Obama's mother was just about the same age as Bristol Palin is when she had Obama.

Obama was doing cocaine when Palin's husband had a few drinks too many.

It's not that there's a double standard, it's that there is no standard.

Here at the XCEL energy center, the talk is all Palin all the time and the vicious attacks on Palin. It is disgusting. They are off the rails. The leftist party, allegedly the party of women rights is in full demolision mode devoid of any journalist standard or integrity. It's media tourette syndrome.

It seems in one master stroke McCain swiped the mantle of "change" right out from under them. The only change Obama is selling is the  color of his skin. He is a sharp useless hack who came up through the corrupt political machine of Chicago politics.

In all my conversations with big wigs and small toupees the consensus here is very much the same. This woman is a wonder woman. Rich Galen said, she's made of steel, they'll never get to her. I asked him if he thought the Americans will buy the media propaganda against Palin. "No way".

Palin has achieved more in her 44 years the whole of the Democrat party has done in the past 44 years. The Democratic Party is being driving solely by Daily Kos, MoveOn.org. If the RNC had half a brain, they'd throw KOS out of the convention center on their ass.
It's gross and it is my fervent hope that clear thinking Americans will be shell shocked by this attack on a truly great American.

As a mother of four children I am mortified by the attacks on Palin's ability to serve. How dare they? Every working American mother should vote with their feet.. Vile and demeaning. I do more in the course of one day than those media asshats accomplish in a lifetime.

How can they criticize Palin's daughter when both Obama's mother AND Palin's daughter got pregnant before they were both UNWED AND PREGNANT AT 18?

I've never been a big fan of Newt Gingrich and never thought I'd be pleased with anything he says...but this time is different. I'm still not sure what to do with this party that I've been a part of for over 30 years, but I can tell you this, I won't be supporting their candidate for President. I will also do all that is in my power to rid the cancer that has invaded the Democratic party. A point regarding the "vetting" of Obama: If he was applying for any position in the US government that required a Top Secret Clearance or above, his associations with Ayers alone would very likely preclude him from receiving his clearance. Likewise, his associations with an organization that embraced liberation theology as well as his associations with a convicted felon and his communist mentor would likewise be a real issue.

So, he would not qualify to become an officer in the US military, or an agent with the FBI or CIA, but he is qualified to serve as their leader?

Obama trashed his primary opponent, Brent Hull, in the US Senate Race in Illinios when Hull’s sealed divorce records were “leaked” to the press.

Obama then went on to benefit from Jack Ryan dropping out of the general election wieh Ryan’s sealed divorce records were magically unsealed suring the race.

Obama then used threats against super delegates to run oppononets against them in their own primary elections if they supported Hillary Clinton.

And during this entire run of “coincidental serendipity” David Axelrod served as Obama’s campaign guru. Axelrod is a member of the MSM, having worked at the Chicago Tribune for 8 years before becoming Richard Daley’s “political consultant”.

And now Obama claims that coincidence has followed him once again, and he has nothing to do with the Palin smears? Think again.

Agree that Gingrich was great in his talk to meeting of Democrats. I am also very impressed with how so many are standing up for Sara Palin at the small meetings, especially Carly Fiorina, the former Treasurer Marin, and Marsha Blackburn, and Renee Amoore, an African-American woman. CSPAN is the place to be. Very, very few self-styled unbiased experts. But some of the reporters are assholes.

I have been so sick of reading the smears. It has made me so agitated and angry that my PTSD symptoms are popping up all over the place. But I will not walk away from this. I will watch Gov. Palin's speech tonight on CSPAN. As far as I'm concerned, I haven't watched FOX in years, except for Senator McCain's announcement of Sarah Palin, and I won't start now.

And, yes, I agree with you saying KOS sahould be evicted. Most of them are probably also members of DU.

Hi all. Greetings from Canada (Vancouver). I'm very new to your webpage Pamela but I love it. I've been spending the last several months following the Canadian Human Rights Commissions fiascos but am finally turning my attention to the US election in a big way. Obama is frightening. He would be the worst thing for the US. It stuns me how in love with him so many people are when he's so obviously a fake -all flash, no substance. I'm half way through The Obama Nation and boy, is Obama full of himself. I have faith in the (majority of) the American people and I genuinely believe as the election gets closer they will see the light and not vote Obama.
