Karen Porter, the notoriously unhappy moonbat (think codepink but more bitter) has threatened a lawsuit to long time Atlas reader, great American and founder of the West Chester victory movement, Rich Davis.

Every week, Rich Davis and his band of patriots stands across the street from the American destroyers and they waves their flags, sing their songs, support the troops.  Support the truth.

And every week, the moonbats, haters, and lefties across the street grow angrier and nastier. All because of Rich and his shiny, happy people :)

Well, in the new America, in the left's America, you are not allowed to have an opinion that is not theirs. If you do, they sue! Welcome to the fairness doctrine.

So it's cool for Porter's bots to get all up in the patriots faces, push them, strike women, curse them, and violate the agreement. They can be divisive and occupy a public square alone to torment the town for five years -  but when the "victory" movement shows up and she gets a little push back - she and her thumb suckers start whining and crying, harrasment.

Once again the left throws the first amendment under the bus. Go back to North Korea (Porter's dream vacation idea - no, I'm serious - she wrote that once).

It doesn't faze Rich one bit.   We have an army of lawyers. It's a desperate act of a spoiled brat.  Typical leftist.

Rich Davis (Victory) has solid evidence of past events and it clearly displays who is really at fault. Karen Porter is a carbon copy of her Saviour, Obama. When they hear or see something that doesn't glorify or agree with them-they whine, cry, tattle and even stoop to falsehoods. Obama is the biggest hypocrite with his flipflops.I don't see how he thinks he will get by with his lies. He is now disputing most of what he himself, has written in his own books. America is finally getting hip to his tricks.
And Porter, just the same! She is not thinking this thing thru. There is so much evidence against her! She is too stupid to realize that video and witnesses don't lie. She must be a rotten lawyer. I can understand why she isn't representing herself.

I did a web search on the lawyer, Stretton. He has also worked hard to give voting rights to felons and represented Ralph Nader in an attempt to get Nader on the Pennsylvania ballot in 2004. It may be appropriate for Stretton to represnt these leftists since, according to his website, one of his specialties is dealing with juveniles.

So many of the comments on this site have the desperate air of people trying to convince themselves of something, like if you repeat "people are tired of Obama" long enough that will make it true.

I'm sure the limited set of people you interact with, and it sounds like you couldn't bear interacting with anyone who had different views, are all tired of Obama. That doesn't mean "America" is. It means that you are, and people like you are too.

Maybe Obama gets by with his "flip flops" and "hipocrisy" because only in your biased opinion is McCain not also guilty of the same things in spades. Your shrill rhetoric only makes sense in a world where Obama is hammered for every flaw while you pretend that McCain doesn't have any.

And terms like "leftard" just make you sound juvenile and stupid, when in fact I think your arguments have a lot of merit and you'd get more people to listen to them if you didn't lead off with nonsense like that.

You are not a mind reader. Turn on CNN, Fox, etc. Everyone is talking "Obama Fatigue". In my life time, I have never heard such over the top reporting of a presidential candidate. It has been way overdone. I can honestly come to that conclusion on my own, without the aid of conservative friends. The whole hyperbole has not done well for Obama:
1) It cheapens the nominee
2) It has accentuated his inexperience, naivete, his inflated ego running amuck.
When I say America is tired of Obama, I speak of the majority, the masses. There will always be a few of you star struck, shallow sheep, basking in his stardom. Your type takes glee in being freakily different, as that is the only way you can get attention.
As far as McCain goes, he sure does flip-flop, but he is the best of 2 evils. Obama's inexperience and anti-American ways, make McCain more digestable.
