it should be responded to as such, ... .

by any and all appropriate sanctions, whether levied by the u.s. government or any private citizen who might happen upon this person.

he wants to be taken seriuosly, he should be dealt with accordingly, and in the same manner as a robber confronting any of us with a weapon. it is an appropriate exercise of the inherent right to self defense belonging to each and every one of us, originating in natural law, to kill the maker of such a threat, as it is a threat to be taken quite seriously.

Agreed - he needs to report that immediately to both local police and the FBI. That is serious stuff and should always be treated as a bomb threat or a threat via the mail or phone.
