Reactions are
starting to come in. From the Jewish community, hearts are swelling
with love for France. You have to know how little it would take for
French Jews to forget the ugly past and trust their nation once
again. Dismayed by the cover-up, the secret trial, the verdict
announced in the dark of night, they—I can say “we”—awaken in
the sunshine on the eve of the Quatorze juillet (vulgarly called
Bastille Day by foreigners). Our voice has been heard. Justice will
be done. Nicolas Sarkozy has not abandoned us.
I have to say that I
am not happy when readers react to my articles with
France-to-the-garbage-heap comments. First, because it is a way of
overlooking what’s going wrong in our own country, the USA. And
second because it obscures the fact that we are dealing with a global
phenomenon: Jihad conquest adapts to every situation. Third,
freedom-loving Americans can’t give up on Europe. And fourth, if
enough people had listened to us when we were telling you what was
happening here, Barack Hussein Obama would not be president of the US
today.
There has been a great deal of chatter in both national and
international circles concerning Obama’s deliberate omission of Kenya, homeland of his Muslim father, as he chose to go to Ghana instead on his
African tour. The spinmeisters have crafted a crafty response, but once
again, it’s just more Obama obfuscation and mendacity. In other words, he’s
lying.
“Ghana’s political pedigree as the first independent country in sub-Saharan Africa and kingpin of Africa’s liberation struggle, as well as its recent exemplary strides in democracy, political stability and good governance, might have been compelling credentials that made it a preferred destination for Mr. Obama.”
Blah, blah, blah. Kenya, more than any country in Africa, was a shining beacon of Democracy.
The real reason Obama isn’t going to Kenya is because he does not support the duly elected President Kibaki. He fought against Kibaki, our American ally. Obama backed Raila Odinga, a violent inciter who tried to steal the Presidential election but failed, despite Obama campaigning for him and financing his campaign. The violence led by Odinga in the wake of his loss was worst Kenya has witnessed since a failed coup in 1982. (Kenyan Connection here).
Kenya's first truly free and fair democratic election was in
December 2002, won by Mwai Kibaki and a multi-ethnic coalition party
NARC (National Rainbow Coalition). One
of the leaders of that coalition was Raila Odinga.
Kibaki didn't give him positions in the new government that
he felt were important enough, so Odinga formed an opposition party, ODM
(Orange Democratic Movement, orange the symbol color of opposition).
When Raila Odinga lost the presidential election last week
(12/27) to Mwai Kibaki, he claimed the vote was rigged, whereupon his tribal
followers went on murderous rampages such as in the town of Eldoret, where on
New Years Day dozens of people were burned to death in a church set on fire.
Throughout Kenya, hundreds of people have been politically
murdered in the last few days.
Kenya's 37 million people are divided up into over three
dozen tribes and sub-tribes, but the two dominant ones are Kikuyu and Luo. Kenyan politics since independence in 1963
has essentially been a duke-out between them.
The father of Kenyan independence and president until 1978
was Jomo Kenyatta, a Kikuyu. His
main political opponent was Oginga Odinga, known as "OO," a Luo and
Raila's father.
While Kenyatta was pro-West and sided with America in the
Cold War, OO was a Communist who was aided and supported by the Soviet Union.
That's why Raila went to school in East Germany (born in
1945, he graduated from Magdeburg University in 1970), and named his first-born
son after Fidel Castro.
Thus it likely won't shock you to learn that Raila has now
made a deal for support from the Soviets' successors as world-champion enemies
of the West and democratic freedoms:
Moslem fundamentalists.
The Evangelical
Alliance of Kenya has posted on its website a photograph copy of a
Memorandum of Understanding, dated and signed on August 29, 2007, between Raila
Odinga and Shiekh Abdullah Abdi, chairman of the National Muslim Leaders Forum
of Kenya.
It pledges the support of Kenyan Moslems for Raila's
election. In return, as President of
Kenya, Raila agrees to 14 actions, listed a) through n) on page two. Read them all, and be sure you're sitting
down. Here's a sample:
b) Within 6 months re-write the
Constitution of Kenya to recognize Shariah as the only true law sanctioned by
the Holy Quran for Muslim declared regions.
c) With immediate effect dismiss
the Commissioner of Police who has allowed himself to be used by heathens and
Zionists to oppress the Kenyan Muslim community.
g) Within one year facilitate the
establishment of a Shariah court in every Kenyan divisional headquarters. [Note:
everywhere in Kenya, not just in "Muslim declared regions."]
