UPDATE: Reader Barron writes, "there 'should' be a ruling from Judge Surrick either tomorrow or Friday. Please let all of your readers know that they can email the PAED_clerksoffice@paed.uscourts.gov [email corrected, thanks Sally] - I just sent an email asking very graciously that Judge Surrick do right by the American People and make Obama produce the proof he is eligible to run for POTUS. If everyone starts flooding them with emails it may help sway his decision".
On July 20th, Atlas Shrugs published an EXPLOSIVE BOMBSHELL- the definitive analysis on the COLB forgery on Obama's website. Obama subsequently admitted he was born with dual citizenship but attempted to debunk the analysis with an Annenberg fact checker group (Annenberg is the leftist foundation that Obama served on with unrepentent terorist Bill Ayers)
Annenberg manipulated the docs and it was not the same COLB Obama presented in his site.
1) What is the name of the Physician / Nurse, who delivered Mr. Obama in Hawaii and the hospital?
(2) Why was a forged birth certificate document (short form) put on the Obama Website as a real document, when forensic document experts determined it to be false? If you dispute these facts then permit these examiners to view (long form in Hawaii) it in front of independent observers for our central florida voters, only if you believe this document to be real!
Lawsuits were filed. Rather than just product the birth certificate Obama's legal team filed a motion to dismiss. One of the Lawyers filing the motion was Joe Sandler the legal Hit Man for the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

Obama Should Immediately Withdraw his Candidacy for President
A motion requesting an immediate order deeming his request for admissions served upon Barack Obama and the DNC on September 15 admitted by default, and
B) A motion requesting an expedited ruling and/or hearing on Berg’s motion deeming the request for admissions served upon Obama and the DNC admitted.
These motions are based on Rule 36 of The Federal Code of Civil Procedure. This Rule, it seems, states that “a party upon whom requests for admissions have been served must respond, within 30 days, or else the matters in the requests will be automatically deemed conclusively admitted for purposes of the pending action.”

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/21/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and tbe DNC “ADMITTED”, by way of failure to timely respond to Requests for Admissions, all of the numerous specific requests in the Federal lawsuit. Obama is “NOT QUALIFIED” to be President and therefore Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President and the DNC shall substitute a qualified
candidate. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.
Berg stated that he filed Requests for Admissions on September 15, 2008 with a response by way of answer or objection had to be served within thirty [30] days. No response to the Requests for Admissions was served by way of response or objection. Thus, all of the Admissions directed to Obama and the DNC are deemed “ADMITTED.” Therefore, Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President.
Obama dropped everything in the last two weeks of a heated Presidential campaign to visit his sick grandma in Hawaii today (any grandma worth her salt would have said, "don't be silly, win the presidency and visit me in two weeks).
So why is Obama panicking? Today, Andy Martin filed suit in Hawaii to uncover Obama’s birth records.
Is Obama staying out of Honolulu until Andy Martin leaves?
If Obama's grandmother is so ill, why is Obama delaying his arrival?
Could it be because Andy Martin is there, and Obama is waiting for Martin's departure before The Chosen One lands?

Obama suddenly announced Monday his grandmother had been gravely ill for weeks. He has his own plane. All he had to do is tell the pilot to file a flight plan for Honolulu and take off. He's the king of his own armada.
But instead of rushing to his grandmother's bedside, Obama is waiting until I leave Honolulu before he lands.
Ask yourself, "What would I do?" What would you do if you had your own plane and mom or dad suddenly took ill? Would you tell the pilot to set course for Hawai'i, or tell him to wait three (3!) days before coming to your relative's bedside? How sick is she if Obama is will to delay his "emergency" for three days?
This entire episode is becoming curiouser and curiouser.
BTW, several readers pointed out what I have mentioned a number of times in previous posts, the race of Obama's father on the COLB is African.
African is a continent, not a race. Perhaps that is how they refer to race on contemporary copies of birth certificates (although the original or vault copies from forty years ago would not).
