POTUS or POS?
I am stunned that the official White House Blog published this picture and that it is in the public domain. The body language is most revealing.Sergeant Crowley, the sole class act in this trio, helps the handicapped Professor Gates down the stairs, while Barack Obama, heedless of the infirmities of his friend and fellow victim of self-defined racial profiling, strides ahead on his own. So who is compassionate? And who is so self-involved and arrogant that he is oblivious?
In my own dealings with the wealthy and powerful, I have always found that the way to quickly capture the moral essence of a person is to watch how they treat those who are less powerful. Do they understand that the others are also human beings with feelings? Especially when they think nobody is looking.

More poisonous fruit from a racist president:
(AP) – 10 hours ago
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — A black sergeant who was at the home of Harvard scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr. when he was arrested says he's been maligned as an "Uncle Tom" for supporting the actions of the white arresting officer.
Cambridge Sgt. Leon Lashley gave a letter to Sgt. James Crowley to give to President Barack Obama during their so-called beer summit with Gates on Thursday night at the White House.
In the letter, which was also sent to CNN, Lashley says Gates "may have caused grave and potentially irreparable harm to the struggle for racial harmony."
Lashley says he has become known as a traitor to his heritage by some because he "spoke the truth" about the arrest.
Gates was charged with disorderly conduct by police investigating a burglary. The charge was later dropped.

It is all about reverence.
President Bush and Sergeant Crowley have it.
The narcissistic thug has none.
stunning pics....am sending this link on to everyone.

Is it possible Gates and Obama colluded to have Crowley be forced to attend to Gates, and to have the image photographed? Hmm ...

Pamela, this is world-class journalism (in its best sense) on your part!!!

I'll echo the sentiment, Pamela spots 'em like nobody else. I remember Reagan held an umbrella over the head of the Polish ambassador's wife as he walked them from the White House to their car in the rain. I guess if there's no 17-year old chica in a tight dress walking by, Obama doesn't think to look behind to see who needs help down the stairs.

POTUS or POS?
Calling the POTUS a POS insults all the POSs in the world.

As you mentioned in your interview today on BTR's The Gathering Storm Report, I've posted this photo to several sites to which I have access -- including my own site, of course.

Here's how the Liberals will spin it:
"How RACIST of Sergeant Crowley to assume that just because he is BLACK, Professor Gates needs to be helped down the steps! It is obvious from this picture that the white man is holding the black man back!"

What a nasty, piece of crap hussein is. Arrogant beyond words, just simply disgusting. I truly have utter contempt for him. I truly cannot stand the sight of him.

Obama would have been happier drinking a cosmopolitan.

As for Sgt. Lashley being called a "traitor to his heritage" for taking Sgt. Crowley's side in the Gates flapdoodle: That is also a typical leftist tactic, and likewise typical of identity politics by race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc. (For instance, the word "hypocrite" was slapped on the likes of Rev. Ted Haggard and former Senator Larry Craig when, to the far Left, they were actually more like traitors to their particular "group" for not falling into lockstep with a certain agenda. And I don't have to go into all the details of the Left's foaming-at-the-mouth hatred of Sarah Palin.)
