This is worse than a horror movie. Look at the poor little children and the baby. They are terrified. Where are the human rights bunch? Oh yeah, now I remember, they are at Gitmo making sure the prisoners are feed three times a day and tucked in to bed each night and they have their favorite filthy book the koran to read. This is a cult, not a religion. These people do not share my God. Their actions betray their beliefs, and just as their actions have nothing in common with Jewish and Christian behavior, neither do their beliefs.

Where to even begin with this issue?

Between Ashura and other events we've seen occur in/come out from the Muslim world-honor killings, punishments for apostacy, naming teddy bears after the prophet(PB&J), lashing rape victims, executing adulterous women, witchcraft-watch out for those Jinn!!!, and too many more to list, one gets the feeling of being transported back to the Middle Ages.

I'm not sure how a religion that proscribes so many of the things we Westerners enjoy-free speech, freedom of conscience, freedom of/from religion, equality of the sexes, alcohol, figurative art, democracy, primacy of secular law, minority rights, etc. can ever be compatible with Western societies or any non-Muslim society. It's almost as if it is ingrained in Islam to hate the things we Westerners prize (from what I've read of the Quran and supporting texts hatred of the 'other' is inseparable from Quranic exegesis).

The worst part is that the rest of the world(and Muslims themseleves) are going to suffer from Islams self-deluded supremacy. Sam Huntington was right, Islam does have bloody borders and a bitter, malevolent life-denying core.
