These words, the judge of Bologna ruled, constitute a death threat.
Yesterday in Italy a judge ruled that calling a Muslim a Christian is tantamount to a death threat, a death fatwa. The Judge issued the “motivation” of the sentence of the Tribunal of Bologna, June 18th, condemning a Muslim for having called a Muslim woman a “Christian”, therefore an apostate.
Still think apostate Rifqa Bary's death threats from her devout Muslim family and mosque were fabricated by her? The penalty for apostasy is so deadly that just calling a Muslim a Christian (an apostate) is tantamount to a death threat, it's a death fatwa.
From Atlas reader QK in Italy:
According to the court, as reported by the press, this equals a death threat, in consideration of the fact that Islam «blame strongly conversions to Christian faith», thus exposing the victim to a dangerous situation.

The target of the threat was Souad Sbai, MP and Chairperson of the “Association of Moroccan [Muslim] Women of Italy”.
A courageous woman who is very critical towards many aspects of her own religion, (she's pro Israel) and comrade-in arms of Daniela Santanchè (Italian female politician protesting burquas who was punched by a muslim in a scuffle in the struggle to outlaw the burqa in Italy. She recently had been the target of explicit death threats in a jihadist movie posted on YouTube .
Here is an interview and an article about the case of Sanaa: go here.
In 2006, a fellow Moroccan [Muslim] addressed herin an eMail with the words: «Mi hanno parlato molto male di te, sei uscita allo scoperto come una massihia (cristiana)» «People speak me very badly about you, you have turned out a massihia (Christian)».
These words, the judge of Bologna ruled, constitute a death threat.
I think the sentence could report the testimony narrated by Souad Sbai herself:
«E quando il mio difensore, la valente avvocatessa Loredana Gemelli, ha chiesto a un teste della difesa, professore di islamismo che sosteneva il rispetto dell'Islam per le altre religioni”, quale punizione sia prevista per un musulmano che si converta al cristianesimo, la risposta è stata la morte» «When my attorney, the valiant Loredana Gemelli, asked to the defense’s consultant - a professor of islamism (sic) claiming “Islam respect for the other religions” - what will be the punishment provided for a Muslim converting to Christianity, the answer was: “death”».

This is an important, a landmark, case.
