HELL IS A BUSY PLACE TODAY .............
The media paid no attention when Hamas fired scores of rockets and mortars were flying into Israel. Big giant fat antisemitic yawn. After years of taking it like a frickin abused wife, Israel is responding (not hard enough I might add) - watch the media start crying enormous crocodile tears. HANDWRINGING! CALLS FOR A UNSC EMERGENCY SESSION! SANCTIONS! JEWISH GENOCIDE ACTION PLAN! Stop the insanity (and the kassams)
Israeli warplanes pounded the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip on Saturday, killing at least 155 people in the bloodiest day for Palestinians in more than 20 years. Palestinian militants responded with rocket salvoes that killed an Israeli man and wounded several others, medics said.
Clean out that rats' nest. Kill the barbarians. Do not look left. Do not look right. Do not falter. Save the Jews.
Show the same mercy as was shown Rabbi Holtzberg and his pregnant wife. Might! This is the only thing the enemy understands. Compassion and respect are held in the greatest contempt.
Kill their leaders. Think the last scene in the Godfather. Kill 'em all, all at once.
WORLD REACTION:
Pakistan reacts -- predictably
Pakistani protesters shout slogans condemning Israel's strikes on Gaza during a demonstration in Karachi, Pakistan, Saturday, Dec. 27. 2008. Israeli warplanes retaliating for rocket fire from Gaza pounded dozens of security compounds across the Hamas-ruled territory in waves of air strikes Saturday, killing at least 145.
Pakistan protests? These are the same savages behind the Mumbai bombing.
Why didn't Pakistan protest the Mumbai bombing? Hey Pakistan, kish meir en tuchas.

Why are they still alive? Why are these Muslim settlers in Hebron. Throw them out just as the 950,000 Jews were thrown out of Arab lands.
Lebanon: "Palestinian" supporters of militant groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad chant calls for retaliation against Israel, as they burn tires in the southern refugee camp of Ein el-Hilweh, Lebanon
BEIRUT, LEBANON, the Paris of the Middle East: In Lebanon, the once great Christian nation in the Middle East, a "Palestinian" child in Chatila refugee camp in Beirut holds up a riffle during a protest. The future of Islamic jihad.

Masked "Palestinian" militants hold their weapons during an Islamic Jihad rally in Bureij, central Gaza Strip, Friday, Dec. 26, 2008. A projectile fired by Palestinian militants fell short of its target in Israel on Friday, striking a house in northern Gaza and killing two schoolgirls.

