Imagine my surprise to come upon this extraordinary fashion dhimmi piece while thumbing through this month's W in a Manhattan waiting room. More of the silent jihad, the cultural jihad, and the media as its dhimmi handmaiden.
W Magazine, May 2008
"Our CAIRO fashion feature this month .... with its mysterious mix of ancient and the more up-to-date metropolis has a compelling appeal and also makes an ideal setting for looks with a traditional air."
I kid you not. A 44 page spread. Any mention of the fact that nearly 90% of the girls/women in Egypt have been clitorectomized. Not so much as a snip. And Cameron is on the cover. Why not put her in the middle of the street and Cairo and watch what happens? Now there's a provocative idea for a fashion shoot. Shoot.....literally and figuratively.
SAHID HASSAN MOHAMED WEARS JOHN GALLIANO (and what chi chi designer dressed the women? Moe?)
ZINEB BAZZA WEARS MIU MIU'S SILK SHIRT (isn't she glam?)
ZINAB WEARS DOLCE AND GABBANA'S SILK DRESS
Perhaps this is Cairo's Seventh Avenue (picture has no attribution)
Of course, no fabu photo shoot would be complete without the requisite keffiyah, signature garment of Yaser Arafatbastard.
.
The whole piece is sickening. Nothing about the subjugation and oppression of women, though it is painfully clear even from these photos (to those with even a quasi-educated eye). But glamming up this nightmare, is beyond the pale.
This is a women's magazine. They ought to know better. Shame on W. The last thing the West should be doing is glamourizing this seventh century mentality.

I wonder if they are aware that the cover alone of this months magazine would be haram (forbidden) and never sold. The Arab countries don't have these infidel mags at their new stands as there would probably be a major riot! What bloody ignorance!
