Critics are calling for the resignation of a U.N. official who publicly supports investigating theories that the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon were an "inside job."

Richard Falk, the special rapporteur on human rights in the Palestinian territories, investigates alleged Israeli violations of human rights law for the U.N.'s Human Rights Council.

But the former Princeton professor would also like to investigate whether "some sort of controlled explosion from within" destroyed the Twin Towers, he told FOXNews.com.

"I do think there are questions that haven't been answered, questions about the way the buildings collapsed and the failure to heed a variety of signals that there was danger coming," Falk said.

Before  his appointment as an "unbiased" human rights investigator — compared Israeli actions in Gaza to the Nazi treatment of Jews. This may have led to his appointment as the rapporteur for the Palestinian territories, Bolton said.

The thing is, this is now what we have come to expect from the UN. Pathetic.

But Hillel Neuer, executive director of U.N. Watch, a non-governmental organization that monitors the U.N., wants Falk removed from his job

"He should resign," said Neuer, who raised concerns about Falk's ability to be an objective observer. Neuer has also criticized Falk for being biased against  Israel.

the history of evidence in anglo-saxon-norman courts has always been to confine the issues to a very narrow scope, in order to find out in fact what has happened to begin a conflict or dispute.

that is it.

evidence law has ever sought to exclude extraneous dispute from this process, and to keep the issues narrow enough so that some sort of a determination can be made by which to conclude a matter.

the current trend is these international court cases is precisely the opposite, and it is to bring in every extraneous matter or issue conceivable.

the scope of things has gotten so out of hand, so laden with "political judgment" and "context" as to preclude any sort of judicial determination limited solely to a narrow range of facts.

is wilders to be prosecuted for a crime, by any jordanian court. not so that any of us would recognize, he is to be prosecuted, if at all, for defying the political "wisdom" and "doctrine" of the day, as held by political and bureaucratic elites who run the "thinking" of europe.

his is a "thought" crime, in the most orwellian of senses.

is this dick fuck, the u.n. reporter, asking for a factual determination as to who caused the bombing of the trade centers. he most certainly is not. he seeks the imposition of a left wing view of the world on top of the physical evidence which seems to most of the public eminently clear, especially given the filmed events and the declarations of responsibility, planning, execution and glee on the part of al queda. yet, dick fuck want to "define" the world to his view.

we must stop this nonsense, and withdraw from these organizations and compacts submitting ourselves to this nonsense, before we are destroyed.

and, more importantly, before facts and truth are so obscured as to loose all meaning.

this is the central sin of our era. it has almost destroyed all meaning in the word truth, and driven the adherents to its value from the playing and debating fields, and left the determination of reality to the rosie o'donnell's of the world.

That guy's nose reminds me of the old W.C. Fields movie "The Bank Dick", where Fields is rewarded for unwittingly foiling a robbery in a bank with a job as the bank policeman.