Hamas leader Mashaal: Launch third intifada
Hamas vows it will not be defeated by IDF operation in Gaza, despite death toll of over 200 in one day. Exiled politburo chief for Islamist group calls on Palestinians to launch another wave of 'resistance' against Israel
After more than 200 fatalities, with scores more wounded, Hamas' politburo chief issued a pointedly aggressive statement.
"I call upon you (Palestinians) to carry out a third intifada," Mashaal, who lives in exile in Damascus, told Al-Jazeera television in an interview.
Mashaal pledged Hamas would respond to Israel's operation in Gaza against the Islamist group. "The time when you were the ones to control the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is over," he said, and vowed that "Gaza will soon be liberated" despite Israel's military superiority.
Never Such Pinpoint Bombing In The History Of Warfare, As The BBC Inadvertently Makes Clear Hugh Fitzgerald
Here is an account by the BBC, from "the BBC's Rushdi Aboualouf," their man in Gaza (well, Tim Franks is the primary anti-Israel propagandist in Gaza, but Rushdi Abaoulouf is apparently a member of the local supporting staff), an account meant to be entirely unsympathetic, of course, to Israel and of course meant to win our sympathy for the "Palestinians" who have done nothing to deserve any of this:
"It's hard to find a secure place in Gaza. Gaza has no shelters, it has no safe places. The Hamas security compounds are in the middle of the city - it's not the kind of place where you see compounds outside the cities.
I have witnessed one of the compounds - which is 20m away from my house - I was standing on the balcony and I have seen the Israeli airplanes hitting the place. "
So what do we learn from his report? That the "security compounds" are deliberately placed "in the middle of the city." It's no different from the anti-aircraft missiles and guns deliberately placed on top of mosques and schools by the PLO, in Lebanon in 1982, and Hezbollah hiding -- not quite to the extent that the PLO did -- among civilians as much as possible.
And yet, look what the Israelis did -- the reporter was standing on his balcony, a mere 20 meters from "one of the compounds" and he saw "the Israeli airp[lanes hitting the place" and leaving him, still standiing on his balcony. And why did he stay on his balcony during all this? Because, despite the stories of they wish us all to believe, their own actions and attitudes bespeak their real understanding. They call the Israelis Nazis, but clamor to be treated in Israeli hospitals by those same "Nazis." They call the Israelis murderers, but whenever a group of Arabs wants to flee another group of Arabs -- those "Palestinians" who fled from King Hussein's Bedouin troops during the crackdown on Black September -- they try to ford the Jordan, arms raised, hoping desperately that they will be allowed to surrender to the Israeli "killers."
And here, on his balcony, in the full security of knowing how careful the Israelis are, this Arab reporter stands, and sees the bombing, some twenty meters away, of one of those military targets that the Israelis aimed for, and hit, and once again, showed the world that denounces them -- what other country, anywhere, has engaged in such spectacularly pinpoint bombing designed to spare all but strictly military targets, even with those targets deliberately having been placed smack in the middle of, cheek by jowl with, civilian apartment buildings, schools, hospitals.
Once again the Israeli Air Force amazes.

laughing.
that is one of the places hamas terrorist and like minded types build and store their munitions and weapons, by the way, right in mosque basements. right under the covering activities of the pious & devout & faithful, as they go about their religious activities. do you think they do not know about the activities of their sons and daughters.
if israel widens the scope of her attack, and i pray fervantly she does, i hope she targets mosques, and mosque basements for attack, for this is where the weaponry is produced and stored. that is why everybody reacts with such "amazement" when one of them goes sky high, ... , hey, on the skyline, ... , and mutters, geez, do you think there were explosives in there? yeah, "amazement."

p.s. mosques are, btw, recognized in islamic architecture as serving multiple purposes, one of them being an armed fort or enclave from which to defend, and advance the faith, to include advancement by military conquest. remember that, the next time one goes up, and soon, i hope.

I expect they will just bomb a few "security" compounds, maybe a few targeted missile attacks on the leadership. The world will whine and moan, and Israel will stop. Rinse and repeat. What needs to be done is an ultimatum to both Gaza and the West Bank. It should go something like this: One more rocket into Israel, one more suicide bombing and go look for a new home. As we will level everything and allow you to go live in Egypt or Jordan where you will have such better treatment in the refugee camps they will set up for you.

Hamas was warned and warned and warned ad infinitum. They did what they did knowing what would happen - and they didn't care about their own people but are rather grateful to have non-combatants (not "innocent civilians") who can be sacrificed for the greater jihad. Now that the step has been taken, it must be an effective campaign.

Dear Pamela;
Talk about severely conspicuous hypocrisy!
Russia? Condemning the Jews? Literally invading an innocent foreign country, Georgia, for trumped up reasons is OK! But invading a terroristic land where lives wretched people who are trying to kill you is bad?
Sudan? It is said, by the UN, that about 800,000 people have been killed through violence, and/or starvation since 2003! But now they damn Israel for killing cold blooded murderers, and wannabe's?
Iran? When they're not threatening to wipe Israel off the map, chanting "Death to America, and executing homosexuals by garroting, they are trying their best to develop an Atomic Bomb so they can drop it on Tel Aviv. And now they have the gall to criticize Israel for defending itself against it's enemies?
And guess what else those dirty Zionist did! They used, (get ready; here it comes), A DISPROPORTIONATE AMOUNT OF FORCE! Yeah! I know! No kidding! Somebody actually said that! Well I hope the IDF does it again tomorrow.
And in closing, I'd just like to say that those base cowards who wear masks, and hide behind women, and children should be thanking Allah that I am not the dictator of Israel. Because I am nothing if not DISPROPORTIONATE. Can you dig it?
Sincerely;

