OPEN SEASON ON THE JEWISH PEOPLE
Received this depressing, disturbing account from a long time reader. Yeah, it's getting ugly, everywhere. Not just on a large scale with The US financial crisis proving an outpouring of anti-Semitism on the Internet (Jews being blamed for the debacle on Wall Street), but on a very small personal scale.
I found your posting of the Jewish soldier's experience to be particularly compelling. Recently, I was working for a sales organization where I personally experienced the worst antisemetism ever. The sales manager was tying my performance to his deeply seated prejudice against Jews. For example, if I was not having a good sales day he would say that I was a poor excuse for a Jew. If I was having a good sales day then that was living up to his expectations of Jews being good with money. I had mentioned this to the VP (also not a Jew) who thought it was the manager's way of joking around.
Subsequently, on Tisha B'Av I attended services before work which made me about an hour late. As an independent contractor my time is my own. Nevertheless, the sales manager wanted an explanation. So I explained to him the meaning of Tisha B'Av, after which he replied, "Now get to work and I don't want to hear anymore of your Jew shit!"
I made up my mind that if he said anything more then I would quit. A couple of days later I uncovered a very potentially lucrative lead which the manager then took from me. When I asked him the reason for doing that he said, "Stop being such a Jew about it."
I said, That's the last Jew comment you're going to make." Whereupon he and his two morbidly obese sons pinned me against the cubicle and pushed me against it. I asked if they were not going to let me go and they eked out a little space for me, but all the way out to the car were yelling in my ears various epithets.
Well, I filed a complaint with the local police who said it sounded like misdemeanor assault. And I filed with the state's Human Rights Commission who then after our interview decided to press formal charges of religious discrimination for which the company must answer by October 19.
*sigh*

Hey Pamela,
I'll be happy to become a Jew anytime. I love a good fight and I hit back. Sign me up! Let's kick some bigot ass!

I may be naive but I find this story very hard to believe. Not that antisemitism doesn't exist, but rather that these people could be so stoopid. The only repository of overt antisemitism of which I am aware resides in the salons of the Left.
My brother in law is a Jew. Now, I will say I do give him a very hard time. Mostly about being a self-hating liberal Jew. He votes straight Dhimmicratic every election - go figure. My sister, a Catholic, offsets his vote on election day. I've been hitting him hard for 13 years (ever since he married into our large very boisterous family - I don't think he knew what he was getting into). And no matter how starkly I draw the line between Left and antisemitism he goosesteps to tune of the Left.
He does get a bit irritated with me when I accuse him of goosestepping.

Pamela,
If true this sound like some kind of bullying. The broader picture is that in-your-face leftoid Jewish behavior is constant and harder and harder to ignore. Then there is the Hollywood matter. Remember the "Meet the Fockers" movie. Rabbi Lapin has not been happy for a while. See: http://www.jewishtribalreview.org/lapin.htm
"You’d have to be a recent immigrant from Outer Mongolia not to know of the role that people with Jewish names play in the coarsening of our culture. Almost every American knows this. It is just that most gentiles are too polite to mention it."
-- Rabbi Daniel Lapin, "Our Worst Enemy", Toward Tradition, January 20, 2005
I stay away these day from my Jewish friends and acquaintances. They are aggressive and invasive in their "support" for Obama.. Stay away as to not create any "situations". Some of the respect is gone. I regret.......

This is how it began 70 or so years ago in Germany. People had better wake up.

Israeli women fear writing on the wall
by Ilan Mizrahi
Scrawled across a wall on a busy main street is the statement in Hebrew: “Fashion equals promiscuity”. For women in some Israeli communities, such public sentiments are not simply idle graffiti – they are a warning, and one that is increasingly backed by threats of physical violence...
Reports of women being attacked on the street or in their homes have been steadily rising in the local media. In one widely publicised incident over the summer, a 14-year-old girl from Upper Beitar, a large ultra-Orthodox settlement in the West Bank south of Jerusalem, had acid poured on her face and body in what is believed to have been the work of a modesty patrol.....