Again, read all of them, for others are just as bad or
worse.
It may also not surprise you that Raila is not Moslem
himself, but claims to be a practicing Anglican. Only a minority of
Luo are Moslem (most are Christian). Kenya on the whole is Christian,
with 80% of
Kenyans either Protestant or Roman Catholic, while only 10% are Moslem.
And here is the biggest non-surprise: Raila Odinga has, in his own words, a "close
personal friendship" with Barrack Hussein Obama Junior.
When Obama went to Kenya in August of 2006, he was hosted by
Raila and spoke in praise of him at rallies in Nairobi:
I lived in Kenya for about 2 years and have some understanding of the
beautiful country. What is happening is a shame.
Obama has called the 2 leaders to talk about the 'rigged' election but he has
not issued any statement on the atrocities committed by Raila Odinga's
supporters. Around new years, women and children taking refuge in a church were
burned by Raila supporters. I thought this could have sparked a reaction from
Obama but it did not. Instead, he called his cousin twice to show his concern
about the election.
During the raging campaign of atrocities, Obama was in constant contact with Odinga, according to Time magazine shill Joe Klein.
One of the more extraordinary stories of the Obama campaign has been playing
out behind the scenes over the past week as the candidate has been working on a
daily basis to try to calm things down in his father's homeland and his
grandmother's home, Kenya, where a contested election has led to riots.
On January 1, two days before the Iowa caucuses, Obama left a message for
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. According to Robert Gibbs, Obama's
Communications Director, Rice called back "as we were driving from Sioux City to
Council Bluffs on January 1. They talked about the situation and Rice asked
Obama to tape a Voice of America message calling for calm." Obama taped the
message on January 2, after a rally in Davenport, Iowa. He said, in
part:
"Despite irregularities in the vote tabulation, now is not the time
to throw that strong democracy away. Now is a time for President Kibaki,
opposition leader Odinga, and all of Kenya’s leaders to call for calm, to come
together, and to start a political process to address peacefully the
controversies that divide them. Now is the time for this terrible violence to
end. Kenya’s long democratic journey has at times been difficult. But at
critical moments, Kenyans have chosen unity and progress over division and
disaster. The way forward is not through violence – it is through democracy, and
the rule of law. To all of Kenya’s people, I ask you to renew Kenya’s democratic
tradition, and to seek your dreams in peace."
On January 3, the day of the caucuses, he had a conversation with Bishop
Desmond Tutu, who had flown to Nairobi to see if he could begin negotiations
with the factions. In the days since his Iowa victory, Obama has had near-daily
conversations with the U.S. Ambassador in Kenya or with opposition leader Raila
Odinga. As of late this afternoon, before his rally in Rochester, N.H., Obama
was trying to reach Kenyan President Kibaki.
Near daily conversations with Odinga, but he had not yet spoken with the Kenyan President?
Any weakening of democracy in Kenya will have a domino effect across the
continent, threatening infiltration of Islamic fundamentalist elements into any

According to recent unofficial reports, the Iranian government
confiscates the passports of all Iranians traveling to Iran. Passports
are returned to their owners after a few weeks. The exact reason behind
this new policy is unknown. One can assume that the Islamic regime is

paranoia of foreign influence during the recent unrests in Iran.
EVENT: Fairfax County, VA Board of Supervisors hearing on Islamic Saudi
Academy expansion plan

WHEN: Monday, July 13, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.
The Fairfax County, Virginia Board of Supervisors will hold its final hearing
Monday night to consider a plan by the Saudi government-owned Islamic
Saudi Academy to expand its campus in the county. The Islamic Saudi Academy is
planning to build an immense Shariah-ruled campus in Fairfax to teach the
apartheid doctrines of Shariah. As usual, Fairfax officials are bending over to
help, even though the Islamist campus may severely damage the environment of the
neighborhood and cause unmanageable traffic. This massive ISA campus is opposed
by a rapidly growing group of Fairfax taxpayers, who will testify July 13.
In 1985, the Fairfax Board of Supervisors refused a school permit filed by
Robert L. Thoburn for the Fairfax Christian School - on the identical property,
for fewer students, and a generation ago with less traffic and less
environmental risk.