How Conservatives Lose Elections
Caroline B. Glick, December 24 2008
It would seem that in recent years conservative candidates in both Israel and the U.S. have forgotten how to win an election.
To win an election, a political party must identify and satisfy its political base. It must also identify and attract potential swing voters. To accomplish the latter task, a party has to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their opponents and co-opt their strengths while highlighting their weaknesses.
One of the most difficult challenges of running a campaign is figuring out how to attract undecided voters without alienating or demoralizing a party's base. On the face of it, doing so should be easier for conservatives than for liberals in the U.S. and Israel because a majority of voters in both countries define themselves as right-leaning.
As Karl Rove noted recently in The Wall Street Journal, in spite of the Democrats election victory, the U.S. remains a center-right country. According to pre-election and post-election surveys of American voters last month, 34% consider themselves conservatives, 45% say they are moderate, and only 21% call themselves liberal.
In Israel, consistent polling shows that more than 60% of Israelis reject making territorial concessions on Jerusalem and the Golan Heights and do not believe it is possible to reach a credible peace accord with the Palestinians. Moreover, the vast majority of Israeli Jews are socially conservative; 80% of Israelis, for example, classify themselves as religiously observant or traditional.
These numbers go a long way in explaining why liberal candidates in both the U.S. and Israel seek to portray themselves as conservative hawks during electoral campaigns. In the U.S., Democratic presidential candidates from Jimmy Carter to Barack Obama have run as moderates with conservative tendencies. In Israel, leftist politicians from Yitzhak Rabin to Shimon Peres to Ehud Barak to Tzipi Livni, have all portrayed themselves as security hawks ahead of elections.
As candidates, these politicians (and their supporters) understood that to win, it was necessary for them to go to the right - where the voters are. Once elected, of course, they have governed as liberals -- that is, until they began considering their reelection prospects.
While it makes sense for left-leaning liberals to move to the right in elections, it makes little sense for their opponents to move to the left. After all, the voters are on the right. Yet for some reason, moving to where the voters aren't is becoming common practice in both the U.S. and Israel.
As we saw in the U.S. presidential election and in the current Israeli Knesset campaign, by moving to the left, right-leaning candidates demoralize their base. And far from convincing swing voters to support them, they make swing voters feel comfortable supporting their opponents.
During the presidential campaign, Republican nominee Senator John McCain believed that to win, he needed to convince voters he was the "anti-Republican" Republican. McCain believed President Bush's low approval ratings meant the public had rejected the Republican Party.
But McCain's analysis was wrong. Americans had rejected Bush and his policies, not his party as a whole. Had McCain campaigned as the anti-Bush candidate by attacking Bush's passivity on issues like illegal immigration and the Iranian and North Korean nuclear programs, and had he attacked Bush's big government policies, he would have successfully distanced himself from an unpopular president and rallied his base.
Moreover, he would have been able to attack Obama for pushing immigration, foreign policy and economic policies identical to or even more extreme than Bush's failed policies.
By incorrectly identifying the object of both Republican dissatisfaction and swing-voter concerns, McCain demoralized his base and convinced undecided voters it was okay to support Obama. Indeed, it was McCain's anti-Republican campaign more than Obama's change campaign that brought a majority of voters to Obama. As polling data indicates, Obama did not move many Republican voters to his side.
What enabled Obama to win the election was not a massive voter shift from right to left. Rather, Obama owes his victory in large part to the fact that McCain's anti-Republican campaign convinced a lot of Republicans that they had no one to vote for and so 4.1 million Republican voters stayed home on Election Day.
As Rove reported, Obama's crucial victory in Ohio came despite the fact that he won 32,000 fewer votes in the state than John Kerry did in 2004. It wasn't that Obama was loved. He won because McCain's base hated McCain. In Ohio, McCain's anti-Republican campaign caused him to win 360,000 fewer votes in the state than Bush won in 2004.
In Israel, Likud under Benjamin Netanyahu today has the advantage of running against Kadima, whose strategic and diplomatic programs have been largely rejected by voters. On the other hand, Netanyahu is running against Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni who is quite reasonably playing down her radical and failed policies and basing her campaign on her undeserved reputation for competence and her dubious public persona as a clean politician.
To win, Netanyahu and Likud should be doing two things. They should be continuously pointing out Kadima's record of failure in office and they should be attacking Livni. They should be emphasizing Livni's personal failures in office and focus the public's attention on the fact that she owes her political rise to her association with corrupt politicians like Ariel Sharon and Ehud Olmert.
Instead, Netanyahu is pointing his guns at his own party. For three precious weeks, he staged an ugly campaign against his intra-Likud adversary Moshe Feiglin. And in so doing, he angered a significant portion of his political base.
Then too, rather than emphasizing the policy distictions between Likud and Kadima, Netanyahu has sought to blur those distinctions by promising to form a unity coalition with Kadima after the elections and pledging to continue the government's negotiations with the Fatah terror movement toward an Israeli withdrawal from Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem. As well, Netanyahu has opted not to highlight his own oft-stated refusal to withdraw from any part of Jerusalem or the Golan Heights.
As to political integrity, rather than highlight Livni's ties to crooked pols, Netanyahu has tried to "out-integrity" her by bringing a political enemy, former justice minister and dovish Kadima supporter Dan Meridor, back into Likud.
Far from harming Livni's prospects, Netanyahu's actions have increased the public's appreciation for her supposed attributes and so made fence sitters feel comfortable supporting Kadima.
On the other hand, his actions have angered Likud's core supporters. Many are now willing to consider other options for voting. Some are moving to other rightist parties. Some are moving to Kadima. And some are declaring their intention not to vote. This is the reason that over the past two weeks, Likud has lost its 10-15 seat lead in the polls and is currently in a dead heat with Kadima.
Both McCain's failed campaign for the presidency and Netanyahu's current campaign in Israel may be partly attributable to the profound leftist bias of the media in both countries. It is possible that due to the media's overwhelming support for left-leaning candidates, right-leaning candidates have drawn the incorrect conclusion that their societies and their potential voters lean left.
Whatever has caused the state of affairs in which conservative candidates feel compelled to turn to their political opponents for support that will never come rather than rely on their voters who comprise the majority of their electorates, it can only be hoped that both in Israel today and the U.S. in the future, conservative politicians will reverse course.
It does no one any good when voters elect politicians who do not share their views because politicians who do share their views insult and anger them.

