Quote from the VP, Joe Biden, "We have to spend money to keep from going bankrupt."
How does an intelligent person respond to a statement like that? (hat tip van)
More words of wisdom by Joe Biden :“To those who say that our economic decisions ‘have not produced jobs, have not produced prosperity, and simply have not worked’ I say, take a look around,” Biden will say, according to prepared remarks obtained by The Washington Post.
Biden plans to say in the Richmond speech. “‘Come see what I see everywhere I go: workers rehired, factories reopened, cops on the street, teachers in the classroom, progress toward getting our economy back on the move.’” (hat tip Mark)
I think Obama picked this doof deliberately knowing at some point America would want to remove BO from office but Biden makes it awfully unattractive.
The Democrats believe if they say it, then it is. They know their propaganda wing, the media, will run it as fact and the folks will buy it because they are maroons. Hell, they voted these assclowns in.............

Can I tell this to my accountant? Do you think he would agree?

As a resident of rust belt I can tell you that Joe Biden is dead wrong. Whats more interesting is that sitting around cocktail tables (union) 1 year ago and talking about the election created loud shouting matches, this week those same people are disgusted by what is happening to America and will vote him out. Ohio will never consistantly be a D or R state but I think it is swinging back to a red state.

Well, there it is, the mask is now off. Joe Biden has just confessed that he is an incompetent fool with no understanding of even basic economics. At least he's not trying to pretend (like most house Democrats and some Republicans).

I agree, Pamela, Barack HUSSEIN Obama II picked Joe Biden to be VP as an "insurance policy." At this point in time, I'm willing to have Biden as president if it happens. After all, better an incompetent president than a sinister one who seeks to destroy this nation.
"Spending more money" means printing more money with no tangible assets to back it up.... what this will do is give the country eventual hyperinflation and massive devaluation of the dollar. Forget the dollar, folks, items for bartering will be the new money.

"...Spending more money" means printing more money ........"
Actually, WE- The United States of America- don't print the money. The Federal Reserve does...and the FR is nothing more than the largest bankers in the world. The United States gives the Fed Res. U.S. Bonds in exchange for the money that the FR creates out of thin air and in a few years time when those bonds mature the FR makes billions in interest from We The People who pay individual Federal Income Taxes that are collected for the very purpose of paying the FR.
The most recent President to have figured out that the Federal Reserve is nothing but a scam
was JFK. He was in the process of taken bills out of circulation that read at the top "Federal Reserve", and he was having the Treasury department print the country's own money which was backed by U.S. silver.
I still have 2 of those bills; a $2 note, and a $5 note, printed in 1963 that reads UNITED STATES NOTE. The $10's and $20's were being printed in October of 1963. The presses stopped when JFK was murdered and the uncirculated currency was destoyed. The $4 billion that was in circulation was guietly taken out circulation and destroyed because LBJ gave the Federal Reserve the OK to return to their business of printing US currency and making money off of it.
The biggest scam in the history of this great nation is THE FEDERAL RESERVE.
So, what Joe Biden really meant was that the U.S. won't be able to pay the interest due to the Federal Reserve so the U.S has to borrow more money from them.
It's nuts...I know.

"We have to spend money to keep from going bankrupt."
That's what I do...I buy many lottery tickets and pray a lot...I go to gambling casino's hoping to enhance my welfare check. I'm not bankrupt...but I do live in my car and survive on a diet of cold potatoes and fried ice...
Soon many more Americans will join me in basic living, we will always have plenty of fried ice, but cold potatoes may be in short supply...