ISA faculty and graduates have been implicated and convicted in numerous
terrorism-related crimes: to assassinate the President of the United States,
launch homicide missions against Israel, board airlines with a concealed weapon
and photograph bridge structures in the Washington, DC area. An International
Commission cited the school for textbooks which advocated murdering Jews and
contained numerous other anti-Christian, anti-Semitic and anti-American tirades.
Radio commentator and Fair Oaks Church pastor David Stokes discusses the highly
controversial school's association with multiple terrorist-related arrests and
convictions in "The County and the
School of Hate" at townhall.com and adds: "In the case of ISA, there appears
to be an almost fawning and subservient approach on the part of many county
leaders."
The Fairfax County government recently sent invitations to a free dinner
presentation on Islam as a religion of “peace and harmony” to county churches
and to some who have testified against the Academy’s planned expansion in the
past. County government personnel and resources were used to distribute the
e-mailed invitations.
“The Fairfax County government has been compromised and the Saudis and their
radical cohorts are getting their money's worth out of all of their political
contributions,” said James Lafferty, chairman of the Virginia Anti-Shariah Task
Force. “Churches and synagogues here can’t even get the government to talk to
them, let alone help them proselytize.
“Fairfax County government is already following the first rule of Shariah law
– Islam is the state religion and the only religion. While brave American men
and women are dying to defeat terrorists – spineless Fairfax County politicians
turn a deaf ear to terrorism in its midst.”
At this writing, the Board of Supervisors of Fairfax County, Virginia are poised to make a momentous decision. After a hearing tonight, the Supervisors could well accede to demands by the House of Saud to change the name of their jurisdiction to Faisal County, in recognition of the contributions the late Saudi king and the virulent strain of Islam promoted by his government in Northern Virginia and elsewhere.
Just kidding. No, for the moment at least, the Saudis are only seeking that the supervisors approve the use of a fraction of the county as a Wahhabi beachhead in America. They want a prime piece of undeveloped real estate to effect a sizeable expansion of the kingdom's school here known as the Islamic Saudi Academy (ISA) so as to enable it to enroll 1,200 students.
Never mind that this school has become notorious in recent years for the association of a number of its faculty and students with terrorism. As David Stokes has documented in an excellent article posted over the weekend at Townhall.com,
, the perpetrators have run the gamut from those implicated in plots to assassinate a sitting president of the United States, to casing the structural supports for a major bridge to trying to smuggle a butcher's knife aboard an airplane.
Such behavior is not exactly surprising, given the Islamic Saudi Academy's intolerant and violent pedagogy. The problem starts with the textbooks supplied by the government of Saudi Arabia which have repeatedly been found to be anti-Semitic, anti-Christian and inciting of hatred against non-Muslims more generally.
The larger problem is the Academy's adherence to the repressive theo-political-legal program authoritative Islam calls Shariah. For example, the school gained notoriety a while back when its principal confessed to forcing a female student – in accordance with Shariah and in violation of Virginia law – to return to the father she accused of abusing her physically.
Of course, we have no way of knowing how many others associated with the Wahhabis' school are in one stage or another of the trajectory toward violent Jihadism. What we do know is that they are being inculcated with a Shariah culture and agenda that requires of its adherents a commitment to Jihad, of either the lethal or stealthy kind. This is not a matter of conjecture or dispute. It is inherent in the Saudi practice of Islam.
Predictably, Monday night's hearing before the Board of Supervisors will involve myriad assurances that this is not the case. The school, the elected officials will be told, has eliminated the offensive textbooks (for, by some estimates, the 40th time!) They will hear that it promotes tolerance and American patriotism. The party line will be that the ISA is just doing so in a religious context that few non-Muslims understand, but that is decidedly peaceable.
Ironically, if past practice is any guide, such statements will be accompanied by an intimidating show of force, starting with hundreds of Islamists taking over part of the Government Center to perform a call to prayers. They will then try – sometimes in an orchestrated way, sometimes spontaneously – to intimidate or drown-out the voices of county residents who oppose the planned expansion of the Wahhabi school.
The residents courageous enough to withstand such intimidation will oppose the school's expansion on various grounds. Some worry about the infrastructural and environmental impact of the massive complex the Saudis seek to build on the new ISA campus. They note that the county board of supervisors cited such grounds 20 years ago in refusing a permit for a Christian academy on the same site having less than half the number of students. And that was at a time when the congestion arising from development and population density of the area was nothing like what it is today.
