NBC DAVID GREGORY WIFE'S FANNIE MAE FIXER

David Gregory is married to  BETH WILKINSON NBC White House correspondant and laywer. What folks are not being told is that Wilkinson served as Fannie Mae's executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary from February 2006 until September 2008. She bolted and resigned her position at Fannie Mae along with three other senior executives on September 19, 2008, after the troubled mortgage giant was taken over by the government.

In 2006 ,Fannie Mae recruited Wikinson as parts of its effort to rebuild its relationship with regulators after accounting scandals and complaints about its corporate culture.

The rat jumped ship. Her husband is David Gregory - the new and improved chief leftopath at MSNBC (who recently replaced unhinged leftards Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews.I hope he can stay off the sauce.

This is very insightful Pamela however don't confuse the issue with calling him Dick Gregory (that's another lefty entirely) or misspelling "Groegory".
As for his wife, yes she is slimy and untouchable by the media thanks to her bitter half hubby however she did serve in the US Army and has great taste in evening wear.

If Wilkinson worked for that section of the Justice Department, then she reported to Jamie Gorelick. Gorelick invented the evidence wall separating the CIA from informing the FBI (and vice versa) about terrorists abroad plotting operations in the USA. Moreover, Wilkinson appears to have succeeded Gorelick as Fannie Mae's general counsel, thereby keeping the lid on the can of wormy mortgage-backed securities.

As FnMA's general counsel, that would also mean Wilkinson worked with one of Blarney Frank's lovers (name escapes me for the moment). Frank, of course, is the "what? me worry?" kid of the Fannie&Freddie Fiasco.
