ACTION ALERT: HELP STOP HONOR KILLINGS
Muslims Against Sharia has launched a campaign to quash the increasing occurance of Islamic "honor" killings int the USA.
I am enormously proud to have been asked to chair this campaign and I intend to pursue this vigorously. I ask you to here - sign the petition and write, write, write your Congress people, Senatros, Representatives ....everyone. Please, I implore you to make a difference. Do it for them.
Muslim
murderer on loose . Where is media outrage?
There are girls across this great nation living in terror. We cannot sit idly by. Yaser Said is still at large, hidden by the Muslim underground. This must end.
The STOP HONORCIDE! campaign was launched on Mother's Day 2008. The goal of the campaign is to prosecute honorcides to the fullest extent of the law. We want honorcide to be classified as a hate crime and we advocate for every existing hate crime legislation to be amended to include honorcide.
If you wish to support STOP HONORCIDE!, please send us an email with your name, title (if applicable) and a short statement of support.
If you would like to lobby your elected official(s) to amend current hate crime legislation to include honorcide, you may use the letter below or you can draft your own letter.
Campaign Co-Chairs Linda Ahmed, Muslims Against Sharia Pamela Geller, Editor, Atlas Shrugs Dear Title Name,
(As your constituent,) I urge you to amend name or number of the statute law to include honorcide. Honorcide is a heinous crime practiced in backwards societies. Honorcide or honor killing is a murder of a female by her male family member(s), when a female is believed to have brought dishonor on her family. This so-called "dishonor" includes, among other things, refusing an arranged marriage, being the victim of a sexual assault, seeking a divorce, dating a non-Muslim, or simply refusing to wear a hijab. It is appalling that in twenty-first century America honorcides are still taking place. But what is even more appalling is that honorcide is deemed to be acceptable by members of some religious and ethnic communities. We must put a stop to it. Any form of gender discrimination, especially honorcide, has no place in any civilized society, but especially not in America.
Please introduce the bill to amend name or number of the statute law to include honorcide.
Sincerely,
Signature

You might want to specifically add it to existing hate crime legislation.
Both in the sense of rage during the commission, as well as the attitude of justification afterwards equals the worst of the torturous death KKK murders (low drop hangings, burning to death, ect.)

Also add to the accomplice statutes, but not to change the laws, but to "correct misapprehensions" about existing law. That leaves Aramina and Sara's brother chargeable under existing law.

Please be careful

Can anyone get in touch with Glenn Beck?
He did show the "Sharia Law Executioner" clip..
He may be the "perfect" person to contact for this noble effort to stand by Amina and Sarah.
If the pig left the Country, then what?
Arab Countries aren't part of the Hague Convention, so Egypt doesn't have to do shit.

Keep the pressure as high as possible - it's having its effect on those that aid and abet this murderer. See yesterday's article at Frontpagemag.com by Phyllis Chesler: Still Dead in Dallas

Since the honor killings occurred in Texas, I have contacted Texas Senator John Cornyn's office to see what leadership position he is taking on the issue.
So far I have not received an adequate response, but I will keep trying.

Pam,
I'd like you to rethink the whole "hate crime" thing. Hate crime begins to sound to me that we take into account what the person was thinking at the time of the crime. Hate crime becomes "thought crime." A very dangerous road to go down IMHO.
Crime, any crime should be punished the same. Killing someone is wrong and needs to be dealt with swiftly, though many times that does not happen. If a father kills his beautiful daughters as Said did calling it a hate crime does not diminish the fact that his daughters are still dead. At what point are we going to have a unit on the police force called the "thought squad?" By advocating for hate crimes I think you are buying into a liberal fantasy. Just punish the crime and be done with it. It does not matter what the person committing the crime was thinking at the time they committed it.

My position is - honor killings should be a capital offense Period.
It's not a hate crime. It's an act of war.
Honor killing should be punishable by death and their families deported as they are complicit in most instances.

My apoloigies if I misunderstood your position.
"Honor killing should be punishable by death and their families deported as they are complicit in most instances."
I agree completely with that statement. The ROP is a cancer on this planet.
