As if it couldn't get worse, Obama's VP .... Biden
UPDATE: WATCH THIS VIDEO! The greatest.
"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy," Biden said. "I mean, that's a storybook, man.(Watch Biden's comments and Obama's reaction
) and more video here.
Biden" doubts whether American voters are going to elect ‘a one-term, a guy who has served for four years in the Senate,’ and added: ‘I don’t recall hearing a word from Barack about a plan or a tactic.’”
Bad enough we had to sit through the 24/7 news cycle of the "VEEPSTAKES"! nonsense. Talk about medai circle jerk. And no, I am proud to say I was not on the receiving end of Obama's text for tools.
Drumroll. It's Biden. Snore. Listen, I can't stand a gas bag hence my aversion to Biden.
He's a casual racist - who can forget this money quote, "you can't go to a 711 or a dunkin donuts unless you have an Indian accent". Lovely.
We have to sit through 60 days of his bellicosity and bloviating. The chief plagiarist here:
Democratic presidential candidate Joseph R. Biden Jr., a U.S. senator from Delaware, was driven from the nomination battle after delivering, without attribution, passages from a speech by British Labor party leader Neil Kinnock. A barrage of subsidiary revelations by the press also contributed to Biden's withdrawal: a serious plagiarism incident involving Biden during his law school years; the senator's boastful exaggerations of his academic record at a New Hampshire campaign event; and the discovery of other quotations in Biden's speeches pilfered from past Democratic politicians.

Geraghty over at NRO has some classic Biden quotes: ‘Just Words’ That Joe Biden Would Like To Forget.
The man is the poster boy for verbal diarrhea.
UPDATE: Yid with lid: Biden: A Great Pick for the GOP!
UPDATE: Seriously, you know how we are importing whole Muslim communities from Isalmic countries (more on that here), thank Joe Biden for that. Ann over at Resettlement Watch:
Barack Obama has picked Senator Joe Biden as his running mate. So, what is the Senator’s connection to refugees? Senator Biden of Delaware is one of only a few original sponsors of the Refugee Act of 1980 still in the Senate. AND, his state has only resettled a few hundred refugees in all these 28 years!
Here is what I said back in April about Biden’s hypocrisy:
Now to Senator Joe Biden! Just as Senator Ted isn’t going to be resettling any refugees of any sort to Hyannisport, Senator Joe (any place but Delaware) Biden is a hypocrite. He is one of the few originators of the Refugee Act of 1980 (along with chief sponsor Kennedy) still in the Senate, yet his own state of Delaware ranks third from the bottom in the number of refugees resettled there between 1983 and 2005, this while surrounding states Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey have each brought tens of thousands of refugees. Ranking below Delaware are only West Virginia and Wyoming.
Who decides which cities will get refugees next? What are the cities?
UPDATE: WHEN DOES BIDEN APOLOGIZE TO THE HADITHA MARINES? (hat tip Jim)

Wise move, never play with someone who could steal the glow. Emptysuit meet Emptyhead - yeah that should work. At least the Annointed One will have an adult with him when things get scary.

With Joe's racist comment about Obama, Obama picking Joe is like Tiger Woods picking Fuzzy Zellar for a doubles tournament!

Well Barry Soetoro finally came out and confessed to his lack of experience in and knowledge of foreign policy by picking Biden. This also shows that the sayings, “birds of a feather” has meat. Both like to exaggerate their accomplishments and take credit for achievements of others. Biden is also habitual plagiarizer, starting back in his law school days, and a life-long liar. What good is an attack dog when the attacks will be lies found out? When asked about his law school grades, Biden snapped, “I think I probably have a much higher IQ than you do,” and went on to say that he "went to law school on a full academic scholarship - the only one in my class to have a full academic scholarship," ... said that he "ended up in the top half" of his class and won a prize in an international moot court competition and that he was "the outstanding student in the political science department" and "graduated with three degrees from college."
WOW, that is impressive - oh, but wait - John Harwood wrote in the St. Petersburg (FL) Times, 18 Sept 87: “Despite his mediocre academic performance - Biden flunked two other courses [in addition to the course in which he originally was given an F for plagiarism, but was allowed to retake, upon which he received a B,] and graduated 76th out of the 85 students...” Top half of his class? Barely the lower 12%.
Truth - better late than never since he acknowledges, "I exaggerate when I'm angry," Mr. Biden said, "but I've never gone around telling people things that aren't true about me."
Full academic scholarship: "My recollection is - and I'd have to confirm this - but I don't recall paying any money to go to law school." Newsweek said Biden had gone to Syracuse "on half scholarship based on financial need." And he also received a grant.
Top half' of his class: "I did not graduate in the top half of my class at law school and my recollection of this was inaccurate."
Moot court competition prize: He won such a competition, with a partner, in Ontario, 12 Dec 67.
Political science department outstanding student: "My name was put up for that award..."
Graduated with three degrees: "I graduated from the University of Delaware with a double major in history and political science. My reference to degrees at the Claremont event was intended to refer to these majors - I said 'three' and should have said 'two.'"
He graduated with one degree -- a B.A. -- in two majors, history and political science.
From his collage days to present - a definite pattern of lying. Shows he is irredeemable.