I remember speaking with a tank commander that talked about the decision he had to make on firing on a little boy who was standing in the middle of the street in a town in Lebanon...with a grenade launcher pointed at the tank. All the while the adults that had lined the streets were taunting the commander. Yes, that's right, willing to sacrifice that little boy's life to keep up a lifetime of hate. I remember when "penny bombs" were a popular way to maim and kill schoolchildren. Put there by "palestinians" who wanted nothing better than to kill an Israeli child. I remember seeing all the amazing amounts of Russian weaponry, tanks, etc.., that was pulled out of the Beaufort Castle shortly after the IDF captured it in '82. All for the purpose of wiping Israel off the map.
Israel needs to wipe these organizations OUTTTTTTTT!!!!!!! Period. Once and for all.

When the Israeli representatives responded that they were defending their citizens. Thee BBC asshat said that they were just inviting more rockets. Then the BBCraps would bring in Jew hating Hamas defenders that were talking of occupation by Jews and the poor suffering Palis under Israeli rule. It was a sickening display of anti-semitism by the BBC. I think that if Hamas wishes to continue with the rocket attacks into Israel. The Israelis should give the people of Gaza 24 hours to exit before the carpet bombing begins. Let Syria, Iran Saudi Arabia take in the refugees. Israel made a big mistake turning Gaza over to bunch of hate filled savages.