Others - like the formidable Jim Lafferty of the Virginia Anti-Shariah Task Force – quite rightly, object to the idea of nestling within minutes of our seat of government an institution that is so problematic, to say the least, from a security point of view. They appreciate that a school that is explicitly proselytizing Islam according to the Wahhabi House of Saud is an incubator for Jihad.
If one needed any further reason to fear such a vehicle for home-grown terror, check out the article prominently featured above-the-fold on the front page of Sunday's New York Times. It describes at great length the evidence that Somalis in Minnesota have been recruited in this country to Jihad – by some accounts in a mosque, by others through more informal efforts by Shariah-adherent Muslims from Somalia. Either way, chances are good that Saudi money, teachings and perhaps personnel are implicated (although that possibility was not raised in the article).
It is astounding, not to say unseemly, that elected officials in Fairfax County are going to such lengths to accommodate the Saudis. Whether the county supervisors justify this behavior with professions of religious tolerance, so as to avoid appearing politically incorrect, in deference to the importunings of the clientitis-ridden State Department determined never to offend the Saudis or as a result of lavish Saudi spending, the bottom line is clear: If their county is to remain known as Fairfax rather than Faisal, a good place to begin drawing the line is in opposing the proposed expansion of the Islamic Saudi Academy.

He is up there now (!). The spineless Arlen Specter (the Dems are taking care of that snake. A friend informed me she tried to forward my link for American Congress for Truth, the organization founded by Brigitte Gabriel, which gets the word out about radical Islam, and my friend was "blocked" from the content. I am being censored!! There is a story here. Bret, I had tried to e mail you last week when you requested story ideas, and tried to forward you a link about the Saudi Academy proposed expansion in Fairfax, I could not send you the link, that was blocked, too."
This Facebook message mirrors other notes I have received in recent days. It all points to a shut down of grass roots efforts by good folks to organize and pull our country back from the brink.

Facebook Launches Massive Attacks Against Anti-Terrorists By Benyamin B.
Last week, three anti-terrorism organizations were targeted in a massive crackdown by Facebook. The organizations - The Anti-Terrorism Coalition (ATC), Facebook-based American Infidel (AI) and Facebook-based Infidel Forces (IF) - were involved in taking over Islamic terrorist, pro-terrorist and other hateful groups operating on the popular networking site.
IF, which was formed in 2008, had originally been created to counter Facebook's bias against anti-terrorist, patriotic and other freedom-loving groups and individuals. While countless terrorist, pro-terrorist and other hateful groups and users have been allowed to operate freely on Facebook, friendly users and groups have constantly been banned and shut down, respectively. Thus, the creators of IF decided to both "level the playing field" and combat cyber terrorists, at the same time.
By then, Facebook's blatant bias toward hostile groups and against allied groups was beyond obvious. David Appletree, the leader of the Jewish Internet Defense Force (JIDF), was (and still is) getting banned frequently for his group's actions against hostile groups. The JIDF had been involved in taking over hostile groups and getting others banned, by having massive numbers of its users report them to Facebook. In one instance, David Appletree was banned for being an administrator of a group that was taken over by Islamic hackers, while no action was taken against the hackers.
This led IF to take over hostile groups and infiltrate others by sending in operatives posing as Islamic terrorist sympathizers. The AI, and later, the ATC both subscribed to IF's effort. Operating in accordance with Facebook's terms, IF began to join hostile groups left without administrators and grant themselves administrative powers.
By early this month, the allied effort had managed to take over more than 150 hostile groups and prevent the hostile takeover of approximately 15 - 20 friendly groups. Additionally, several friendly groups that had been taken over by hostiles were "liberated" by the allies, after they took those groups over themselves.
It was then that Facebook launched its mass purges against the AI, IF and ATC. In late June, Facebook sent a warning to IF and AI members for "uploading" a picture of an Israeli flag, in which the Star of David was replaced with a swastika, to the group "Stop the israelian Genocide against Ghaza". Facebook staff also took down the picture. In reality, this group had actually just been taken over by allied forces and they had not yet had the chance to change the picture. In fact, the picture had been uploaded by the group's terrorist and anti-Semitic creators at least several months ago. Interestingly, during this lengthy period of time, Facebook did not take any action against the group or its original administrators.
