The remains of Cara Marie Burke were found by officers in the town of Goiana on Monday, according to Lenita Alves de Brito, a spokeswoman for the Goias state police.

The teenager's boyfriend Dioli Mohammed, a British citizen of Turkish descent, has been arrested.

Why's this relevant??

Question: Why do we look at the dudes's nationality?

Everybody commits crimes. From I think every nation, eventually you will see some sort of crime being commited, So NO country is free of crimes. Although, this is a heinous crime and is alot bigger than some other crimes that we know of, the dude's nationality does not matter. Even if the guy was hawaiian hippie, he still would have had a similar risk factor for commiting this crime who just happens to be a turk-Brit.

I don't think it matters that he is from fractionally-Islamic ancestory.
