the children is found dead with a bullet to the brain, if that will finally get the courts to take some real action, but I doubt it. And that's just one sad situation. There are thousands just like that one, being played out, every single day.
So, no, I'm not surprised that this poor girl is being sent back to Ohio. And when she's dead and gone, under questionable circumstances, her parents' lives will go on as if Rifqa was never even born, and the courts just won't do anything about it. The best chance Rifqa has is to just disappear, period. If she doesn't, her father will end up killing her. Doesn't matter if she's 17, 18, or 30. She has "soiled" the family's honor, and he will kill her. It's just a matter of time.

I don't know what to suggest? If she is forcefully sent back to her parents, maybe there should be camps of her defenders in front of her home. How about implant a GPS device to keep close tabs on her location and have police respond to all suspicious activity.Maybe that suggestion is too extreme. If I ever uttered death threats to my daughter, I would guarantee the social services would take her away from me. The same should happen to Mohammad Bary. He doesn't deserve to be a parent.

The really sad thing is, is that to the Muslims the status of an "Honor Killing" will outweigh any reprisals or punishments they may face here in the US when they kill someone! So of course, our laws mean nothing to them and the courts here don't seem to understand that! What a sad commentary that says about how far the U.S., especially now under Obama, (Who by the way, is much more "Socialistic" Muslim than Christian!) has fallen under the spell of "Political Correctness" or not wanting to offend anyone!! When you live by the mantra of "Political Correctness", or that no one is bad just misguided, you tend to turn a blind eye to God's truth and believe that man's is the only real truth... Fallible, imperfect, judgmental, hateful man!
Maranatha Lord Jesus!
The Lord and our prayers will always be with you Rifqa! <>< Roman's 8:31-37

This is beyond disgusting. Our so called government has already submitted. The time for the next step may just be upon us or we will watch our so called leaders sell us all into islamic slavery.
Pamela, may the Lord be with you for what you are doing and be careful when in Ohio.
I saw that rube Huckabee on FOX this morning and he was doing the usual apologist crap for islam, it's not violent, he has some muslim friends that are not like that, blah blah. There are people actually talking about this guy as a presidential candidate, they have got to be kidding.

What good are your prayers, folks, if you don't believe God will hear them? From some of the comments above it is clear that Rifqa has more faith than the majority of adults who are trying to do something aobut these atrocities.
Has it been that long since we attended Sunday school or Catholic school or more than Sunday services? Have we fogotten that one name for the God of the universe is the Almighty? Do we really believe that Mohammad Bary or his Satanic attorney are more powerful than the Almighty? They are whining, lying simps who pitch fits and throw things when they can't have their way. Is the Creator of the universe subject to Mohammad or Satan? Or is ti the other way around?
SNAP OUT OF IT PEOPLE! Rifqa trusts in God and if we were smart, along with praying, we would do so too. Sheesh!

Trouble is that these people never take any responsibility for the consequences of their actions. If anything happens to this girl, we need to hold them responsible. We need to hound them. We need to be all over them like stink on s**t. If they run for office we do everything we can to campaign against them. If judge Dawson has to be reellected to the bench, we do whatever it takes to defeat him. If anything happens to Rifqa Bary we must make them pay.

Perhaps we should hire a guardian angel or a body guard for her. Perhaps we can pay for her body guard by donations on this site and Robert's site. My suggestion is this... Surgically implant a micro GPS device in Rikfa's body, and have her watched by her guardian angel (at all times). She should be followed where ever her evil father or her family takes her. And yes, arm her body guard. D.C. Watson, are you up to this task?

Perhaps it is time to do a revision of that classic civil rights song of the 1960's, "Here's to the State of Mississippi" by Phil Ochs. Use the Web link below to hear the original:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3P7UHnM9mcI
Or you can find the song and the lyrics at:

Here is my first draft of the title and first verse:
Here's to the State of Islamism
Here's to the State of Islamism,
For Underheath her borders, the devil draws no lines,
If you drag her sandy deserts, nameless bodies you will find.
Whoa the fat trees of the forest have hid a thousand crimes,
The calender is lyin' when it reads the present time.
Whoa here's to the land you've torn out the heart of,
Islamism find yourself another country to be part of!

Rifqa, if you're reading this and feeling discouraged, here's something that might help:
Psalms:146:3: Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
Psalms:146:4: His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.
Psalms:146:5: Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:
Psalms:146:6: Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:
Psalms:146:7: Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:
Psalms:146:8: The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:
Psalms:146:9: The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.
Psalms:146:10: The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.

Rikfa, if you are reading this and do manage to escape, run to Alberta Canada and you can stay with my family and enjoy Christian fellowship with Foursquare believers. I would me more than happy to mentor and act as your guardian. Pamela has my email address.

Here are my next two verses to Here's to the State of Islamism:
Here's to the people of Islamism
Who say we infidels, we only slander hurl
And they tremble in their shadows at their jihad's flag unfurled
Their pious platitudes can't cleanse their image in the world
They smile and shrug their shoulders at the murder of a girl
Oh, here's to the land you've torn out the heart of
Islamism find yourself another country to be part of
Here's to the schools of Islamism
Where they're teaching all the children that they don't have to care
All of rudiments of hatred are present everywhere
And every single classroom is a factory of despair
There's nobody learning such a foreign word as fair
Oh, here's to the land you've torn out the heart of
Islamism find yourself another country to be part of

Nikolai -
"Guys, chill out... there's absolutely no way she's going back to her parents unless she wants to... if they force her I'll join in the outrage with you... but until then, chill..."
And her family won't by any chance try to get her back by any means possible? How much easier will it be with her back in their neighbourhood, and returning to the same school (as planned)?
Rifqa was maybe not 100% safe in Florida, but Franklin county, Ohio is the last place she should be returning to...
