“Yitzhak Dadon is a hero”
“America’s acquiescence to anti-gun hysteria has led to one tragedy after another,” Gottlieb stated. “This disastrous policy has given us nothing but broken hearts and body counts, and it’s got to end. The heroism of an armed Israeli seminary student halfway across the world sends a message that we needn’t submit to murder in victim disarmament zones. That’s why his actions are getting such short shrift from America’s press. It’s a story they are loathe to report because it affirms a philosophy of self-reliance that they despise.”
So much is lost in the cacophony of agenda driven media - we must step back and evaluate what is real and what we can learn from it.
The Arab murderer had 500 rounds of live ammo, if he wasn't taken down by armed citizen I shudder to think.
If you review previous incidents of lone gunmen, they inflict the least amount of damage when a law abiding citizen on the scene is armed.
CCRKBA SAYS PRESS PURPOSELY DOWNPLAYS KEY ROLE OF ARMED STUDENT IN JERUSALEM hat tip Ewin
BELLEVUE, WA – An armed student at Jerusalem’s Mercaz Haray seminary played a crucial role in stopping a gun-wielding terrorist Thursday, but the American press is downplaying his heroism because it proves that armed students can stop campus gunmen, the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms said today.
Yitzhak Dadon, 40, was described as “a private citizen who had a gun license and was able to shoot the gunman with his pistol” by reporter Etgar Lefkovitz with the Jerusalem Post. However, many news agencies in the United States are downplaying Dadon’s decisive role in the incident.
“Yitzhak Dadon is a hero,” said CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb, “and he is living proof that armed students have a place on college campuses. Thankfully, his quick action was reported by the international press, including Mr. Lefkovitz, so unlike incidents here in the United States where the press was able to completely ignore the actions of armed students or teachers, the truth about this incident will not be suppressed.
“Mr. Dadon is not going to become a victim of this conspiracy of silence,” Gottlieb continued. “Elitist American college administrators, the national press, nor anti-gun politicians can sweep this incident under their rug.”
Internationally published reports say Dadon studies at the yeshiva, and had his pistol when the shooting erupted. When the gunman emerged from a library, Dadon reportedly shot him twice in the head. The gunman was subsequently shot by the off-duty soldier.

He shot him in the head. That's what I call "gun control"; a well placed shot. In Israel the government will issue citizens weapons and if they feel they don't have enough firepower, they can go to the state armory and get a bigger one. G-d bless Israel!
"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Exposing "Gun Control" stupidity.
By Scott Miller
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As an Instructor at an Alabama State Community College I am acutely aware of the biases against guns and gun ownership. In the wake of recent public shootings in our nation, our institution is considering amending our security policy to better "protect" the faculty, staff and students on our campus. Although faced with the distinct possibility of budget pro-ration our administration is looking into a number of rather expensive systems to alert personnel to a possible threat on campus.
Although I am not opposed to such systems I realize their limited contribution in defusing a life threatening situation. When I suggested to the administrator in charge of reviewing the institution's security policy that we should consider an appropriate concealed carry policy for faculty and staff as an additional preventative tool I was chided and dismissed as promoting a dangerous/deadly safety policy.
In response to the arrogant dismissal of facts I presented in support my suggestion, I took a page from JPFO and created a handbill of my own. To my surprise when I shared it with some of my fellow instructors they wanted a copy of their own. Now the little JPFO inspired handbill is proudly displayed on the office doors of half a dozen instructors at our institution.
I have attached a copy of my creation for you. If you are of the mind, you have my permission to post it on your Web site to share with others.
Thanks for your tireless work in protecting all of our rights.
Keep up the good work! S. Miller
P.S. the reference to the Policy 511.01 at the bottom of the handbill is the Alabama State Board of Education policy that prohibits firearms on community college campuses.

Wow, the MSM are assholes. I read about this at two other sites and they said the shooter was killed by a soldier, neither mentioned a student who was carrying!
Thats another reason to come to Atlas!