This is a battle and not the war. In order to win a battle all you have to do is beat the enemy in that single engagement. To win the war you must destroy the enemy's ability to engage in any battle.
Israel needs to completely destroy Hamas' ability to wage war and that means that they must destroy the Palestinians in Gaza and probably most of the infrastructure there also. Whatever is left of either should be shuttered inside with a complete embargo. Do not let international pressure interfere.
Wars don't end until the other side is sufficiently dead. This should be Israel's war - not just a battle.

Praise Israel for it's actions - The only way to end Hama, Islam and all of the Sharia Evil in that region is to Destroy them all - you can not deal with such evil in any other way - When they are all dead then we will have peace........
Go Israel and the Jewish people!

Latest JPost.com update: "The death toll in the Gaza Strip rose to over 280 Sunday, Palestinian sources said, as IAF aircraft continued their bombings of Hamas targets."
YEAH. 280 devils back to Satallahn. I wish it was 280,000, but I digress. My hatred for people who intentionally start chaos to get attention to provoke a reaction to get/retain power is very deep.

Go Israel! Blow those evil cultists out of the water. Defend yourselves and defend those of us who live in lands with dhimmi leaders. I want the Temple Mount back in Jewish hands. God Damn them for stealing one of our most precious sites. I want all Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist and all other non death religions to gather up and fight back against the evil ones, the lovers of death and haters of love.

As a Turkish-American, I was deeply saddened and ashamed to hear of the reaction of PM Erdogan of Turkey! Turkey and Israel have long since been friends (ever since being rescued from Spain, all through WWII to the present) and will continue to do so. We have lived in peace for centuries! Please understand that many fanatical fundamentalists (snuck in a decade or so ago from Iran) have infiltrated into many key positions in the government (parliament and even the PM) in Turkey. The military wants to take over and remove these parasites, but the PM has arrested some of the top military generals to prevent such an action. Heck, they even have some of their "people" in the police forces! However, the silent majority in Turkey are not like them and would like to see them removed. Believe me when I say that we are no big fans of Arabs (especially after what they did to us during WWI with the help of England's Lt. T.E Lawrence)! Both our countries have signed treaties of friendship (that just "kills" the Arabs). We do military excercises together and share intelligence between MIT and Mousad! I'm certified in bio-terrorism and counter-terrorism here in the states and deal with intelligence officers all of the time (MI-6, Mousad, CIA, NSA, ONI, MIT, etc.). It is indeed a difficult situation in your region, but Israel has every right to exist in peace! Islam is not a bad religion. Actually, it is a beautiful religion. However, in the hands of fanatics and extreme fundamentalists, they have turned Islam into an unrecognizable thing that the world now despises, just so they can acheive their hold on ignorant and uneducated people to get them to do their bidding! In the 1920's in Turkey, after a village full of fundamentalists captured a young Turkish Lt. and then hacked him to death, Ataturk sent in the military to surround the village. The commander of the unit gave an ultimatum to the village to surrender the Imams and fanatics who were responsible for the murder of the young officer or they would bombard the village. The occupants turned over every single guilty person. After questioning the witnesses, everyone of these animals were executed (hung) by the military on the spot! So, you see, we tolerate a lot, but even we can only take so much of these fanatics! I personally am a nationalist and want to continue Ataturk's vision of secularism, peace and technological advancements via cooperative actions with other nations. I, and many others like me, will do what it takes to achieve that goal. Until then, despite what you may hear (the press loves to exagerate!), please know that Turkey will always be your friend and ally! We on this end will make sure of that. Just as Israel is surrounded by hostile nations, we too are surrounded by nations that would love to see us destroyed as well. Good luck, hang in there and Happy Holidays!