About a week later, on July 2, Facebook disabled the accounts of two high-ranking AI members (who were also administrators of AI's Facebook group). Asked to be identified only as Ben and Hodge, the two had been active supporters of IF's effort and had lent them a hand on several occasions. Then, on July 5, IF leader Jack Johnson, several other IF members and ATC member Jack Turner were banned by Facebook. This was followed with the banning of IF's second in command, Mike Jenkins, on the following day. Facebook also banned every single undercover account being used by the three allied groups, effectively shutting down all of their attempts to infiltrate hostile groups.
In the aftermath of these attacks, almost all the groups controlled by IF and its allies were left without administrators, and thus, susceptible to hostile takeover. Within several days, approximately a quarter of all these groups had fallen back into enemy hands.
In addition, any threads and posts made on any Facebook groups at all by any of the banned individuals were automatically deleted when they were banned. Thus many anti-terrorism groups, in particular, lost an overwhelming amount of posts and threads. The AI group suffered perhaps the greatest data loss of them all. This completely hampered the debates, discussions and the dialogue going on at these groups. One AI member expressed great dismay that the debates he had been having with a Muslim individual at the AI group had been deleted, adding that "they were extremely respectful and informative."
Not one of the individuals banned has thus far been able to get Facebook to reactivate their accounts, with a staff member by the name of Lysander explicitly telling both Ben and Hodge that they had violated Facebook's terms, that he was not able to "provide further explanation" of their violations, that their decision to ban them was final and that all of their subsequent inquiries would be ignored. To my knowledge, never before, in the history of Facebook, has such a massive crackdown as this ever taken place. In fact, few Western companies have been able to match Facebook in their ultra-Chamberlainian actions. This incident ranks up there with Yahoo's targeting of the ATC and other allied websites in June of 2003 and Network Solutions' banning of the website where Geert Wilders planned to release Fitna in March of 2008.
And while us and our allies have abided by the law and by Facebook's terms, countless numbers of Facebook groups and users that in the past and present put up swastikas, post pictures with the Star of David crossed out, post pictures of American and other allied flags being burned, call for violence against non-Muslims, hack into accounts and groups (thus also breaking the law) and commit other despicable acts are, for the most part, unmolested by Facebook. In fact, only when friendly groups such as the JIDF ask massive numbers of their supporters to report individual hostile groups to Facebook staff does any action get taken against such groups.
In the meantime, my organization - the ATC - will continue to expose the radical leftist and authoritarian nature of Facebook.
Facebook has decided not to remove groups that deny the Holocaust. This policy contradicts its own "statement of rights and responsibilities",
which clearly states "you will not post content that is hateful".
Facebook seems to be ignorant of the inherent danger of Holocaust
denial, the deeply hateful nature of it, and international efforts
against racism. It either fails to understand the responsibility it has
to society, or it has placed profit far above morality.
Holocaust
denial is illegal in 13 countries. Other countries, such as Australia,
have broader laws prohibiting racial vilification – the carrying out of
a public act that will "offend, insult, humiliate or intimidate another
person or group of people" who are targeted because of "race, colour or
national or ethnic origin". In the UK there has long been a debate over
strengthening anti-hate laws to close gaps that have been exploited by
the likes of the BNP. One gap, for example, makes it an offence to
incite hate, but not to be directly hateful to a victim (the case
prevented by the Australian laws). The law is, however, a bare minimum.
More action against hate is often required, as the National Union of
Students has shown with its "no platform policy" – a total boycott of proscribed racist and fascist groups.
As Anthony Julius
has explained, combating Holocaust denial "requires the recognition
that denial is an especially offensive form of antisemitism" and that
"the presence of denial material on the net is treated with as much
seriousness as is the presence of other kinds of offensive material".
At the same time as defending its unpopular position to allow Holocaust
denial, Facebook has been on a crusade against pictures showing breastfeeding mothers. Either its priorities are scrambled or someone is asleep at the wheel.
Facebook's
allowance of Holocaust denial comes despite a 2007 resolution from the
UN general assembly that "urges all member states unreservedly to
reject any denial of the Holocaust as a historical event, either in
full or in part, or any activities to this end". It comes despite EU
legislation from 2005 that asks countries to pass laws that make
Holocaust denial "punishable as a criminal offence". Facebook's move
comes at a time when the British public are still recovering from the
election of the BNP's Nick Griffin, a Holocaust denier, to represent
them in the European parliament. Facebook is a powerful social
networking tool – in times like these, with racism across Europe
rising, what sort of impact does it have when it helps Holocaust
deniers to network and spread their message?
