The Palestinian Authority's Planning Minister Samir Abdullah told reporters on a visit to Tokyo he expected Obama to win the election in November and "look at the Palestinian question and try to do something about it". "He promised that he will not wait until the end of his term to launch negotiations and he will make it happen from day one. I hope that he will fulfil his promise," he said. . . .









whats a "palestinian" minister.....this is a latin word....is he Roman or something?

To take another angle also, reading these stories, and the ones in the carribean and Africa, it seems that all these "ministers" and foreigner supporters all have their hands out.Everyones hoping for change in a handout.

There is ALREADY a Palestinian state - it is called Jordan. Israel goes from the west bank of the Jordan River to the sea - not one INCH less.
